Help Create Life-Changing Experiences for Children
At Honeypot, we believe every child deserves the chance to feel safe, valued and supported. As our Children's Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in making that happen.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team, coordinating the delivery of residential breaks, wellbeing programmes for young carers and vulnerable children across Scotland.

From managing referrals and bookings to coordinating transport, communicating with families and supporting service delivery, you'll help create positive experiences that have a lasting impact on the children and families we support.
No two days will be the same. One day you might be helping a family through the referral process, the next coordinating logistics for an upcoming residential break, preparing essential documentation, analysing service data, or supporting colleagues to ensure every child receives the best possible experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of respite breaks, wellbeing programmes and outreach services
- Managing referrals, bookings and placements to ensure children receive the right support at the right time
- Building positive relationships with families, referral partners and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Supporting safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance processes
- Coordinating communications, transport arrangements and programme logistics
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service and Honeypot Scotland sit
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and confident working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll be a natural coordinator who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and keeping multiple projects moving forward.
You will have:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within children's services, health, education, charity or community settings
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally database systems
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection principles
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport
Why Join Honeypot?
This is more than an administration role. It's an opportunity to make a genuine difference behind the scenes, helping ensure that children experiencing challenges in their young lives can access safe, supportive and memorable experiences that build confidence, resilience and hope for the future.
If you are passionate about helping children thrive and enjoy bringing organisation, care and efficiency to a busy service, we'd love to hear from you.
Join us and help make every child's opportunity count.

About the Role
This Project Officer role is part of Bright Futures, our mentoring and employability support programme for young Gypsy and Traveller people aged 15-25. You will keep the programme organised, connected and running smoothly - managing records and systems, building partnerships, and coordinating workshops and activities so that young people can find their way in and get the most out of the support on offer.
Many of the young people we work with have faced exclusion or discrimination within mainstream education, employment and other services, and are often not in education, employment or training (NEET). The processes, systems and communications you manage all need to be accessible and responsive to young people who may be wary of formal support.
You will coordinate outreach and community engagement to bring young people into the programme, build and maintain relationships with colleges, training providers, employers and community organisations, and manage day-to-day communications with young people, families and partners. You will set up and coordinate a Youth Advisory Group, giving young people a structured way to help shape the programme. You may also be asked to cover for mentee support when a mentor is unavailable or at capacity.
This role is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
About You
This role is for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and connected, and who wants that work to make a real, practical difference in young people's lives – someone committed to supporting young people from marginalised and underserved communities to fairly access relevant opportunities.
You will be highly organised, with strong admin skills and confidence using digital tools and databases. You will also be a confident communicator, equally comfortable writing a promotional post, following up with a training provider, or having a conversation with a young person or their family.
The role is ideal for someone with experience of outreach, building partnerships or community engagement, who can build trusting relationships with a wide range of people – from young people and families to colleges, employers and community organisations. You should be open to providing support to young people when needed.
We don't expect you to already have all the answers what matters most is your admin and organisational ability, your commitment to the communities we work with, and your confidence building relationships across a wide range of people and settings. We will support your development through supervision, training and a small, collaborative team environment.
We know not everyone will meet every requirement in the job description below, but if you feel you have what it takes, please apply and tell us how your experience and skills make you suitable.
If you are not sure what the work looks like or you want to ask questions before applying, we are happy to chat with you about the role. Please contact Mini Ravi (Programme Lead) by calling on our office phone.

The General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches (GA) is the central charity that supports its member congregations, ministers and societies in England, Scotland and Wales. Its purpose is to promote free and inquiring religion, through inclusive, free-thinking communities that draw on wisdom from all sources, without doctrine or dogma. Our congregations are autonomous and locally led; the GA is not a hierarchical leadership body, but one that supports and leads alongside our members.
As Britain’s religious culture and context has changed, so have Unitarian communities, and the GA is in a process of adapting to best meet these changing needs.
The purpose of this role
This is a new role, created as part of a restructuring of the GA's operational team. The Administrative Coordinator is the human face of the GA's operational work. This is a role for someone who is genuinely energised by working with people - warm, organised, and reliable - and who combines administrative excellence with the wish to maximise the potential of others.
You will provide the day-to-day administrative and coordination support that keeps the GA's work with congregations, ministers, and members running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for many people who engage with the GA, and your ability to connect - to listen, to follow through, and to make people feel empowered, inspired, and part of something that matters - will shape their experience of the organisation.
We think of this role as needing three things in equal measure: people skills, administrative excellence, and organisational ability. Plenty of people are strong on one or two. We're looking for someone who ideally brings all three but we appreciate that's a bit of a unicorn, so please don't let that put you off applying.
What you’ll be doing
- Congregational and membership administration - Serve as a first point of contact for enquiries, maintain accurate membership records, and support engagement across our wider community.
- Congregational support toolkit - Coordinate the production and publication of guidance materials, and host online meetings connecting community members with subject matter experts.
- Ministry and congregational support - Maintain key registers and records, coordinate the annual commitment-to-pay process, and triage our inbox with care and good judgement.
- Events support - Provide coordination support for the Annual Meeting and other GA events, working alongside our freelance events manager on registration, logistics, and communications.
See the attached job description for more details.
What core skills and experience you’ll have
Essential:
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a charity, membership body, or similar organisation
- Experience working with volunteers, congregations, or membership communities — and an understanding of what sustains them
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to hold multiple threads without losing sight of the people behind them
- Warm, clear written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
- Confidence hosting and facilitating online meetings
- Confidence with databases and digital tools, and willingness to develop Salesforce skills
Desirable:
- Familiarity with a CRM database (e.g. Salesforce, CiviCRM)
- Understanding of basic charity governance and administration
Please note: We've listed essentials and desirables in good faith, but we know no one is the finished article. If you bring the right values, approach, and most of the experience, we would love to hear from you.

About NEON:
NEON is a capacity and infrastructure building organisation that seeks to accelerate the transition to a new economy by building the power of social movements - because without strong social movements we lack the power we need to win. We deliver trainings, develop resources, facilitate collaboration and work in partnership with key movement allies, especially in the climate, housing and migration movements. Our focus is on strengthening the organising, communications and strategy skills of social movement organisations, as well as deepening movement alignment, as we believe these are key to building collective power. As part of our work, we are looking to change the starting point in social movements from “what do we agree on” to “what can we win together?”
We also aim to mirror the change we want to see in social movements in the way we run the organisation internally. To that end, we are committed to building a workplace centred on joy, care and justice, whilst maintaining healthy boundaries of what a workplace is. We do this because it is important to live our values and principles, and because strategically an organisation with a healthy culture and strong foundations ensures we are always one step ahead in the fight for a just and sustainable future.
To build a culture and community that lasts, we organise around three values:
● Solidarity - we’re here to change the system and that requires working together across issues and sectors that aren’t normally in the same room. This means placing anti-oppression at the heart of our work and building the power of people most often affected by injustice to change the leadership of our movements
● Generosity is about sharing our time, resources and learning with one another as we support each other’s work. It means being open and honest with one another, especially when we hit problems, and thinking creatively about how we positively build from there
● Respect is the bottom line for all relationships in NEON. It means being respectful of different backgrounds and life experiences and giving space for all voices to be heard. This often means listening more than we talk and being open to changing ourselves as a result of what we hear.
You can also check out our website for more info on NEON.
How to apply
We don’t want to make this process too complicated so please complete and return the application form attached to the job listing on our website.
We'd also be really grateful if you could complete our Equal Opportunities Monitoring form equally linked on the website. This is optional, anonymous, and separate from your application, so it won't be seen by the shortlisting panel or affect your application in any way.
We know that people from certain backgrounds and identities are often excluded in progressive movements and we’re committed to doing what we can to correct this.
So:
-
We particularly welcome applications from marginalised groups, especially people of colour and other ethnic minorities, people who identify as LGBTQIA, Disabled people and those who identify as working class or have done so in the past.

Job Title:Key Relationships Manager
Salary:£46,000 per annum
Location:Hybrid: London Office and Home
Hours of work:Full-time (35 hours per week)
Reporting to:Head of Key Relationships
Premier, the UK’s largest Christian media agency, is seeking a Key Relationships Manager who shares our passion for helping people encounter God through media and experience renewal.
Behind Premier’s ministry are generous supporters who make this work possible. Through thoughtful conversations, careful listening and a compelling invitation to give, you could help people connect their generosity with a mission close to their hearts — bringing the Gospel, encouragement and hope into everyday lives.
Role Overview:
You will build meaningful relationships with existing and prospective supporters, helping them discover how their giving can support Premier’s mission. Working with senior colleagues, you will guide relationships from first introduction through to a thoughtful invitation to give and ongoing care.
Alongside warmth and conviction, you will need persistence, disciplined follow-through and the confidence to ask for significant financial support when relationships are ready — potentially including gifts of up to seven figures. You do not need to have made asks at this level before, but you must be willing to learn.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building lasting partnerships: Develop and care for a portfolio of supporters, securing major gifts and multi-year commitments towards your annual six-figure target.
- Opening new conversations: Research and approach potential supporters, including senior individuals in the City’s corporate community, and create proposals that connect their giving aspirations with Premier’s mission.
- Representing Premier: Communicate our mission at donor meetings and events, involving senior colleagues where appropriate.
- Following through with care: Maintain accurate records, timely follow-up and monthly reporting, treating supporters with respect and following the Code of Fundraising Practice.
We are looking for someone with:
- A living Christian faith and a heart for the Gospel: A faith you can articulate clearly, commitment to Premier’s mission and a good understanding of the Christian community.
- A gift for relationships: Proven ability to build new professional connections and nurture trust, including with senior or influential people, through empathy, listening, tact and discretion.
- Purposeful communication: Excellent writing, presentation and conversational skills, with the confidence to represent Premier and a willingness to learn to ask directly for significant support.
- Initiative and accountability: Proven success against targets, resourcefulness in identifying opportunities, sound analytical judgement and a commitment to both personal responsibility and teamwork.
- Organisation and a learning mindset: Careful administration and follow-through, confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems; degree-level education or equivalent knowledge and ability gained through professional experience.
Ideally, you will understand the principles of the major donor journey, but previous experience managing major donors or securing large gifts is not essential.
We are particularly interested in your commitment to Premier’s mission and your ability to build trust and turn conversations into lasting relationships. You might bring these strengths from account management, sales, fundraising or another relationship-focused role. We can help you develop the specialist fundraising skills – if you have empathy, initiative, sound judgement and a willingness to learn, this could be your next role!
Location and availability: This is a primarily London-based role. You must live within daily commutable distance of the City of London and be able to attend London meetings and donor visits at least two days each week, with attendance at Premier’s London office as required. Additional travel and occasional evening and weekend work are also required.
Please note that Premier is a Christian media agency and this role has a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to have a personal Christian faith.
