We are looking for a Senior Evaluation and Impact Officer to evaluate the impact of our delivery activities with young adults and students, and to support the Head of Research and Advocacy to produce our annual Impact Reports.
We are based in London and support young people via our direct delivery programmes. We take what we learn from our work and use it to inspire businesses across the UK to do more to improve social mobility (making sure people from all backgrounds get fair opportunities).

Key Responsibilities
- Collating and monitoring data, including database oversight and data cleaning, to strengthen Young Enterprise’s evidence base.
- Monitor, clean and validate data across multiple programmes, ensuring high standards of data quality and completeness.
- Set up and manage surveys, filtering and analysing large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Synthesize and communicate insights clearly through briefings and presentations, to meet diverse internal needs.
- Contribute to research and evaluation projects, applying appropriate research methods to generate robust evidence and actionable insight.
- Apply creative and innovative approaches to data collection, analysis and visual storytelling, ensuring young people’s voices are represented authentically.
- Explore the use of applications and software, including AI, that can enhance Young Enterprise’s data analysis and insight.
- Stay up to date with external research and sector trends, particularly in education and youth research, building strong peer networks and exploring external collaboration opportunities.
- Support external reporting and dissemination, ensuring that funder monitoring and evaluation requirements are met and impact is shared effectively.
- Act as a day-to-day research and insights contact, collaborating across teams and contributing to cross-organisational initiatives.

We are a fast-moving nonprofit that makes donations to high-impact nature and climate charities simple – and we don’t take any fees. We’ve already mobilised £3 million for top environmental solutions and are working to unlock at least £30 million annually by the end of the decade.

The problem: Charities protecting our planet can turn the tide on climate change and nature loss. They have the skills, strategies and networks to deliver fast and global impact. But less than 2% of philanthropy goes to climate mitigation.

Job title: Impact and Communications Officer
We're looking for a curious and capable Impact and Communications Officer to help us find, assess, report on and support some of the world’s highest impact climate and nature charities.
Internally, you will play a critical role in supporting the research on charities within our portfolio that our Due Diligence Committee oversees – helping develop our methodology and feeding into charity selection and assessment projects. You’ll help write impact reports and coordinate webinars for our network about our charities. You’ll also manage, update and clean leads in our CRM (Beacon), and support month-end financial processing.
Externally, you will produce much of the Global Returns Project’s communications content, telling compelling stories about cutting-edge environmental projects. You’ll assist with scheduling and sending our newsletters, keeping our website up-to-date, and editing video content. As we generate support for our portfolio via public campaigns and match-funding initiatives, you’ll help coordinate these efforts in line with the strategy set by the wider team.

This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity to take on a central role in how BSC manages impact and systems change across all asset classes we invest in, at a pivotal moment as we become a tech-first organisation. About the role
We're looking for an Impact, Evaluation & Learning Lead with experience in impact measurement, evaluation and organisational learning to join our Research, Learning & Systems Change Team within the Innovation, Policy & Systems Change Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Young Lives vs Cancer understands, measures and improves the difference we make for children and young people with cancer and their families. You'll lead the development of evaluation and learning approaches across the charity, helping us understand what's working, what needs to change and where we can create even greater impact.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across services, policy, engagement, fundraising, digital and data teams, you'll bring together evidence, data and lived experience to generate meaningful insights that improve services, inform strategic decisions and strengthen our influence beyond the organisation. You'll be equally comfortable thinking strategically and delivering hands-on evaluation activity, turning complex evidence into practical recommendations that drive change.
We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical and passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with cancer. We are offering an opportunity for a qualified Technical Officer in Conservation Design & Impact to play a central role in delivering and supporting Fauna & Flora’s work to understand impact at the organisational level, as well as to support work to strengthen project design and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to understand impact and strengthen conservation practice.
You will have proven experience of working with both quantitative and qualitative data from collection to analysis, interpretation, visualisation and utilisation, working to data management best practices. You will have proficiency in a range of tools and technologies to enable this.
You will also have experience of theory-based project design and MEL, grounded in practical experience of delivering conservation initiatives, as well as an appreciation of the range of contexts in which Fauna & Flora works and the implications of these for design and impact work.
You will be able to think holistically and work collaboratively with project staff, partners, and technical specialists from diverse disciplines. You will be an excellent communicator, used to bringing diverse groups together to learn and problem solve. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage your time well to deliver work of a high quality and on time.
This position is based in Cambridge. Some local and international travel may be required. The FA's Grassroots Division is looking for a purpose led Impact Manager, with a strong analytical skill set to lead the development and delivery of a robust impact framework for grassroots football, ensuring The FA and County FAs can clearly evidence the difference football makes locally and nationally. This will include the evolution of The FA's Social Return on Investment (SROI) approach, ensuring alignment with other football partners and enabling evidence-based investment decisions.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement a new national impact framework for The FA Grassroots Strategy and County FAs defining clear outcomes, measures and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain a clear Theory of Change for grassroots football, linking strategic priorities to a consistent measurement approach.
- Lead the evolution of The FA's Social Return on Investment (SROI) model for grassroots football, quantifying the social and economic value generated through participation and programmes. Work with football partners and Sport England to align on existing methodologies, where possible.
