Training Coordinator

The Youth Ministry Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of a youth ministry training programme across the Archdiocese.
This includes coordinating a structured formation course (in partnership with external providers), mentoring participants, and supporting parishes and deaneries in building local youth and young

The role
The CF Therapist will report to the Senior CTS Therapist (CF & NM & Finchley).

Patient support site managers work closely with NHS site teams to ensure support reflects the clinical needs and demographics of each hospital. A small central social rights and benefits team provides targeted, discharge‑focused advice for financially vulnerable patients. Magpas Air Ambulance are looking for a driven and organised Challenges and Events Officer to join our Corporate, Community and Events Team. This is a key income-generating role, responsible for the planning, promotion, and delivery of a portfolio of challenge and fundraising events – including third-party, virtual and flagship events.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire participation, encourage fundraising, and maximise income for the charity.
You’ll need solid project management skills, strong supporter stewardship instincts, and a good understanding of how digital channels can be used to recruit, engage, and motivate fundraisers. While you’ll be supported by our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing and recruitment plan – combining digital campaigns with in-person promotion and outreach at events and through partner networks.
This role would suit someone with experience in charity challenge events who is ready to take the next step in their career, or an ambitious early-career candidate looking to build a career in charity fundraising. It offers the opportunity to bring creativity, energy and fresh ideas to a role with real autonomy, ownership and impact.

Responsibilities include:
Work with Foundation Manager and Project Officers in regions to develop potential new projects and new partners
Responsible for the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser incumbent to ensure the objectives of this role are fulfilled.Support the Grants and Trusts Fundraiser to deliver effective grant management, helping to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed budget, timeline and project objectives.

About you
You will be an experienced project and fundraising professional with a strong track record in project development, grants and trusts fundraising, and delivering complex programmes from concept through to reporting. You will be an exceptional communicator who can build effective relationships with partners, donors, colleagues and beneficiaries across cultures and time zones, while producing clear, persuasive funding applications and high‑quality project reports. You will be organised, proactive and analytical, confident managing multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines, and comfortable contributing to strategic planning.
