They will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, coordinate recruitment activities, maintain People systems and records, and help deliver an excellent experience for candidates, employees and line managers at Smart Works.
As one of the first points of contact for the People Team, they will provide friendly and efficient support, resolving routine queries and ensuring that administrative processes are delivered accurately and on time.
The role will also contribute to continuous improvement projects and help ensure the People Team can focus on strategic business partnering by providing excellent operational coordination.
