We have recently been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. We are one of ten national partners working alongside The National Lottery Community Fund and will take a leading role in shaping how the partnership operates, including building evidence, influencing policy and practice, supporting the design of new national funding programmes, and facilitating collective learning across the partnership.
Alongside this, the centrepiece of our participation will be the delivery of three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each based in a specific locality and rooted in communities experiencing the sharpest health inequities. We are looking for an experienced systems change practitioner who is passionate about tackling structural racism and improving health equity. This highly collaborative leadership role requires someone equally comfortable working alongside people with lived experience, senior leaders across health and local government, and colleagues from the voluntary and community sector. Our client is a Surrey-based charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse through refuge accommodation, advocacy and specialist support services. They help women and children rebuild their lives and move towards a future free from abuse. They are now looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to play a key role in securing the income needed to sustain and grow their impact.
Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising Manager will lead and develop fundraising across the organisation. While trusts and foundations fundraising will be a key focus, the role also offers the opportunity to grow income from corporates, community fundraising, individual giving and other sources. You'll build relationships with supporters and funders, develop compelling funding applications and propositions, line manage the Community Fundraiser, and help shape the future direction of fundraising at the organisation.
This role will suit a proactive and relationship-focused fundraiser with a strong track record of securing trust and foundation funding. You will be an excellent communicator, confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. Broader fundraising experience across areas such as corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraising or events would be an advantage, alongside a genuine passion for supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

Do you believe every child deserves the chance to discover the joy of reading? Are you passionate about books and the power they have to unlock confidence, imagination and opportunity? If so, we'd love you to join our team.
As a Reading Project Leader, you'll play a vital role in helping us bring the magic of reading into the homes of children in London living with little or no access to books and reading.
You'll coordinate three weekly reading projects across London (two in Lambeth and one in Kensington & Chelsea), leading and supporting up to ten volunteers at each session. Based within the local community, you'll ensure each project runs smoothly, creating a welcoming, organised and enjoyable experience for the children and families we work with.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our work. As well as leading volunteers, you'll visit families yourself to read with children, so you'll be comfortable carrying books and equipment, and using stairs. Administrative work can be completed from home or the office.
We're looking for someone who is organised, energetic and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people. You'll build trusted relationships with volunteers, children and families, becoming a familiar and encouraging presence in the community. You'll be confident, practical and able to adapt as situations arise, while always keeping our mission at the centre of everything you do.
This is a rewarding opportunity to see the direct impact of your work every week. By supporting families to enjoy reading together, you'll help give children the confidence, curiosity and love of learning that can change lives.
