Job description

REMAP is a national charity which helps disabled people across the UK, achieve greater independence and a better quality of life. Our community of volunteer engineers design and create equipment when no commercial alternative exists – at no charge to the individuals we help. We are the UK’s only charity providing innovative, custom made and personalised equipment for disabled people. 

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to focus on leading and developing a diverse programme of fundraising activities that will generate sustainable income and support the organisation’s very compelling cause. REMAP is unique.

Our new Fundraising Manager will be ambitious and enthusiastic, with outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills who is able to develop excellent relationships with volunteers, donors and staff. They will:

  • Develop and deliver an effective fundraising plans
  • Build relationships with donors, trusts, foundations and corporate partners
  • Manage applications, reporting and fundraising targets
  • Work closely with REMAP's CEO and colleagues to communicate the impact of our work
