This is a broad and varied role across Policy, Public Affairs and Communications, with a specific focus on the Drive Project:
The Drive Project is the Drive Partnership’s flagship intervention for high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse. The core mission of the Drive Project is to stop the cycle of domestic abuse and increase the immediate and long-term safety of adult and child victim-survivors. The Drive Project does this by partnering with agencies and local perpetrator services to disrupt, challenge, and change the behaviour of high-risk, high-harm and serial perpetrators, and working closely with IDVAs and victim-survivor services to always centre the safety and needs of victim-survivors, in line with the Respect Standard.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Communications
- Support the Drive Partnership’s communications and stakeholder engagement regarding the Drive Project.
- Lead central support on communications for Drive Project partners and build strong working relationships across network, ensuring both policy and communications expertise and input flows both ways.
- Work closely with internal and external partner colleagues to support the safe and effective roll-out of the Drive Project across England and Wales.
- Support the delivery of the Drive Partnership’s communications plan, including website content, social media, newsletters, and events.
- Develop and maintain communications and branding guidelines and support the Drive Partnership team and network of partners to use correctly.
- Support the Policy, Public Affairs and Communications Manager in developing media relations, including media enquiries, drafting press releases and responses.
- Ensure the website is fit for purpose and up to date with relevant information and news.
- Ensure victim-survivor voice guides our communications thinking and output - engaging in a compassionate, considerate and effective way with victim-survivors through Pioneer interaction, colleagues and any other interaction we have in our daily work.
- Ensure service user (perpetrator) input is collated and utilised in a responsible and safe way – always centring victim-survivors and considering their safety within this work.
- Project and promote our values – through considered language, inclusivity and equality in Drive Partnership communications.
Policy and Public Affairs
- Support the Policy, Public Affairs and Communications Manager to develop and promote policy positions, drawing on the expertise of the partnership.
- Lead and coordinate policy input into the Government’s strategic approach to perpetrators, particularly through influencing on the Drive Partnership’s key recommendations within its Call for Further Action.
- Identify and act on policy opportunities to promote best practice in perpetrator interventions – including both risk management and behaviour change, such as select committee enquiries, consultations, Bills, news developments.
- Build relationships with politicians, voluntary sector, civil servants and professional bodies, deputising for the Policy, Public Affairs and Communications Manager in key meetings where required.
- Support the coordination of sector and stakeholder forums to enhance collaboration towards a more strategic approach to perpetrators of domestic abuse.
Internal
- Play a role in the development of the team, nurturing and drawing on the talents of others.
- Maintain an accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication and ensure that all work is compliant with data protection law.
- Engage in a compassionate, considerate and effective way with all victim-survivors through Pioneer interaction, colleagues and any other interaction we have in our daily work.

Role Overview:
This is a new role. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring efficient management of HR systems, accurate record-keeping, and smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and volunteers. Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Stewardship Officer (Mid-value) to join our Individual Giving and Legacies team based in London.
About us
Centrepoint helps vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. We provide homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training and employment. Along with our partners, we support more than 16,000 young people across the UK every year. Together, we’re determined to end youth homelessness by 2037.
The Stewardship Officer (Mid-value) role sits within Centrepoint’s Stewardship Team in Individual Giving and Legacies (IGL). The IGL unit has grown significantly in recent years and is forecast to raise £24.7m in FY 2026/27. This role is core to the delivery of the IG Stewardship programme, supporting growth across Mid‑value Cash and Regular Giving audiences.
Working closely with the Senior Stewardship Officer (Mid-value), you will deliver a fundraising communications plan for mid-value donors, who give an annualised value of £1,000-£5,000 - including targeted appeals, inspiring updates and impact reports, as well as supporter events and online webinars. You will support efforts to drive forward stewardship journeys to deepen engagement, build long-term relationships and increase lifetime value.
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.
About you
- You’re an organised, detail‑oriented and target-driven direct marketer who enjoys managing multiple campaigns and seeing projects through from start to finish

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering supporter‑centric, integrated campaigns for Mid‑value donors (£1,000–£5,000 annual value), including fundraising appeals, donor journeys, impact reports, events and online webinars
- Working closely with the Senior Stewardship Officer (Mid‑value) to deliver the Mid‑value fundraising communications plan, supporting growth across both MV Cash and Regular Giving audiences

- Analysing campaign performance and using supporter insights to refine journeys and inform future plans across the Mid-value programme
What we’d be looking for from you…
- Experience delivering direct marketing fundraising campaigns across channels such as direct mail, email, telephone and digital
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage a variety of projects and activities to tight deadlines
- Strong people skills, along with the confidence to communicate with donors and ability to develop strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write engaging copy, also to proofread and critique drafts.

About the role
As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Loyalty and Regular Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You’ll design bespoke supporter journeys that build loyalty and develop regular giving campaigns, including upgrade, conversion and reactivation. Our Events & Communications Senior Coordinator role sits across all three of our garden sites, supporting our income generating private venue hire as well as our community facing workshops and event programme. Job Purpose: To promote the New Story Garden, Floating Garden and Paper Garden in King’s Cross and Canada Water as event spaces for private and commercial use. To organise and run events in the spaces and manage a team of people where needed depending on the size of the events. Main Duties and Responsibilities
The role has 2 main strands:
- VENUE HIRE & EVENTS Communicating venue hire and supporting partnerships with corporates and individuals to aid fundraising, and leading on the facilitation of those events

Development and strategic
- Work with the Global Generation team to deliver communication strategy highlighting the achievements and objectives of the organisation and building our brand
- Contribute to existing vision, business plan and implementation for venue hire and events at Global Generation
- Jointly responsible for ensuring that venue hire and the events programme makes a profit, working towards an agreed target
Events Planning & Delivery
- Develop, promote and deliver a programme of events in our garden sites, emphasising the uniqueness of each site, as well as assist with larger fundraising events
- Customer relations: First point of contact for new bookings and enquiries via phone and email ; Conduct site visits for potential clients
- Financial & event administration: Draw up quotes for hire costs, process and approve invoices & payments, manage events budgets, track spending and income, manage contracting, scheduling, menus, brochures and terms and conditions (parts to be carried out by Office Assistant)
Partnerships and relationships
- Actively maintain relationships and networks with individuals, organisations and developers
- Understand, value and work together with the GG team to ensure that there is a good balance between commercial priorities and community priorities, to avoid clashing with or limiting the use of spaces for educational and community events. Communications and Creative Campaigns
- Support delivery of existing communications strategy across the organisation, including monthly newsletter, regular social media schedule, practical copyediting, typesetting and design support for annual outputs.

Key responsibilities
The Policy and Communications Support Officer will support a wide range of policy, parliamentary and communications activities, including:

The Role:
The Digital Content Officer will support the implementation of digital communications plans that will help NFCC to deliver on its vision of being a digital first service to support fire and rescue services and the communities they serve. This will include developing and enhancing NFCC’s digital presence across the corporate website, online engagement platforms, and wider online and social media channels. Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced and proactive communications officer to cover maternity leave for a minimum of six months.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the postholder will create clear, engaging content, monitor media coverage, and help ensure IPSO’s communications are accurate, accessible and aligned with its role as regulator of UK digital news, newspapers and magazines.
