About the role
Working across multiple teams, you will manage all aspects of the event from programme development, speaker and delegate management, and ticketing systems through to sponsorship support, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. Main Role & Responsibilities
The post holder will be an active member of our programmes team and will work across our portfolio of programmes, with responsibility for engagement within Scotland. Although remote working, they would need to be living in Scotland for travel purposes.

Planning
· Network and develop stakeholder relationships, leading the recruitment of delegates suitable to Ygam’s programmes.
· Develop a regional presence to amplify Ygam’s mission and vision

Person Specification
Essential:
· Prior experience in delivering training to adults and children

About the role
