RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations
· Provide operational support and cover to ensure the smooth running of the office. This includes:
o Coordinating IT issues.
o Managing office supplies: tracking office inventory, replenishing supplies when needed, and managing stock levels including stationery and branded clothing.
o Handling incoming and outgoing post, packages, and courier deliveries.
o Ensuring proper storage facilities and maintaining meeting rooms and office space.
o Liaising with office contractors and service providers to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
o Setting up laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other IT office equipment.
o Oversee office maintenance tasks, such as PAT tests, storage management, fire extinguisher checks, air-conditioning maintenance, and other ad hoc maintenance requirements.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment in the office. The role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover post for 1 year. The post holder will step into the co-Executive Director role with co-responsibility for Foxglove's strategy, impact, advocacy, operations, fundraising and public facing work. The post holder will work very closely with Foxglove’s other co-Executive Director and will make all sizable decisions about Foxglove together. UK and international travel (approx. 20%) is required.

Strategy, Leadership and Impact
1.Serve as a member of Foxglove's leadership team, helping to set direction across the organisation.

Length and Salary

Our team works remotely; this role must be based in the UK, ideally London. Our team travels every two months for team days and annually for team retreats.

Hours of work:

The role
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising and Campaigns Coordinator — with at least five years in a fundraising role within the charity sector — to join our small team in the second half of 2026. This is a hands-on delivery role: you will be the person who owns campaigns end to end, builds the newsletters, schedules the posts, writes the copy and gets things live.
You will work within a clear strategic direction set by the senior team, but you will own everything from there — developing the angle and narrative, writing the copy, submitting the application, building the promotional plan across all channels, and closing it out with donor reporting and thanks. We want someone who takes a steer and runs with it, and who brings genuine creative and fundraising intelligence to how the work gets done.
This is a part-time, flexible consultancy engagement. We work to a variable monthly arrangement — hours flex with the needs of the organisation, averaging 30–40 hours per month, with busier periods during campaigns.
What you will do
Fundraising campaigns
- End-to-end ownership of Big Give and matched fundraising campaigns across all three annual rounds — from developing the angle and narrative through to application, asset creation, public-facing campaign, social content and donor impact follow-up
- Supporting funding applications and proposals with compelling, well-researched copy
- Managing and maintaining content and access across multiple fundraising platforms
Communications and content
- Newsletters and campaign emails via Mailchimp, built to brief and on brand
- Social media content creation and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, using Canva and Later
- Short-form video editing for Reels and social content
- Website content updates and maintenance in WordPress
- Brand consistency across all channels and materials, applying THP guidelines independently
- Liaison with THP global communications teams who hold brand collateral
Supporter experience
- Donor journey content in Beacon CRM, supporting the supporter communications flow
- Continuous improvement of supporter-facing content and touchpoints
- Simple monthly reporting on comms and campaign performance
What we are looking for
You are an experienced fundraising and campaigns professional who is genuinely energised by getting things done. You understand how donors think, you write well, and you can hold a campaign from first conversation to final thank-you without being chased. You are tools-confident and comfortable with working independently.
Essential
- Solid experience of at least 5 years in a fundraising and/or campaigns role in the charity sector
- Fundraising literacy — you understand what a donor journey is for, how matched fundraising works, and how to write copy that moves people to give
- Strong writing skills — clear, purposeful, on-brand; able to adapt tone across audiences
- Hands-on proficiency with Mailchimp, Canva and social media scheduling tools such as Later
- WordPress experience — content updates and basic maintenance
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative organisation without a large support structure
- Self-starter: able to work from a strategic steer and own delivery end to end without day-to-day supervision

Terms of engagement
- Consultancy basis or fixed term contract, with a view to extension

About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Finance and Income Operations to lead NFFN’s finance function and help strengthen the systems, controls and reporting that will support the organisation’s next stage of growth.
This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a small, ambitious and mission-led organisation. You will oversee day-to-day financial management, budgeting, management accounts, restricted funds, funder reporting and income operations. The Role
Our Individual Giving programme is central to our fundraising strategy to increase our unrestricted, sustainable income. This is a key role in supporting the Individual Giving Manager to recruit and steward donors across a range of channels including face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail and digital. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple programmes including regular giving, lottery, cash appeals, in-memory and legacy, as well as to play a key role in our matched funding Christmas campaign. This role will help to meet or exceed our annual targets which will help us provide the best care for patients, staff and loved ones at our hospitals.
Key Tasks
- Help to co-ordinate our match funded Christmas Campaign
- Using evidence-based insights, support with the planning and implementation of several integrated direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels including direct mail, email, social, display advertising and newsletters including managing suppliers on concept creation, oversight of copy and creative and delivery schedules. Work with the IG Manager on performance analysis and learnings to enable enhancements and improvements
- Support the IG Manager in the set up and operational management of our face-to-face fundraising campaigns for regular donor and lottery player recruitment. Including invoice processing, complaint handling, site management and training for third party fundraising teams
- Work with the other IG Officer to optimise and improve our regular giving and lottery stewardship journeys. This will include researching and proofing content, engaging with supporters and looking for opportunities to cross-sell
- Being proactive in writing up process documents and maintaining documents for Individual Giving Team
- Day-to-day point of contact with external agencies including face-to-face agencies, creative agencies, printers and fulfilment houses
- To support the Head of Supporter Engagement with the development of a legacy marketing programme
- Support with the stewardship of our in-memory donors, including donors who set up tribute pages on MuchLoved
- Work with hospital staff and stakeholders to gather content, encourage fundraising and manage our contactless stations
- Work with our Supporter Services Team to monitor and action all feedback, speaking with supporters over the phone and via email, and properly recording supporter interactions on our database
- Work with the Fundraising Operations team to open fundraising post and log cash, card and cheque donations
- Send out stewardship materials to supporters from the office

- Work with the Communications Team to develop internal messaging for the Charity and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
