What could my day look like?
The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.
In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.
As an Education Worker, you’ll always be delivering the programme as part of your centre team, which means that any delivery is always a team effort.

We are recruiting a full-time Employment Support Worker to join our supported employment team in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. This is a permanent position with funding secured until March 2027.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would hold a varied caseload of clients with lived experience of mental health, autism and/or a learning disability. You would support clients to identify their employment goals, build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate any barriers they may face.
Your work would be entirely person-centred. You would support clients in line with their preferences and aspirations, helping them identify roles that match their strengths. The Programmes You’ll Lead
Music Producer Club (MPC) – digital music-making for young people aged 12–18, delivered in schools, youth centres and online. Taught by ‘producer educators’ - working music producers we train to educate the next generation -, MPC builds creativity, skills and confidence while connecting participants with electronic music culture and the national curriculum.
Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.
Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.

About the role
The Learning & Development Administrator provides administrative and coordination support across learning, development, and workforce planning activities. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role ensures statutory and mandatory training compliance is monitored, training programmes are coordinated, and accurate workforce and skills data is maintained.

Purpose:
1. To assist in the planning and delivery of individual educational programmes designed to meet the social, learning and developmental needs of each young person.

Knowledge:

To support this growth, we are seeking a Course Franchise Lead to manage and scale our franchise courses across the UK and internationally. Be Free Campaign is a youth-led mental health charity dedicated to platforming the lived experiences of young people to destigmatise early and preventive mental health support seeking.
We work with young people across Merseyside and Manchester through schools, community spaces and events, reaching thousands of young people annually. Through our core 6 programmes, young people learn how to engage and connect with support to help them take control of their health and futures.
As the charity enters its 6th year, we are actively looking to engage with racialised and marginalised young people to understand the barriers they are facing in accessing support.
Role purpose
The Young People’s Equity and Inclusion Officer will work to improve how mental health support includes and serves racially and otherwise marginalised young people aged 11 to 25 in Liverpool. The role focuses on generating insight, co‑producing solutions, and supporting practical changes so that support is more culturally safe, accessible, and relevant.
This is a non‑clinical role centred on outcomes rather than casework. The post holder will coordinate engagement activity, gather and interpret learning, and work with partners to turn that learning into clear tools, pilots, and recommendations for change.

This role is anchored in lived experience. 1. Insight and Engagement
Plan and deliver structured engagement with young people aged 11–25 to explore experiences of mental health, identity and access to support. Use discussions, creative methods, surveys and interviews to gather meaningful insight. Ensure participation reflects racially minoritised and marginalised communities. Maintain accurate records of activity and emerging themes.
2. Equity and Inclusion Development
Identify patterns in barriers and gaps identified by young people. Translate learning into practical recommendations, tools and resources that strengthen equity and inclusion. Embed anti-racist and trauma-informed practice throughout all activity.
3. Partnership Coordination
Work with schools, community organisations and partners to host engagement activity and test improvement ideas. Agree clear roles and objectives for joint work. Share findings to support partners to strengthen their practice. Represent the organisation in local forums when required.
4. Pilots and Improvement Activity
Support the design and coordination of small-scale pilots based on youth insight. Gather feedback, refine approaches and document learning through clear improvement cycles.

Track participation, demographics and agreed outcome measures. Contribute to analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Support preparation of reports, summaries and presentations for internal and external audiences, including youth-friendly formats.
6. Safeguarding and Quality

Job Summary
To provide, manage and co-ordinate support for people that is based on their individual needs, desires and aspirations. Main Duties
1. Assessing, planning and implementing, in partnership with the individuals you support, programmes of support and/or care that meet their general needs and maximise their independence, presence and participation within the community and to ensure the quality of service delivery.

Campaign Director

We are looking for a Campaign Director to provide overall day-to-day leadership of the Partnership with The Disabled Children’s Partnership (DCP). You will be responsible for driving forward an ambitious integrated campaign, which combines political influencing, press and digital communications, public campaigning, and coalition mobilisation. Reporting directly to the Chair, the Campaign Director ensures the Partnership’s strategy is coherent, impactful, and responsive to political and public opportunities.
In this role, one eye will always be to our impact and the lasting legacy of our campaigns. Success will be measured in terms of real lasting social change – the extent to which DCP has driven positive shifts in policy, practice and attitudes through our campaigns, and whether our influence has shaped the narratives, priorities and actions of others beyond the lifetime of the campaign.

Delivery of our campaign objectives depends on the contributions of our members and supporters. We’re an award-winning charity running local learning centres in the heart of the communities where the young people we support live. Our centres provide a high-impact education programme which includes practical learning support, pastoral care, and motivational and confidence-building activities for young people aged 7-18. Our aim is to enable students from the least advantaged neighbourhoods to realise their ambitions and achieve their wonderful potential.
As the UK’s leading university access organisation, our staff team is helping over 50,000 young people each year at its 44 learning centres and extension projects across England and Scotland, and we plan to scale-up our provision to 50 centres over the coming years.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a fixed-term contract as an Education Worker at our
centre in Birmingham.

What could my day look like?
The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.
In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.
As an Education Worker, you’ll always be delivering the programme as part of your centre team, which means that any delivery is always a team effort.
