About Us
Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.
About the opportunity

Build trusting, non-judgemental relationships that respect each individual’s dignity and lived experience.
-
Support people to access housing options, benefits, and other community services that promote long-term stability.
-
Encourage and enable self-advocacy, while offering reassurance and guidance throughout the journey.
3. Navigating Systems and Opening Doors
-
Maintain a strong understanding of local resources across housing, welfare, employment, and wellbeing.
-
Connect people with the right services at the right time, advocating where needed to remove barriers to access.
-
Help individuals build the skills and confidence to engage with public services independently.
4. Working Across Charity Partners
-
Be deployed across different partner organisations within our charity network, responding to local pressures and adapting quickly to diverse environments.
-
Provide short- to medium-term casework that enhances existing team capacity and ensures continuity of support for people at risk of homelessness.
-
Maintain high standards of person-centred support regardless of setting or location.
5. Information Sharing and Case Recording
-
Keep accurate and respectful records of client engagement, plans, and outcomes using agreed systems.
-
Follow all data protection and confidentiality protocols, contributing to a culture of trust and transparency.
-
Share insights that support continuous service improvement and learning across partners.
6. Collaboration and Partnership Working
-
Work constructively with colleagues from across public, voluntary, and community sectors to coordinate holistic support.
-
Represent the service positively, contributing to shared efforts in preventing and relieving homelessness.
-
Communicate openly and clearly with internal teams and external partners to align support and improve outcomes.

8. Safety and Wellbeing
-
Adhere to all organisational health and safety procedures, taking personal responsibility for your own safety and that of others.

This is first and foremost a frontline detached youth work role. You'll spend much of your week in outdoors in parks, streets and neighbourhoods, building trusted relationships with young people through conversation, consistency and purposeful informal education. You'll be organised, reflective and proactive, with experience of taking responsibility for detached youth work within a neighbourhood, maintaining high-quality records, building effective local partnerships and supporting colleagues through encouragement, reflection and shared learning. Most importantly, you'll share our belief that relationships are the foundation for meaningful change.
This is a 22.5- 25 hour per week, community and office-based role (M13's full-time week is 37.5 hours). Your week will include six detached youth work sessions (three afternoons and three evenings), alongside planning, monitoring, partnership working and reflective practice. - Ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing compassion with accountability
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Could you build relationships that help change lives?
Shiloh Rotherham is looking for a Community Fundraiser who is passionate about people, great at building relationships and excited by the opportunity to make a real difference.
For more than 30 years, Shiloh has been supporting adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Rotherham. We provide a safe, welcoming place where people can access practical support, advice, health and wellbeing services, skills and training, and opportunities to move towards a better future.
We are now entering an exciting new chapter as we launch our new three-year strategic plan, and we are looking for someone who can help us grow our income, our profile and our community of supporters.
About the role
As our Community Fundraiser, you will play a key role in developing and growing Shiloh’s fundraising across Rotherham and South Yorkshire.
This is a relationship-driven role. You will connect with individuals, community groups, schools and colleges, local organisations and businesses, inspiring them to get involved with Shiloh and become long-term supporters.
You will have the opportunity to be creative and develop new fundraising ideas, while also nurturing the relationships we already have. From community fundraising events and supporter-led activities to corporate partnerships, campaigns and sponsorship opportunities, you will help turn connections into meaningful support for Shiloh.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable, as the role will involve travelling across South Yorkshire.
Why join Shiloh?
This is an opportunity to join a charity with more than 30 years of experience and impact in Rotherham, at an exciting point in our development. You will be joining a supportive, values-driven team where relationships really matter and where your work will directly contribute to helping people facing homelessness.

6% employer pension contribution after three months
-
Hybrid and flexible working options
-
Opportunities for training and personal development
Our values

Interested?
If you are an enthusiastic and relationship-focused fundraiser who wants to use your skills to make a real difference to people experiencing homelessness, we would love to hear from you.

About Carney’s Community
We support young people living in and around Wandsworth, targeting ages 11-30 facing extreme challenges including criminal justice system involvement or care experience. Carney’s works differently by providing long-term, consistent, unconditional support with empathy; a safe space and activities including boxing, bike workshops, employment support, studio sessions, mentoring and key work. Inspired by boxing legend Mick Carney, the charity was founded in his name after his passing in 2011, building on work led by our co-founders. We aim to create a “virtuous cycle”: while support is free of charge, we ask that when young people are ready, they channel the positivity they have received into others. As a result, many go on to volunteer, mentor, join our staff team or even set up their own community initiatives. Former participants make up the majority of our workforce. They provide the most authentic role models, people who genuinely understand the challenges our young people face and who show what is possible. For our young people we strive for equality and aim to: Improve Physical and Mental Health; Improve Education, Skills and Employability; Improve Community Engagement; Reduce Offending and Reoffending.
