What you’ll do

Joining our small, high-energy team, you’ll play a key role growing our newest partner base and supporting primary school partners to make the most of the Unifrog platform and resources. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are positive and successful. 

Your key responsibilities:

Sell Unifrog subscriptions to primary schools

• Design and deliver impactful prospecting campaigns and marketing collateral aimed at engaging potential new partners, tracking campaign performance and continually improving your approach to secure demonstrations and drive partnership growth.

• Meet with potential partners on video calls (and sometimes in-person). Understand their priorities, demonstrate the Unifrog platform and resources, and secure their subscription.

• Identify and attend conferences and events to promote Unifrog to primary school audiences, while networking and cultivating relationships for future partnership opportunities.

• Develop a sound awareness of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and the PSHE Association Framework within the UK. You’ll need this to confidently navigate conversations with relevant contacts at primary schools.

Support primary school partners to make the most of Unifrog

• Set up new partner schools for success. Help them to embed Unifrog across their staff, student and parent community. You’ll deliver an initial staff training session then provide ad-hoc support.

• Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our primary school partners and think of ways to promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice between partners.

• Achieve sky-high resubscription rates by securing partner renewals when their subscriptions come to an end.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be responsible for meeting sales targets so sales experience is desirable but not essential.

You’ll be in frequent communication with lots of different people, both within Unifrog and externally – this will be in person, written, over the phone and via video call. You’ll need to be an outstanding communicator.

Working together

You’ll work alongside one other Primary Schools Partnership Manager and be line managed by our Partnerships Director (UK schools and Employers). You will also have daily contact with the wider Unifrog team, including our Marketing, Content and Finance teams.

Key details

• £39,047 per annum (Grade B), plus:

  • Unlimited commission, OTE of £50,000.

• Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4:30pm on Friday – some days you may need to start earlier but you can finish earlier as a result.

About the Role

A stimulating and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Practitioner Psychologist with a Forensic background. You will work alongside the Group Psychological Lead and other members of the team within our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) to deliver psychological services to residents and staff. In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge in building new teams and expand our operational delivery within our IAP. You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.

Our IAP's support residents who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. You will contribute towards them achieving goals necessary for their personal development and move on within the community. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing high quality psychological services, contributing to the delivery of Approved Premises aims as specified by the Ministry of Justice.
• Ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
• Demonstrating clinical leadership by setting direction for the psychological service and driving high standards for quality, safety and ongoing improvement.
• Exercising clinical responsibility for residents’ psychological care, showing skill and judgement in selecting appropriate assessments and interventions.
• Consulting with other parties contributing to a resident’s diagnosis, formulation, treatment and risk management in the community.
• Create opportunities to collaborate with peers including AP-based psychologists nationally and OPD pathway psychologists delivering services to APs.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Psychologist with a strong clinical and forensic background to join our team. The successful candidate will be HCPC-registered with doctoral-level training and experience working with complex client groups. • Experience working in a psychologically informed environment and providing informed consultation to others

Purpose

As a Grants & Bids Development Officer, you will help shape the future of our services by developing compelling, evidence-based applications to charitable trusts, foundations, and public sector commissioners. Your work will directly contribute to tackling inequality, expanding access to support, and driving positive change across Kent and Medway.
You will be part of a collaborative development function that is curious, positive, and committed to learning. Working closely with colleagues across operational teams, you will translate real-world insight into powerful cases for support, ensuring our bids are grounded in lived experience, strong evidence, and Involve Kent’s values.
The primary focus is trusts and bids. Legacy stewardship is welcome but not essential and will be proportionate to capacity.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1) Trusts & Foundations
• Pipeline management: Maintain and develop a rolling, well-qualified trusts pipeline with a clear annual submission calendar.

• Proposal drafting: Produce compelling, tailored proposals and reports aligned to funder criteria, organisational priorities, and impact goals.
• Impact & budgeting: Work with service leads and Finance to evidence need, outcomes, and impact; align restricted budgets; draft clear budget narratives and simple throughput justifications.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate records of applications, grant conditions, and reporting schedules to agreed timelines and standards.
• Reporting: Produce a weekly opportunities update and a monthly snapshot summarising pipeline status and next steps.

2) Contracts (Public Sector Bids)
• Horizon scanning & qualification: Monitor procurement portals; complete eligibility matrices; assemble bid packs; maintain a concise tender pipeline.
• Bid/no-bid support: Prepare clear opportunity summaries to inform go/no-go decisions; deliver activity in line with approved timelines.
• Compliance & readiness: Conduct eligibility and compliance checks; maintain a simple risk and dependency register for live tenders; escalate risks promptly.
• Document control & content library: Maintain a secure shared drive, up-to-date bid library, version-controlled documents, and reusable answer bank; assemble clean, compliant bid submissions.

Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Deputy Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within busy Court environments in Chester and Crewe. You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week covering Chester Crown Court, Chester Magistrates Court and Crewe Magistrates Court

Duties and Responsibilities:
Programme Delivery

• Lead the delivery of practical warehouse activity sessions for active participants and taster sessions for potential participants
• Work with the Operations and Volunteer teams to ensure smooth integration of our participants and the programme
• Support the Employability Programme Manager to deliver Employability/Life skills workshops e.g. Interview/Communication skills, CV/Cover letter writing
• Work with the Employability Programme Manager to build an individualised plan and set of goals for each young person
• Identify specific needs and risks, liaising with senior colleagues, create and maintain risk assessments with individuals to ensure safety in the workplace

Programme Development

• Work with the Employability Programme Manager and FareChance participants around coproduction opportunities that impact on the delivery, development and evaluation of the programme
• Work with the Volunteer Team to ensure smooth transitions to and from FareChance to Volunteering where applicable
• Work with the Operations team to identify ways we can expand FareChance practical sessions to support day-to-day running of the hub and build further transferable skills
• Support young people to engage with internships within FSSW
• External partnerships and relationship building
• On occasion attend events or appointments to support recruitment/represent FSSW
• Attend a range of career away days as part of the FareChance programme
• Support the fundraising team in providing updates for employability funders

• Work with the fundraising and communications teams on internal and external reporting for FareChance, including gathering quantitative and qualitative data

• Knowledge and experience of delivering 1:1 and group motivational mentoring, coaching or support work

Main Purpose Of Job:
Project 41 accommodates individuals within the homeless pathway and as part of Oxfordshire’s Homelessness Alliance. These individuals have support needs including substance use, mental health and offending histories, but are able to live in dispersed accommodation in Oxford with a higher level of independence than in our hostels. The successful candidate will understand the trauma people using our services have experienced, and have a compassionate and assertive approach to building relationships. At Project 41 you will provide high quality support service provision, work with clients to ensure suitable and timely move on, ensure the health and safety and safeguarding of service users and colleagues, work in a psychologically informed way, and develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant agencies.

Main Areas Of Responsibility:

• To ensure the effective delivery of high quality support, housing management and resettlement opportunities.
• To develop effective professional relationships with service users that is trauma informed and compassionate, and which empowers and motivates our service users to make positive changes in their lives.
• To work in partnership with support agencies to coordinate a holistic response to an individuals needs; this may include substance use services, probation, health professionals and adult social care.
• To lead on identifying and applying for suitable move on accommodation, and providing support throughout the move and whilst settling in to new accommodation.
• To assess risk and suitability of referrals for the service.
• To be responsible for creating and actioning person centred, strengths based support plans, and identifying and working towards suitable move on.
• To assess and manage risk for individuals and in the service, creating and maintaining risk assessments for all clients. Reporting any safeguarding concerns without delay in line with procedures.
• Work with the Team Manager and colleagues to achieve agreed contractual performance targets and organisational targets and objectives.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across accommodation services; this may including room cleaning and clearance.
