About You and The Role
CPRE, the countryside charity, is looking for an experienced and creative Volunteering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our volunteering strategy across the CPRE network. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with staff and volunteers across England, coaching and supporting them to create welcoming, inclusive and engaging volunteer experiences. You’ll work with colleagues across departments, senior volunteers, and local CPRE groups, as well as external partners such as universities and community groups, and organisations, to build strong pathways into volunteering. You’ll champion best practice, support volunteer coordinators and supervisors, and lead continuous improvement through feedback, learning and innovation.
This role is ideal for someone with proven volunteering engagement lead experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to build consensus and energise others. You’ll be part of CPRE’s shared services team, ensuring our volunteer engagement capacity matches our strategic ambitions.

About the Role
The Nightingale Navigator supports the loved ones of male survivors through the Nightingale Project. Recognising that sexual harm can affect partners, family members and others close to a survivor, the role provides therapeutic group and community-based support, alongside psychoeducation about trauma and its wider impact. This includes helping loved ones understand the criminal justice process and working with health, social care and other partner agencies to ensure they receive coordinated support. The Navigator also brings the experiences, needs and wishes of loved ones into the continued development of the Nightingale Project.
About You
You’ll be someone who understands that sexual harm can affect not only survivors, but also their partners, family members and other people close to them. You’ll be comfortable talking about trauma and able to provide compassionate, practical and non-judgmental support through group work, community activities and partnership working. International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

This is a senior role with responsibility for growing income across trusts and grants, corporate partnerships, individual giving and events, while developing new opportunities through major donor fundraising. You will lead the fundraising team, set direction and priorities, and build the partnerships and relationships needed to deliver long-term growth.
Working closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO, Finance and Communications teams, you will identify new funding opportunities, develop compelling proposals and pitches, strengthen existing relationships and ensure supporters are well stewarded. You will also play an important role in developing FareShare Midlands’ fundraising infrastructure, including making better use of its database to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience of securing income and building relationships with senior decision-makers, alongside a strong track record of delivering against fundraising targets. You will be confident developing strategy and turning insight into action, with the communication skills to represent the charity with donors, businesses and other external stakeholders.
You will be a collaborative and hands-on leader, comfortable working in a small, dynamic team and willing to contribute across the wider organisation when needed. With strong commercial awareness, creativity and tenacity, you will bring the energy and ambition needed to grow fundraising while staying closely connected to the charity’s purpose.
