We are now seeking a Digital & Data Transformation Manager to provider leadership for our digital systems, data automation, cybersecurity protocols and AI adoption.

The role

As Digital & Data Transformation Manager you will have an ability to influence in digitisation, data and IT and work cross-organisationally with Care/Housing operations, Finance, HR, suppliers, Trustees and Executive leadership. Our need is to co-create the digital strategy, influence ways of working and problem solve at a practical level. This role will lead and add momentum to the digitisation of Keychange. The process has begun and this role will coordinate and add cultural sensitive impetus to the change.  We want to multiply the gains already made to continue the transformation of the organisation. 

The focus of the role includes:

• Digital and data transformation, including identifying emerging digital technologies that can support or enhance our operations and the development of a digital organisational dashboard
• Digital and data management, including data protection governance, data security and data management
• Operational delivery, including oversight of our outsourced IT contractor and technical management of our intranet development

This is a management role with real impact – both within Keychange and ultimately in the lives of people we support.

 About you

We are looking for a values-led manager who brings:

• Experience in leading the development of digital systems, information governance, cyber-security improvement or digital transformation in a charity, care, housing, education or public sector environment
• Strong supplier-management skills
• Working understanding of cyber-security governance
• Ability to explain technical and governance issues clearly to non-technical and non-IT colleagues
• Ability to work at both management and practical implementation levels

You will be someone who combines strategic digital and data management with high standards of support, and who leads with integrity, humility and purpose.

We’re looking for a Receptionist & Challenge Event Assistant to join our friendly Challenge Event team. This role is the first point of contact for many supporters of the Charity. It is also an integral part of the Challenge Events Team, assisting with managing a portfolio of third-party challenge events. Dealing directly with supporters and liaising with teams across the Charity, the role requires an effective communicator, with great attention to detail, who is proactive and has a passion for fundraising.

What you’ll be doing

• Be the first point of contact for all enquiries at the Charity’s reception desk in Sutton.
• Provide excellent supporter care by responding to event enquiries quickly and efficiently and providing advice and support where necessary.
• Work across a variety of different digital platforms to help process challenge event registrations.
• Send relevant materials and letters to supporters in a timely manner, keeping an accurate record of these communications on the database.
• Ensure the event information on the charity website and displayed within the hospital is up-to-date and relevant. This will include poster sites, notice boards and leaflets around the hospital. 
• Provide support with the delivery of events including preparing equipment and materials.

About you

You’ll be a friendly, organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people and delivering a great supporter experience. About the role

We’re seeking a senior media and PR manager (fundraising and brand) to join our talented and ambitious media and PR team at an exciting time of growth for the charity.

As part of our 2025-2030 organisational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer and this role will play a key part in helping realise these ambitions.

You’ll lead all media and PR activity around Breast Cancer Now’s fundraising and brand marketing, developing and leading delivery of bold and ambitious annual media strategies for these areas that support the charity to supercharge progress for anyone affected by breast cancer. Leading media and PR for our brand marketing activity, you’ll work closely with the brand marketing team and have a unique opportunity to work closely with our world/industry leading brand marketing agency to provide counsel and support the shaping of creative media and PR activity that best amplifies the charity’s brand across the year. Key to this role is ensuring relevant internal stakeholders are brought in where appropriate.

Cloudesley is recruiting a new permanent, part-time Finance Manager (2.5 days per week). This varied role includes regular financial management tasks, reporting, budget setting, liasion with property and investment managers and lawyers, as well as policy development and advising Trustees on strategic issues.

About Cloudesley

Cloudesley is an independent charitable trust that makes grants to people, organisations and churches in Islington of c. £ 2million per year. Our grants budget is split equally between our Health and Church Grants programmes.

In June 2025, Cloudesley’s total assets were £57 million and the annual gross income was £1.5 million. Currently, around half of Cloudesley's endowment is held in financial market investments managed by Cazenove, and the other half is in c. 90 residential properties on the Cloudesley Estate in Islington. To fund its work, the charity uses income and a prudent element of capital gains generated from both the investments and properties.

This is an interesting time to be joining Cloudesley as it continues to manage its finances to ensure it can support both current and future needs in Islington, implements its property strategy, and helps to respond to the multiple challenges facing people, organisations and churches in Islington.

Finance Manager role

This wide-ranging role includes:

• Administration of regular financial transactions, including relating to grants and the charity's property assets
• Preparation and monitoring of annual budget
• Production of management accounts and a variety of financial, investment and property reports
• Preparation of draft annual accounts and work with the auditor
• Working with the charity's investment and property managers
• Working with a range of external advisers and lawyers on property matters
• Developing and advising on financial and endowment strategies

Staffing, governance and history

Cloudesley has a small team of four permanent staff. Staff work on a hybrid basis, with part of each week spent at the charity's office in King's Cross.

The charity has up to 15 Trustees at any one time, and a single corporate Trustee, Richard Cloudesley Trustee Limited. The Board of Trustees meets three times a year, and the Finance and Endowment Committee and Grants Committee meet quarterly. 

The charity dates back to 1517, when Tudor yeoman and Islington resident Richard Cloudesley wrote his will and left two 'Stony Fields' to Trustees.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will ensure our CRM remains effective, compliant and fit for purpose while helping us better understand and engage our supporters. This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.

About You

Essential

• Proven experience managing CRM systems in a charity or fundraising context and being comfortable working with large datasets.

• Experience with data segmentation, ETL processes, transformation and import / export processes.

• Strong understanding of data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR).

• Understanding of Gift Aid regulations and charity fundraising compliance.

• Confident using query tools and an understanding of query-based data extraction.

• Strong IT skills with competency using the MS Office suite and Excel in particular.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and support non-technical colleagues.

• Ability to analyse and translate data into clear findings for campaigns and reporting, including donor value analysis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Finance Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of Create London’s finances. We're now looking for an experienced and ambitious Fundraising Manager to help drive our fundraising to the next level. Leading our corporate, community and events fundraising, you'll build meaningful relationships with supporters, inspire new partnerships, oversee high-quality fundraising events and campaigns, and ensure every supporter has an exceptional experience. You'll also line manage our Fundraising Assistant and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the Charity.

We're looking for a motivated, focussed and attentive operations professional to join our team, managing and maintaining the organisational processes of the charity. This is a one year, fixed contract role, with the aim of moving to permanent, subject to funding constraints.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of Glitch, enabling the effective delivery and adherence to policies and regulation for the charity and team. The role holder will be the charity's data protection officer; they will meticulously ensure we remain fully compliant with all relevant charity regulations, maintaining our integrity and trust with regulatory bodies, funders and donors, and our supporters. This role will also serve as the Board Secretary, attending Board of Trustees meetings 4-6 times a year, taking minutes and managing the process of all documentation for the Board. As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director and our Finance Director in recruitment and hiring, finance and administration, and events support. This role requires some travel.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with/in small, 100% remote charities; small SMEs; or, nonprofit or nongovernmental organisations. For this role, we are seeking candidates based in the UK, and they will need to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Operations management

• Oversee the charity’s administrative functions, including triaging the general inbox, scheduling team meetings and other ad-hoc administrative work in supporting the ED in running the day-to-day of the charity 

• Maintain and improve existing operational systems and processes including information systems

• Organising travel suppliers and task related to charity events

• Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers across recruitment, finance and personnel

• Support the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures

• Ensure that invoices, payments, and expense claims are received and reconciled on the expensing system.

Governance and compliance

• Ensure the charity complies with relevant UK legislation and regulatory requirements, keeping abreast of any changes or updates

• Support the Finance Director and Executive Director on the preparation of the end-of-year statutory accounts and independent examination process

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and charity commission requirements

• Support the preparation of Board materials and Trustee meetings and Board activities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including sensitive and confidential files

• Ensure documentation is updated across our project management system: ClickUp, our expenses software, HR platform and travel platform

• Assist with risk management and insurance matters.

HR and Recruitment

• Lead on talent recruitment, leaning on our retained, legal team when needed

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires

• Manage HR functions, including maintaining personnel records, supporting recruitment and any other HR processes.

Essential qualifications and experience

• Demonstrable experience in a similar operations role for a small charity, start-up, SME, or philanthropic organisation 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan ahead and intimate the next stage of tasks in projects

• Proactive problem-solving approach

• Comfortable and confident managing sensitive, high-importance charity governance documents

• Knowledge of operational management and administrative systems

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Essential skills and attributes

• Understanding of UK charity regulations and reporting requirements

• IT skills, including experience using Xero, Google Suite and project management tools like ClickUp and Slack. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team
