At Peabody, we are committed to assisting tenants in our temporary accommodation services who may need guidance to maintain stable housing and live independently. We provide a person-centred service to households who are homeless or may be at risk of homelessness, experiencing financial pressures, or adjusting to new tenancies whilst their homeless application is assessed by the local authority. About you:
You communicate clearly and effectively with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders, and consistently deliver excellent customer service in a supportive and respectful manner. You have a strong awareness of professional boundaries and always maintain them. Adaptable and flexible in your approach, you are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
You’re skilled at building positive relationships and thrive when working as part of a team. Highly organised and proactive, you can confidently manage a varied caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. With solid IT skills, you demonstrate resilience and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
Desirable but not Essential Skills/Experience:
We offer:
25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
Flexible benefits package – including healthcare, dental, and lifestyle discounts.

Bible Society is on a mission to change the conversation about the Bible in culture. We want to see the Bible ‘translated’ into every part of life and society and, excitingly, we are having more and more opportunities to do this.
Global trends show that the world is becoming a less secular place. There is a growing spiritual openness particularly in China and sub-Saharan Africa. But in recent years, here in England and Wales, we are also seeing a burgeoning spiritual openness with well over a quarter of the public actively seeking greater meaning and purpose in their lives. The question is will they find the Bible as part of their search?
Bible Society have recently re-configured their leadership team to release the CEO to take up more of the external opportunities that are growing in both number and profile.
The Head of Office is a new role designed to help the CEO maximise the impact of these opportunities in two main ways: first by identifying and prioritising opportunities with the greatest potential, cultivating strategic relationships and partnerships, and marshalling the talents of the team internally so that the Bible Society is not only responding to opportunities as they arise but actively shaping the environment in which they operate, and secondly helping the CEO proactively curate an effective external engagement programme to communicate my core messages so that we can grow our missional impact in this season of openness.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic acceleration, external engagement, and the strengthening of relationships and influence across the wider sector. It will require skills in strategic thinking, public engagement and messaging, relationship building, decision-making around opportunities and project management.
Bible Society today combines the dynamism of innovation with the trust and tradition of a 222-year-old organisation. Our history is full of major innovations, daring exploits and significant impact. This is the time to join us if you want to be part of writing the next chapter…

The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.

Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. To progress to a screening call with THINK Recruitment, your CV must demonstrate evidence of delivering individual giving income in a UK charity environment.
The successful candidate for this role will be someone who has already operated at a senior level within a charity such as at Senior Manager level, or Head of in a specific income stream.
