We are looking for a confident and organised Face-to-Face Fundraising Officer to join our ambitious Individual Giving team. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager (Face-to-Face Fundraising), this role will spearhead the planning, delivery and optimisation of face-to-face fundraising activity across a range of products and channels including Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day management of campaigns and relationships with external fundraising agencies and suppliers. They will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and in line with all relevant regulations and codes of practice, whilst supporting strong supporter experience and high-quality fundraising standards.
The role will also support reporting, KPI monitoring, forecasting and campaign analysis, helping to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation across the programme. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver face-to-face fundraising campaigns across a range of products and channels including Regular Giving, Lottery and Payroll Giving.
· Work closely with external fundraising agencies and suppliers to support the successful delivery of campaigns and maintain effective working relationships.
· Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external stakeholders and agency partners.
· Deliver campaign briefing, monitoring and optimisation to help ensure campaigns achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets.
· Complete routine campaign reviews, reporting and analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Support testing and optimisation activity across campaigns using test and learn principles.
· Work closely with internal teams including Supporter Engagement, Legal & Compliance, Data & Analytics and Finance to support effective campaign delivery and processes.

· KPI tracking, trend analysis and reporting across a range of financial and non-financial measures.

As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Role Summary
We're looking for a Press and Media Manager to help us tell the story of our work and grow our profile across local, regional, and national media. This is a press-led role, with the majority of time focused on proactive and reactive media work, alongside supporting wider marketing activity where it strengthens campaigns and storytelling.
You'll own and drive our day-to-day media presence, ensuring communications activity directly supports our core goal: increasing the number and diversity of employers offering work experience across the UK.
You'll take the lead on media work - pitching stories, building journalist relationships, drafting press releases, and developing thought leadership content including blogs, op-eds, and features. For major set-piece moments (around six per year), you'll work alongside an external PR agency to help secure national coverage. You’ll also work closely with, CEO Nick Brook, and will have the opportunity to work alongside founder Robert Peston and Chair Andrew Law at key moments.
An early and significant focus will be the launch of our inaugural State of Work Experience report in autumn 2026, a major annual publication designed to shape the national conversation on work experience, skills and opportunity.

About South East London Community Energy
South East London Community Energy (Selce) was founded in 2014 by people in Greenwich and Lewisham who wanted to help create a clean, fair and affordable energy future.
Over the past decade, we have developed projects that tackle inequality, reduce carbon emissions and support communities at different points in the energy system.
To date, we have built 12 solar arrays on community buildings in South East London and helped 11 buildings improve the efficiency of their lighting systems. We are also developing new share offers to support further lighting upgrades and solar installations on community buildings.
We have supported well over 4,000 households with their energy bills and are now helping homeowners make their homes more energy efficient through the Love Lofts and Future Fit Homes pilot programmes.
About Our Energy Advice Services
Almost one in ten households cannot afford to heat their homes adequately. Our energy advice team provides practical, impartial support to households struggling with fuel bills. This includes advice on reducing energy costs, accessing discounts and grants, changing energy use, fitting small energy-saving measures such as low-energy light bulbs and draught proofing, and securing funded home improvements such as loft or cavity wall insulation and heating upgrades.

This is an exciting role within the Communications Team at Glass Door Homeless Charity. The Marketing Officer will lead on the creation and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, help generate vital income and maximise impact across our Communication and Fundraising activities.

Creating Hope Together
Creating Hope Together is Scotland's suicide prevention strategy and action plan (2022–2032), published by the Scottish Government and COSLA. Its vision is to reduce the number of suicide deaths in Scotland while tackling the inequalities that contribute to suicide, so that any child, young person or adult who has thoughts of taking their own life, or who is affected by suicide, gets the help they need and feels a sense of hope.
All of the work is delivered in line with the strategy's guiding principles: putting inequalities and diversity first; co-developing our work with people with lived and living experience; embedding Time, Space, Compassion; keeping the voices of children and young people central; connecting people across sectors to learn together; reducing the stigma of suicide; and ensuring our work is evidence-informed.
The role
This is a new role, hosted by Change Mental Health on behalf of Suicide Prevention Scotland, created to support delivery of Outcome 3 of Creating Hope Together: that everyone affected by suicide is able to access high quality, compassionate, appropriate and timely support.
The postholder will work alongside colleagues in the delivery collective - primarily the Time Space Compassion (TSC) Lead and the Children and Young People (CYP) Lead - to support delivery of a range of actions across the Delivery Plan. In practice this means helping partners in community, primary care, unscheduled care and mental health settings to put person-centred, compassionate approaches into everyday practice; growing the reach of Time, Space, Compassion across Scotland; and strengthening support for children and young people at higher risk of suicide.
The role focuses on enabling practical change in real-world settings through strong partnerships, effective communication, and the thoughtful use of learning and evidence to support continuous improvement. It sits within a small, collaborative team and works across a wide network of national and local partners, including NHS Boards, local authorities, third sector organisations, the Lived and Living Experience Panel (LLEP) and the Youth Advisory Group (YAG).
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of implementation and improvement resources in practice
- Support partners to work at a national and local level to embed person‑centred, compassionate approaches to supporting people affected by suicidal thoughts and behaviours.
- Work with partners and draw on the latest evidence, best practice and a range of experts, to identify and respond to barriers and enablers to implementation
- This includes supporting the adaptation and implementation of national improvement and implementation resources, with a particular focus on:
o The roll out of the Enabling Conversations Toolkit for children and young people, in the CYP sector
o The Time Space Compassion approach, including work to support the implementation of personalised risk management approaches in community and clinical settings.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic, community and lived experience partners at both national and local level, holding a portfolio of implementation partnerships.
- Represent the work of Suicide Prevention Scotland in multi-agency partnerships and networks, building trust, setting realistic expectations and delivering reliably.

Project coordination and management
- Support national and local partners to plan, coordinate and administer implementation activity, maintaining project plans, milestones and risk registers.

About South East London Community Energy
South East London Community Energy (Selce) was born in 2014, when a group of people living in Greenwich & Lewisham became so concerned about climate change that they decided to come up with a formula that would help to create a clean and just energy future.
Throughout our first ten-years, we have set up projects that address inequality and seek to reduce our collective carbon footprint at different points in the energy systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead our well-respected rare disease patient organisation through the next phase of growth and impact, in particular focussing on financial sustainability and influencing health policy for these rare diseases.These sit alongside the other grass-roots duties of a small charity CEO, including working with our Medical Advisory Team to develop new and maintain existing patient education resources, and overseeing our support services including volunteers and a professional psychological counselling service. Reporting to and working with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will be responsible for delivering our 2027-2030 Strategic Plan, ensuring robust governance, and driving forward our mission to improve the lives of people affected by rare diseases.The CEO manages the part-time Executive Administrator and works with up to 30 current volunteers (patients, carers, and health professionals) to deliver services with impact.This role includes occasional weekend work, as well as approximately 15 days travel (national and international) per year to represent and advocate for the charities’ beneficiaries.
