MYcommunity Lambeth works in partnership with a large number of statutory and community services and organisations across the borough. The Fundraising Executives provide support to the wider Fundraising team assisting with all aspects of fundraising activity. Three Fundraising Executives are managed by the Head of Fundraising and support fundraising activity across 11 segments of income generation. About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector and in working with women with children. As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis.
Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision. You will be adept at juggling front line work and management responsibilities, with an ability to prioritise, work collaboratively and demonstrate innovation in time management and service delivery methods.

Role Purpose

The Finance Administrator will support the effective financial management and integrity of Power Up North London’s financial operations. The postholder will prepare accurate financial and management information, monitor budgets, and support finance processes including cashflow management, invoicing, payments and associated controls.

DreamArts fuses arts and therapeutic practice to support wellbeing. Our acclaimed EXPERIMENT Juniors programme engages 6-12 year olds to explore and unleash their talents, try things out, express themselves and grow their skills.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Site Manager - North to join us. This role will be responsible for approximately 30 Woodland Trust Sites in the Eastern part of North Yorkshire. This includes Scar and Castlebeck, a large SSSI woodland in the heart of the North York Moors and Robson Spring- a Plantation Ancient Woodland Site close to Helmsley, and a well distributed portfolio of Woodland Trust sites across the rest of the county.

· Strategically manage a portfolio of websites across two distinct brands and a number of sub identities, ensuring they meet organisational goals, user needs, and sector best practice.
· Lead on the development and creation of digital and multimedia content across Family Action and Relate brands to support key business objectives
· Lead continuous optimisation of sales and donation journeys across Family Action and Relate websites, including testing, personalisation, and conversion rate improvements.
· Oversee the development of a new Relate website as part of a wider adaptive change programme, working closely with the Website and UX Manager and other key stakeholders.
· Use sophisticated analytics, data and insight tools to test, measure and evaluate content and website performance against KPIs, drive decisions and prioritise enhancements.
· Line manage a small team including a Website and UX Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, Content Executive and two temporary Website Project Managers

· Extensive experience of website development and management within complex organisations
· Extensive experience of managing complex digital projects with multiple stakeholders such a website builds
· Experience of optimising website user journeys to drive a measurable increase in conversions such as sales and donations
· Ability to drive and manage content generation, working with a range of subject matter experts and within a robust governance architecture Extensive experience of using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster to successfully plan, measure and evaluate content performance
· Experience of line management

You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents.
You will also support some day-to-day team responsibilities, including providing tailored support directly to residents. As a Manager, you will help drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma‑ and psychologically informed environment. You will work collaboratively with the team, wider services, and external partners to ensure the service runs smoothly. We’re looking for a solution‑focused individual with experience in similar service environments, who can create a safe space for individuals to learn and grow, while continuing to embed trauma‑informed and psychologically informed practice that puts people and communities at the forefront. War on Want is a radical charity working in solidarity with grassroots movements and organisations around the world to fight the root causes of poverty, inequality and injustice. We campaign against corporate power, economic exploitation and systems of oppression that drive poverty and human rights violations.
We are seeking a consultant with significant experience in partnership-building, programme design and development and resource mobilisation to support the growth of our international partnerships and movement-building work.
Working with War on Want staff and our existing partners, the Consultant will identify opportunities for collaboration with labour, feminist and social movement organisations in the Global South (primarily South Asia and Africa). They will develop partnership-centred programme concepts and position these to fundraise with relevant philanthropic donors and identify funding opportunities.
The Consultant will be part of the International Partnership Programmes Team, working closely with our Senior Fundraising Officer and, where relevant, Senior Campaign Officers. We are looking for a consultant who can commit to working alongside the team on a part-time (2 to 3 days per week average as a guide) basis for between four to six months.
