A major change project has taken place at Cranstoun over the last few years to transform our IT systems and support. We have successfully moved to a cloud solution based on Microsoft 365.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Head of IT to lead Cranstoun’s IT services. You will be motivated to make a difference and build on the successful work that has already been achieved.
The Head of IT will demonstrate visible leadership and provide expert advice to continue the development of IT provision, knowledge and digital capabilities across the organisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to maintain our IT systems and support, including all aspects of IT and cyber security. Cranstoun currently holds ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), Cyber Essentials and completes the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. You will support our two internal IT roles and effectively manage our managed service provider who are providing ongoing day-to-day support for all our IT users.The role incorporates wider responsibilities that include supplier management and purchasing in relation to IT.

our aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC, providing the best
possible supporter experience.
Mass Participation Fundraising is an important acquisition and income stream in
the NSPCC’s Engagement and Fundraising strategy, managing the delivery of a
portfolio of Third Party Events and Schools Fundraising products, as well as
stewarding supporters looking to do their own fundraising activity for the charity
(‘DIY’ fundraisers).
We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Officer, who will work across these
audience streams to coordinate marketing activity. This role will focus specifically
on marketing to mass audiences to reflect the breadth of audiences who take part
in Mass Participation Events. This includes parents, grandparents, professionals
who work with children, those with a personal connection to our charity, or simply
those who care deeply about children.

About the role

The Trust Fund and Legacy Development Manager will be responsible for:
Trusts:
- Lead on the development and delivery of a new trust fundraising strategy.
- Identify, research and write compelling applications to meet and / or exceed income targets.
- Oversight and management of relationships with existing and new trusts and foundations and delivering funding reports to a high and consistent standard, including evaluating impact.

Overall purpose of role
As WeProtect Global Alliance Fundraising and Grants Manager,you will:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a multi-donor grant portfolio (restricted and unrestricted) to ensure donor obligations are met in full and on time.
- Optimise and maintain grants management systems (calendars, trackers, templates, CRM, workflows) proportionate to a small organisation operating at global scale.

Portfolio ownership & planning

This role is a maternity cover role.
We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to provide maternity cover and coordinate NFFN Scotland’s Knowledge Exchange (KE) programme of activities.
The sucessful candidate will have a sound understanding of Scotland’s farming and crofting sectors, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain and develop relationships and inspire change. This role involves hitting the ground running, working closely with farmers, crofters, partner organisations, and the wider NFFN team to deliver a programme of impactful events, grow the network, and support knowledge sharing to accelerate the adoption of nature friendly farming practices.
This maternity cover role will play a key role in delivering NFFN Scotland’s KE strategy, contributing to the growth of our network and raising awareness of nature-friendly farming across the country. FitzRoy is looking for a proactive and driven Oliver McGowan Programme & Training Coordination Manager to develop, coordinate and grow our external Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training offer.
Using your excellent relationship-building skills, you will develop partnerships with commissioners and other organisations and identify strategies to help more customers access our training. You'll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they receive an excellent experience from initial enquiry through to training delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly created role, identify new opportunities, improve the way we work and lead our Training Support Team in coordinating all of FitzRoy's training, while helping us reach more organisations and increase the impact of our Oliver McGowan programme.
Please note this is a remote role with occasional travel to Petersfield and other locations in the UK, so a Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

This role is being offered on a Full Time basis or 30 hours per week (across 4 days) on a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you'll do
- Lead our dedicated Training Support Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of all internal and external training across FitzRoy - Not just our Oliver McGowan programme.
- Work closely with our inspirational Lived Experience Trainers and Administration team to support the successful delivery of the Oliver McGowan programme and our internal training courses in a timely and efficient way.
- Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with commissioners, customers and partner organisations.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to course completion.
- Monitor performance, income, customer feedback and quality standards to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Oliver McGowan licensing requirements and contractual obligations.
About you
You’ll have
- Experience of building strong relationships with customers, commissioners or partner organisations.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, which can flex for the different needs of our team and customers
- Confident leadership skills, to support a small team, helping people to do their best work.
- Great IT skills to use Microsoft Office, our LMS and other digital systems to monitor performance and keep things running smoothly.
- Information analysis skills, to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement and growth

- Experience of working within the health and social care sector and the Oliver McGowan Training Programme.
- Transferable experience in programme or training coordination and scheduling

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Management Accountant to join a values-led finance team and support the Head of Finance in delivering high-quality reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial insight across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, track KPIs and provide clear variance analysis against budget.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Assist departments to understand and manage their budgets, providing clear financial insight to non-finance colleagues.
- Support compliance, statutory accounts, audit documentation and the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Own and maintain the contracts register, supporting procurement oversight, value for money assessment and supplier monitoring.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant, such as ACCA or CIMA, with demonstrable experience of financial reporting to senior management and internal stakeholders.
You will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to a diverse audience. You will be organised, proactive, adaptable and confident working independently and collaboratively across teams.
Experience of contracts management, procurement oversight or maintaining a supplier/contract register is essential. Knowledge of charity finance, governance or regulation would be desirable, as would experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
