We’re looking for an Alumni Stewardship Officer to play a key role in nurturing meaningful, long-term relationships between Leeds Beckett University and its alumni community, while ensuring the accurate management of data, funds and stewardship processes that underpin successful fundraising and engagement.

This is a pivotal role within the Stakeholder Engagement and Events team. You will work closely with colleagues across the university to deliver high-quality stewardship activities that recognise, engage and inspire alumni, supporters and donors. Alongside relationship management, you will take responsibility for maintaining accurate alumni and donor records, ensuring data integrity across alumni and fundraising databases, and supporting data-led decision making.

You will have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working with data. A key part of the role involves managing alumni and donor datasets, producing reports and insight to support engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with data protection and university policies. You will also support the financial administration of fundraising activity, including gift processing, fund management, reconciliation, reporting and stewardship of restricted and unrestricted funds, working closely with finance colleagues.

Your skills will contribute to alumni communications, events, donor recognition and impact reporting, demonstrating clearly how philanthropic support benefits students, research and the wider university. About The Role

We’re hiring a Data Integration Manager to take ownership of how data moves across Royal British Legion’s systems. This role sits at the centre of fundraising, membership and finance activity, making sure information flows accurately and securely between platforms, now and as we move towards Microsoft Dynamics. It’s a critical post for someone who wants responsibility for data that genuinely matters and is used every day across the organisation.

Building strong working relationships with colleagues in Fundraising, Membership, Finance and Supporter Care will be a key part of the role, helping teams trust the data they rely on. Hygiene poverty is not being able to afford many of the everyday hygiene and personal grooming products most of us take for granted. The reality of low income is that it restricts people’s options, leaving us caught between being able to heat our homes, pay the rent, eat, or be clean.It is washing hair, bodies, faces and clothes in the same cheap washing up liquid used for the dishes. It is not being able to replace a toothbrush when needed or sharing a toothbrush because one each just isn't an option. Hygiene Poverty is the hidden crisis facing the UK. In May 2024, The Hygiene Bank published their second groundbreaking research into the incidence and impact of hygiene poverty. It found that over 4.1 million adults across the country are currently experiencing hygiene poverty and that it is both alarmingly widespread, increasing and disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable. It stops people from participating in society, feeds the mental health crisis and blocks routes out of poverty. It is simply unjust.

About the role 

As our Partnership Officer, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a huge difference in improving the lives of people living in hygiene poverty.

Reporting into the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships, the Partnership Officer plays a pivotal role in the brand and corporate team and is responsible for supporting, stewarding, renewing, and growing our brand and corporate partners to meet our income targets and to source donated product for our service users. Our partners range from emerging brands to strategic corporate partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, brand donations and volunteering.

The post holder will take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Trust’s membership schemes, using the Charity CRM database to maintain accurate contact & financial records in line with GDPR. This includes processing new, renewing and lapsed memberships, handling payments ( Direct Debits, PayPal & Gift Aid) and providing consistently high-quality communication with members through enquiries, welcome packs, renewal reminders and supporter care.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Technology and Transformation Project Manager who will help to manage technology focused projects.

The Role: 
•    This role is key to assist with the full project lifecycles from initiation to BAU handover on technology focused projects.
•    You’ll deliver successful projects including delivery, testing, handover and go live/support documentation.

The  Operations and Volunteer Coordinator is a flexible, part time role and if you are highly organised, enjoy working as part of a small team and making a difference in the local community then this role may be for you. We have three services that we deliver in and around the Winchester area, and this role underpins them all to support and coordinate the charity’s activity.

Friends of the Family Services

• Mum and Young Children's Group which offers group counselling and peer support to mums, whilst their babies and preschoolers are looked after by a team of volunteers.
• 5s to 13s Befriending in which a child aged between 5 and 13 years old is matched with a volunteer who meets them weekly for a year. Time away from chaotic homelives with a positive role model, boosts wellbeing and confidence. Our team provides tailored support to the family. 
• Support for dads - counselling and peer support for dads. 

What you'll be doing

In this role you will be the first point of contact with all of our wonderful volunteers, who are critical to the success of our work.  You will work closely to support the 5s to 13s Befriending Manager and other service leads to ensure smooth delivery of event and training activities. You will also support the wider charitable activity with your strong administrative and operational skills, including organising events, managing our database and general office management. We are continuing to evolve our services within the community, and for the right candidate there is also potential for increased hours in the future.

Role Information

This role reports to the Operations Director, and is part time for 16 hours per week. We offer 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 3 days over Christmas. This role will help deliver the Oasis St Martins Village aims and mission by ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective site and facilities service, aligned with the ethos and values of Oasis St Martin’s Village.

What will you do?

This newly formed role will be embedded within the site management team. To be successful in this role, applicants will be required to:

• Assist the Senior Premises Officer with maintenance tasks as required to ensure a safe and effective working environment. Must be able perform basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, changing locks etc.)
• Assist with water testing, testing of alarms and other routine tasks as directed.
• Set and un-set the site alarm systems when required.
• Assist with the opening and closing, unlocking and locking of the site gates and buildings, including evening and weekend use.
• Be responsible for the security of the site when on duty including the locking of all doors and windows.
• Assist the events manager with delivery of events, particularly during evenings and weekends.
• Assist with the cleaning of the site as and when needed.
• Assist with room setup and moving of furniture safely. This includes preparing spaces to host events and functions, packing down and cleaning afterwards. And to service ongoing regular lettings.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Trusts Manager, the postholder will be responsible for maximizing income from Charitable Trusts and Foundations, building and nurturing elationships and inspiring long-term support and sustainable income in line with the organisational strategy.

About You

This is a great role for someone with previous experience of Trust Fundraising. You’ll have first class communication skills to enable you to quickly build solid, strong relationships both face to face and over the telephone. Excellent writing skills are essential as well as good organisational skills and CRM experience. In these challenging times you’ll need to channel your creative skills to develop exciting stewardship plans.

In this role you will need:

· Previous experience of Trust Fundraising with a strong track record of success and meeting targets

· Excellent writing skills, with the ability to take complex material and translate into visually appealing proposals.

· Experience of working with CRM databases.

Our Location

We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home,  although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. There is a requirement for you to attend a minimum of 12 in person days a year, including two Directorate meetings and the charity’s mandatory ‘All Staff Together’ days which take place four times a year at our offices in Hatfield or a location in London. This is a great opportunity for an experienced team leader and high value fundraiser to join at a pivotal moment. Reporting into the Director of Income Generation, the Head of Major Giving will lead a passionate and well-established team spanning Philanthropy, Trusts & Foundations, Strategic Partnerships and Events. With 12 people in the team and five direct reports, you'll set direction, inspire high performance and play a key role in championing a culture of philanthropy and partnerships across the organisation. 

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the Major Giving strategy, driving significant income growth and pipeline development. Central to the role will be retaining and deepening relationships with loyal supporters, while attracting new, long-term funders; refreshing stewardship and cultivation approaches to deliver ambitious growth plans and ensure Friends of the Earth has the resources to respond to an evolving external landscape. 

To be successful, you will bring demonstrable experience of income growth and pipeline development, alongside a strong track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve high, sustainable performance. You can bring experience in one or more high value funding streams (Major Donors, Trusts & Foundations, Corporate Partnerships). You'll be highly collaborative, confident building relationships cross-organisationally, and an excellent networker. Experience of, or knowledge of campaigning organisations and/or organisations going through strategic change would be an advantage.
