What you'll do:
- Ensure all live and test application environments are maintained in compliance with Look Ahead's IT policies and guidelines to meet business needs by working with colleagues and the Business Systems Manager to manage system security and coordinate system changes, patch installations, database copies and upgrades, as applicable.

- Provide application configuration, support, and administration for Nourish (Care plans) and Camascope (eMARS), and cover for other key business systems including MHR's iTrent (Recruitment, HR & Payroll), Cx (Housing Management & Customer Support Plans), OnTrack (Domestic Abuse) and any other applications and products being deployed through the Digital Transformation programme.

- Act as the subject matter expert and coordination point for Nourish and Camascope specific support activities, including updating support tickets and associated details and responses via the ticketing system.

- Manage ticket and incident escalations, as appropriate.

- Support the application owners, business users and team members with the building and running of reports from Nourish and Camascope when required for urgent organisation needs, such as regulator requirements or responding to serious incidents.

Action for Refugees in Lewisham is a thriving, dynamic community charity supporting asylum seekers, refugees and migrants across South East London. This is an exciting new role to the organisation forming a senior management team alongside the Executive Director, Casework Manager and Education and Finance Manager. Job Purpose:

About the role

As Building Compliance Adviser, you will lead on building safety and property compliance across Refuge's portfolio. About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of building safety, compliance, property management or a related field.

Casework is at the heart of everything Medical Justice does. We assist vulnerable people in immigration detention to access medical evidence. The evidence we produce forms the basis of our advocacy work to secure lasting change, including our research into the systemic failures in safeguarding and healthcare provision, the harm caused by these shortcomings, and the harmful effect of immigration detention itself on the health of those who are subjected to it.

As a Caseworker you will have your own caseload and be working directly with people in immigration detention, many of whom may be very unwell, traumatised and experiencing deterioration in their health. You will coordinate with our clinicians and, if clients have legal representation, their lawyers, to organise medical assessments. You will maintain communication with your clients throughout this process, acting as a key point of contact.

We are looking for an experienced caseworker, who can use their compassion and organisational skills to support clients in extremely vulnerable situations. We are looking for someone who has experience dealing with clients in crisis situations, who is resilient and able to manage complex, often traumatic, caseloads in a professional and empathetic way. You will play a key role in striving to ensure clients receive access to adequate healthcare and that they obtain high-quality independent medical evidence to progress their legal cases. As well as working as part of a small, dedicated team of caseworkers dealing with around 500 referrals a year.

Location: North London, the role is hybrid with 3 days based in the office each week following the successful completion of probation and training period.

The role is full time (with part time possibility) and a fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office).
 

Duties and Responsibilities

You will lead the delivery of a transformation roadmap to redesign and improve student services across the Union, focusing on creating efficient, user-centred processes that enhance the experience of student leaders and staff. This will involve analysing current ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and balancing quick wins with longer-term change aligned to the academic cycle.

You will work closely with students, staff and stakeholders across the Union to co-design services and ensure they meet real user needs. Using data, insight and feedback, you will prioritise improvements, build engagement, and ensure that systems and tools—working in partnership with IT and Digital—support the delivery of better services.

Alongside delivery, you will help embed a consistent approach to service design and process management, producing clear documentation and building organisational capability for continuous improvement. You will also ensure that all changes align with governance, risk and compliance requirements, supporting sustainable and effective service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of service design or business analysis approaches, and the ability to communicate complex processes clearly to diverse audiences.

Headway Sussex offers rehabilitation and support services for people living across the county with acquired brain injuries. Our services extend to their families and carers. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Selby and Tadcaster working 25 hours per week, on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027.

This is a community-based role involving regular travel across the area including local home visits, meetings, and direct support, with the flexibility to work from home based on business and community needs.

You will work closely with people living with dementia and those who care about them, providing ongoing support. You will listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person and offer guidance that helps them feel steadier and more confident as their situation changes.

Our Hospital Dementia Adviser provides vital support to people living with dementia during their hospital stay. You’ll work directly with individuals who have a dementia diagnosis and their families, helping them understand their situation, navigate hospital processes, and plan a safe and confident discharge home with the right support in place.

This is a hospital-based role that involves regular walking between wards and departments. You will work closely with the wider Local Services Team to ensure that people are smoothly connected to ongoing support in the community once they leave the hospital.

Although there is no direct personal or clinical care involved, this role is all about offering high-quality advice, guidance, and emotional support. You will collaborate with hospital staff, volunteers, and external partners to ensure that people affected by dementia receive the right information and feel supported throughout their journey.

We operate a triage system for new referrals and you will play your part in making sure people are responded to quickly and thoughtfully. You will manage your own caseload, keeping clear and accurate records, while always seeing the person behind the paperwork.
You will be part of a caring and dynamic local team who share ideas, reflect together and support one another. There will be time to meet as a team and opportunities to keep growing your knowledge of dementia, with your manager and colleagues alongside you.

About you 

We are looking for someone compassionate, organised, and confident working in a busy hospital environment.

- Have an understanding of dementia and the needs of people living with dementia (experience with other health conditions or support needs will also be considered).
- Be comfortable moving around a hospital sites at Hull Royal Information and Castle Hill Hospitals and engaging with people in a fast-paced setting.
- Be comfortable providing information, guidance, advice or emotional support - this could be from health, social care, community, voluntary, customer service or other people focused roles.
- You will be able to listen and communicate, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Be able to manage your workload effectively, with appropriate support and tools, and to balance competing priorities.
- Confidence using IT systems to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- A compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred approach, with respect for diversity and individual lived experiences.

- Participate in the triage rota, ensuring new referrals are handled promptly, sensitively and equitably.
- Manage a defined caseload, maintaining accurate, respectful and confidential records.
- Signpost and connect individuals to appropriate local services and community networks, reducing isolation and increasing access to support.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, contributing to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate and deliver regular peer support groups creating a safe, inclusive environment where people affected by dementia can share experiences, build connections, and access tailored information and guidance.
