As Interim Advice Manager you will oversee the daily delivery of our client’s busy advice service, overseeing a small team of staff and volunteers, driving quality and compliance, and helping shape future service development. You’ll maintain a high quality of service by ensuring that the advice team and volunteers work to agreed standards and deliver against realistic grant agreements from funders and will also maintain a small caseload of clients. You’ll also work closely with the senior leadership team and the Head of Advice to support the implementation of new exciting initiatives and the expansion of the information and advice service.

Full professional membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC, BACP or equivalent.
At least five years’ post-qualification experience.
Experience of working therapeutically with people who have experienced childhood trauma.
Experience of clinical management or management within an organisational setting.
Experience of working across different cultural contexts and a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practice.
Experience of collecting and measuring clinical outcomes, including CORE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.

The Individual Giving Manager will work on growing regular giving, cash and gaming pipelines and manage exciting projects which could include digital, DRTV, face-to- face, telemarketing, direct mail and radio. Shaftesbury is happy to consider fundraiser or officer level candidates looking to step up into their first manager level role. At present this role doesn’t line manage, so management experience is not necessary. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate project or product management skills, an enthusiasm for fundraising, familiarity with supporter journeys, creative thinking and will have experience within a UK based charity in either IG and legacies, community fundraising, corporate or philanthropy.

From short-form video and creator partnerships to paid social campaigns and real-time content, you'll play a key role in helping new audiences connect with Fairtrade Foundation’s mission and the people behind it.

You'll have experience creating high-performing social media content, strong video production and editing skills, and a genuine passion for digital storytelling. You'll be creative, data-driven and confident turning ideas into engaging content that inspires action.

Prospectus is excited to be supporting Chance to Shine to find an Events Manger to join their team. This incredible children’s charity is dedicated to harnessing the power of cricket to transform the life prospects of young people in the UK.
Established in 2005, Chance to Shine have a long-term track record of delivery in state schools and under-served communities, bringing best-in-the-game cricket programmes to young people who may not have had the chance. All their programmes are completely free for everyone involved, from schools and community groups to young people and their families.
The Events Manager will be responsible for the project management of a full programme of events including cultivation dinners, annual awards, and major fundraising events at world-leading venues. You will broaden supporter networks and build a community of event supporters through networking, introductions, and working with the wider fundraising team to cross sell events and maximise income.
Chance to Shine are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of managing events in the charity sector. You will have a track record in generating income through an events portfolio and excellent account management and stewardship expertise.

The Limbless Association is seeking an experienced Volunteer Coordinator who is knowledgeable, proactive, creative and resourceful. They will be passionate about the difference volunteers make and the difference their experience and knowledge can make to developing and enhancing volunteering across all activities at the LA.
This is an exciting opportunity to ensure LA volunteers play a key role in meeting the charity’s objectives and are part of a thriving LA volunteer community. Lived experience is at the heart of the LA’s work and ensuring that volunteering initiatives are user led and coproduced is vital. Peer support is an integral LA service offer and LA Volunteer Visitors, lived experience volunteers, enable the charity to deliver vital life changing support for individuals and their families experiencing amputation, through their rehabilitation, recovery and lives beyond limb loss.
We’re looking for someone who:
· Is passionate about volunteer involvement and developing volunteers, opportunities and outcomes..
· Has recent experience of supervising and coordinating a large volunteering community.
· Understands how to engage and motivate volunteers.
· Has recent knowledge and experience of good practice and trends in volunteering.
· Can think strategically whilst remaining practical
· Understands the importance of lived experience and co-production
· Wants to make a genuine difference
