The Youth Lead will provide leadership and oversight of enact’s youth provision, ensuring that young people have access to consistently high-quality, safe and engaging services. The Youth Lead will be a visible presence within enact’s youth provision and will be expected to build strong and trusted relationships with young people, families and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

· Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of enact’s youth programmes and activities.

· Develop a varied programme incorporating positive activities, informal education, personal and social development and opportunities for young people to develop new skills and experiences.

· Oversee youth sessions, including a regular and visible presence within youth sessions

· Provide day-to-day leadership and support to one youth worker, sessional staff and volunteers.

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with local schools, colleges, youth services, community organisations, statutory agencies and other partners.

· Maintain a strong awareness of national developments, emerging issues and trends affecting young people and the youth sector, including changes in youth work practice, policy and legislation.

The successful post holder must have:

· Relevant professional qualification in Youth Work, or another relevant discipline, or substantial equivalent professional experience.

· Significant experience of working directly with young people.

· Experience of planning and delivering high-quality youth provision.

· Experience of leading, supervising or supporting staff, sessional workers and/or volunteers.

CHOICE IN HACKNEY is looking for an experienced and motivated Disability Employment Coach to support disabled people to move towards employment, volunteering, education and training, while developing the confidence, skills and practical strategies needed for sustainable employment.

You will provide one-to-one employment coaching, helping participants identify their strengths, aspirations and goals and develop personalised action plans. You will support people to overcome barriers to employment through practical coaching, encouragement, problem-solving and appropriate signposting.

You will also help plan and deliver CHOICE IN HACKNEY’s Job Club, creating accessible and engaging sessions that encourage confidence, peer learning and mutual support. Alongside this, you will develop relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, training providers and partner organisations to create opportunities for disabled people.

Job description:
This exciting role will suit an experienced fundraising leader who can deliver strategically and influence at a senior level both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be as comfortable presenting to a room of potential supporters as they will managing a complex funding application or persuading a high-profile funder to come on board. They will devise and implement fundraising initiatives and strategies to build and manage partnerships, working creatively to grow existing funding and establish new income sources.

Reporting to the external relations director, this role will manage the fundraising manager and trusts fundraiser. They will also be part of Frontline’s leadership group. The role is for a six-month fixed-term contract as we are revisiting and updating our fundraising strategy in line with organisational changes. The postholder will be able to help input and develop the new fundraising approach and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the external relations director to review, evolve and implement the long-term organisational fundraising strategy, to meet the growing need for income through a variety of diverse sources
• Identify and cultivate new relationships with corporates, HNWI and trusts and foundations, to meet organisational fundraising targets
• Manage key relationships with existing donors and grow these to become a sustainable longer-term income stream
• Support the fundraising manager and trusts fundraiser with management of their accounts (including writing inspiring applications and reports), as well as with developing pipelines and implementing new ideas for raising income
• Design and deliver a programme of inspirational cultivation and stewardship activities, including events, in collaboration with the events officer
• Maintain robust processes around budgeting, forecasting and planning, working closely with the finance and delivery teams

• A detailed understanding of regulatory requirements, including Conditions of Recognition and quality assurance principles.

About the opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.

• The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The London Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. Provide regular check-ins with tutors to ensure ample support and guidance is given to provide targeted tuition to pupils.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers. Maintain clear and timely communication with relevant school staff, offering regular check-ins with key school stakeholders, and contribute to impact reporting to schools. Supporting the Programme Manager with strategies to retain and sustain school partnerships.
• Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty. 
 

This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset. Community Volunteers Enabling You (COVEY) has been a lifeline for children, young people and families across Lanarkshire since 1992. We provide one-to-one and group-based befriending, mentoring and family support services tailored to those who need it most. As Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development of community fundraising, corporate fundraising and fundraising events (either held by us or undertaken by members of the public such as the Kiltwalk), helping COVEY grow sustainable unrestricted income and build long-term relationships with supporters.

EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR

Sheffield Hospitals Charity is looking for a talented Events Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of a growing portfolio of fundraising and engagement events from flagship fundraising events to brand awareness initiatives, you'll play a key role in creating experiences that make a real difference. 

What you'll do:

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of events from concept to evaluation.
• Build strong relationships with supporters, volunteers and partners.
• Help grow participation, income and awareness of Sheffield Hospitals Charity.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to lead its development, accreditation and quality across the UK.

Salary: £57,528–£64,750 full-time equivalent (£34,517–£38,850 0.6 FTE) depending on experience 
Hours: 22.5 hours per week / three days per week
Contract: 18-month fixed term, with intention to extend subject to service growth and funding

Dose of Nature is a mental-health charity improving mental health and wellbeing through structured, evidence-informed engagement with nature.

We are developing a Young Person Memberships service for young people and young adults under 25. We will train and support trusted organisations to deliver the Dose of Nature model in their communities, providing the clinical framework, accreditation, supervision, quality assurance and evaluation needed for safe, effective and consistent delivery.

About the role

As Young People’s Clinical Service Lead, you will establish, deliver and grow this new service. Working with our Head of Clinical and Memberships Operations Lead, you will turn our clinical model into a scalable national service while protecting its quality, safety and integrity.

You will lead the clinical assessment and accreditation of member organisations; develop training and competency frameworks; provide supervision and consultation; establish governance, safeguarding and risk arrangements; monitor outcomes and quality; and build trusted relationships with NHS, voluntary-sector, youth-service and community partners.

About you

You will be a current HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, with a doctoral-level qualification and experience broadly consistent with an NHS Band 8a role.

You will bring:

• Substantial post-qualification experience supporting young people or young adults experiencing mental-health difficulties;

• Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, intervention, clinical decision-making, safeguarding and risk management;

• Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation or reflective practice to other practitioners;

• Experience designing or delivering clinical training and assessing practitioner competence;

• Experience of developing, implementing or improving a clinical service; and

• The confidence to work across organisational boundaries, maintain clear clinical standards and help build a new national service.

• Experience in CAMHS, young-adult mental health, voluntary-sector provision, clinical governance, quality assurance, accreditation or partnership-led services would be valuable.
