The role
You will provide high-quality legal advice and representation at IAA Level 2/3 or Solicitor standard. Your diverse casework will range from assisting sponsored workers on high-risk visas, to managing complex human rights cases and supporting victims of modern slavery and trafficking. Crucially, your work will not happen in isolation. You will work closely with our employment advice team on overlapping cases, collaborate with policy and comms colleagues to evidence systemic issues, and help deliver public legal information and training.
About you
We seek an enthusiastic professional with at least 3 years of experience delivering high-quality immigration advice, who demonstrates a deep empathy for the experiences of vulnerable migrants.
You will also have:
Level 2 or 3 IAA accreditation OR status as a qualified Solicitor eligible to practice in England and Wales.
A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in law or a related subject.
At least 3 years’ experience providing immigration legal advice in compliance with IAA/SRA standards.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and case management skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads and tight deadlines.
Outstanding client management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to lay persons clearly and compassionately.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Foundation & Institutional (F&I) Relationships Officer to join our Fundraising team. As Head of Income Generation and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Little Lights Liverpool as the charity embarks on an exciting new phase of growth and development. Leading an ambitious fundraising and marketing strategy, you'll inspire supporters, businesses, philanthropists and communities to invest in the charity's life-changing work.

Salary: £60-65k per annum
Location: Liverpool, with flexible/hybrid working (3-4 days onsite initially)

Little Lights Liverpool provides specialist hospice care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions across Liverpool and the surrounding region. Through expert clinical care, respite, therapies, emotional wellbeing and bereavement support, the charity walks alongside families at the most difficult times in their lives.
Alongside a significant rebrand and plans for a new purpose-built hospice, Little Lights Liverpool is redefining its future vision, expanding its services and positioning itself as a leading voice within children's hospice care across the region.
About the opportunity
As a member of the Executive Team, you'll help shape the future direction of the organisation, contributing to major strategic decisions while leading fundraising efforts and turning ambitious plans into reality.
You'll lead fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement functions, with income targets currently at £1.2m and ambitions to grow this significantly over the coming years. By developing and delivering a bold new strategy that diversifies income, you'll grow unrestricted funding and build long-term financial resilience.
There's an exciting duality to this position. On one hand, you'll be setting strategy, working closely with the CEO, Board and Executive Team to develop a compelling vision for growth. On the other, you'll be a hands-on relationship builder, personally cultivating major relationships, securing strategic partnerships and helping unlock transformational gifts.

They are seeking a Data & Insights Executive to join their fundraising team in a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth management of donor data, income processing and supporter administration. Reporting to the Head of Data & Insights, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate donor records within the CRM, processing fundraising income from a variety of sources, and ensuring donations, pledges and supporter interactions are recorded correctly. You will produce reports and data extracts to support fundraising activity, monitor pledge tracking, assist with financial reconciliations, and help deliver an excellent supporter experience through timely acknowledgements and efficient donor administration. You will also work closely with fundraising, finance and marketing colleagues to improve systems and processes, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice.
To be successful, you will have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, experience working with CRM databases or administrative systems and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. You will be confident handling income processing data, financial or transactional data, managing competing priorities, and producing reliable reports to support informed decision-making. Strong organisational, numerical and communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding supporter care. Experience within the charity sector and fundraising operations is necessary to be considered for this role.

The Role
You'll lead corporate fundraising, delivering an annual income target of around £900,000 through a broad portfolio of corporate partnerships. Unlike many charities, income comes from a diverse range of supporters rather than a handful of large six-figure donors, making strong relationship management and business development equally important.
You'll also lead a small team, use CRM data to drive fundraising activity, and work closely with senior stakeholders to maximise opportunities.

About the role
The National Institute of Teaching is looking for an exceptional Head of Communications and Engagement to lead how we tell our story, build our reputation and deepen our relationships across the education sector. Guided by our belief that teaching is a fundamental societal good, a privilege and a responsibility, this is a senior, strategic role at the heart of an ambitious organisation working to improve the quality of teacher and leader development at system level. You will shape a clear and compelling organisational narrative, lead integrated communications and engagement activity, and act as the NIoT’s main link with the press, ensuring our voice is credible, consistent and influential with schools, trusts, policymakers, partners, funders, journalists, the media and the wider public.
