Job description

As our freelance Chief Growth Officer, you will lead Symphony’s growth across audiences, income, visibility and strategic partnerships. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, COO and CPO, you will shape how more people discover, experience and support our work with young people from marginalised communities.

You will oversee communications and marketing, strengthen Symphony’s brand and public voice, and grow audiences for our events, films, podcasts and digital content. You will also develop corporate sponsorships, strategic partnerships and regular giving, while increasing the reach and income potential of Symphony Studios and our live, digital and community activities.

This hands-on strategic role is suited to an entrepreneurial builder with senior experience in marketing, communications, partnerships or income generation, and a strong record of growing audiences and securing support.

This is a freelance role for four days per week, offered through an initial six-month service-level agreement. It is hybrid, with three days per week onsite working at Symphony Studios in Tulse Hill.
