About the role
This is a senior leader role which will lead the development and maintenance of the charity’s digital platforms and internal infrastructure, ensuring that we create the best possible experience for our users. This will include oversight of our internal IT systems: our Salesforce CRM, the Hub virtual learning environment for pupils, tutors and teachers on our programmes, and the Tutor Zone onboarding platform for our tutors. What you'll do:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere
