SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. It aims to raise awareness and understanding of all mental health conditions; fight to improve frontline mental health services for individuals and carers; provide support, information and guidance through SANEline, our Call Back service, email and text support; and promote and host research into causes, treatments and therapies through its Prince of Wales International Centre for SANE research.
About the role:
SANE would love to hear from anyone with experience and enthusiasm for administration and working with data. The Services Delivery and Data Officer is key to all of the services that we deliver to people affected by mental illness, including daily planning of calls to people facing crisis and distress, and working with data to produce research, reports and case studies.

Job Description
1. Working with SANEline Managers to triage contact requests to the wider Services Team and liaising with colleagues to ensure workflow.
2. Regularly updating the call back spreadsheet and creating daily reports.
3. Maintaining accurate and confidential information on all databases used within the Services Team.
4. Reading and hearing messages from people asking for support from SANE on all call back platforms.
5. Responding appropriately to disclosures and escalating safeguarding to relevant staff.
6. Extracting performance data and assisting with the preparation and production of information and reports for the Services Operation Manager and Director of Services, including the preparation of case studies.
7. Identifying trends and patterns to inform the needs of the Services Team.
8. Supporting with analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the annual feedback survey.
9. Keeping abreast of all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, working within the requirements of GDPR.

The social media officer sits within Alzheimer’s Research UK's Digital department. The primary purpose of the job is to engage and motivate supporters, raise awareness of dementia and dementia research, and promote Alzheimer’s Research UK's campaigns, fundraising efforts, health information, and research initiatives.
This is an important role, helping to drive Alzheimer's Research UK’s online presence, engagement, and impact, while staying at the forefront of digital trends and technologies. The role is an exciting and fast-moving one, ideally suited to someone skilled in content creation, strategy, relationship building, analytics and innovation, to effectively communicate the charity’s mission and engage supporters.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Social Media Content Strategy Execution
· Support on the development and execution of a comprehensive social media content strategy, aligned with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s mission and goals.
Content planning and Scheduling
· Working alongside the rest of the social media team to plan content within our management platform ‘Sprout Social’ and ensure we are maximising opportunities across our socials such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
· Identify optimal posting times and frequency to maximise audience engagement and reach.
· Work with the in-house video and design experts to produce eye-catching and compelling new assets which engage audiences with our brand message, raise awareness of dementia and dementia research and increase our reach and followers.
· Work with our senior social media officer to plan and deliver impactful video content across channels. Identifying opportunities to optimise long and short form video for the channels.
· Identify and encourage the use of sharable third-party and user generated content which aligns with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s brand messaging to support creative campaigns and initiatives.
Audience engagement and Relationship Building
· Monitor interactions across Alzheimer’s Research UK’s socials, proactively engaging with supporters to ensure they receive a positive experience.
· Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high level of attention to detail to the brand voice in all social interactions.
· Be a confident and proficient communicator, able to adopt an appropriate tone of voice for each of our different audience types (including the communication of complex or sensitive issues. Able to communicate sensitively on several issues in a timely manner.
Reporting and Trend Analysis
· Produce insight driven and eye-catching regular reports on content for teams across the charity, to communicate key successes and areas for development, using your expertise and knowledge about the platforms.
· Proactively research, learn and suggest ways to improve our ways of working and efficiency by utilising emerging digital trends, such as artificial intelligence.
Internal Engagement and Collaboration
· Support teams across the charity with their social content, identifying opportunities to share our research, health information, fundraising and other campaign activities; as well as advising on best practice.
· Work with the Social Media Manager to enhance the Employee Advocacy Approach, fostering engagement and participation among staff in sharing social content.
Learning and Development

What we are looking for:
· Experience of working across social media channels for a medium-large size organisation.
· Experience of using a Social Media Management tool such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Falcon.
· Experience of reviewing and disseminating social media metrics and reports. Experience in project and campaign planning for social channels

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Theirworld is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager to support the development, delivery, and learning of education projects and innovation initiatives.
This role will work closely with the Director of Programmes and the wider Projects team to support the design and coordination of pilot projects that test bold, locally driven ideas across Theirworld’s three core pillars: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and delivery, innovation support, and strong coordination skills. They will work with diverse stakeholders, including community-based organisations, youth leaders, education NGOs, and policy makers to identify promising solutions, facilitate Theirworld’s accelerator programme, and gather insights to inform our broader strategy. Main Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead the planning and delivery of pilot innovative education projects, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with Theirworld’s strategic pillars and cross-cutting vital areas (gender, inclusion, climate, health & nutrition, peace & security).
• Coordinate project timelines, grant delivery, budgeting, reporting cycles, and partner check ins to ensure successful implementation.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people, families and vulnerable adults experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties across South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years. Jigsaw4u’s Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) have recognised the need for dedicated staffing resource to hold the day-to-day responsibility for the service management function as part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
As a member of our SLT, you will help to deliver and shape and the organisation’s vision and strategy. We’re seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic team player to join a grants team as a Grant Support Officer.
Position: Grants Support Officer
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, flexible working
Salary: £27,101 rising to £32,323 per annum.
Location: Flexible, with office hubs in Aberystwyth, Cardiff and Rhyl

About You
You will have:
- Experience using operational systems and processes, including online databases and grant management systems
- Proven experience managing funding schemes and supporting funded projects to deliver objectives and resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats (e.g. reports, presentations, social media, websites)
- Good numerical skills with experience working with financial data and using Microsoft Excel functions
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with databases, spreadsheets, email and word processing (preferably Microsoft Office)
- Highly organised, able to manage own workload, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines consistently
The ability to communicate in Welsh is also desirable.

The key focus of this role is on their social media, as well as content creation, and digital advertising. It involves writing and editing copy, designing graphics using Canva, and scheduling posts via Sprout. The successful candidate will also support website updates, email enquiries, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
