The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Officer manages development operations which underpin our fundraising strategy, including fundraising finance systems, donor research and stewardship, event support, and serving as the team lead for database management. The Development Officer provides direct support to the Director of Development, works across the full Development Department, and serves as a liaison with other departments to ensure exceptional supporter stewardship and cultivation year-round. You will work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility, excellent organisation and time-management, and strong communication skills.
Performance Indicators and Deliverables
· Donations and pledges are processed, documented and acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner, and donors have an excellent stewardship and events experiences throughout the year

· Ticketing for donors is managed effectively and efficiently from priority booking through to the Festival
· Database records are up-to-date and accurate, and reporting regularly informs fundraising operations and strategy

You will be responsible for the financial systems and processes of the finance department, and manage part of the finance team. You will oversee the team members responsible for payroll, stipends, purchase ledger and banking.

About the role
Motability Foundation is a national charity which believes that no disabled person should be disadvantaged due to poor access to transportation. We help disabled people enjoy the freedom and independence to work, to learn, to access services, and to see family and friends.
We provide a range of grants to help people with different kinds of disabilities, and we oversee the Motability Scheme, delivered by the private company Motability Operations. The Scheme has more than 900,000 disabled customers who use the enhanced mobility benefits they receive from the Government to lease a car, scooter or powered wheelchair.
The Motability Scheme offers a wide range of vehicles, including standard cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), with numerous accessibility adaptations to support independent driving and travel.

The Advocacy Director holds primary responsibility for delivering ECC’s advocacy strategy internationally and within the UK. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the organisational lead for all of our operations at Open Door Charity. Sitting alongside the CEO, the COO ensures the charity runs smoothly, ethically and effectively, with the systems, people and processes in place to deliver high‑quality, creative and impactful mental health support for young people.
The COO leads and will directly line manage a small number of Directors and Managers, providing senior oversight, alignment and accountability across the organisation. They ensure Directors and Managers are empowered, supported and held to account for the performance of their areas.
The COO does not lead on business development, bidding, commercial partnerships or strategic growth - these remain the responsibility of the CEO and the Strategic Growth Department. Instead, the COO ensures that once opportunities are secured, the organisation is operationally ready to deliver them with excellence. They will however contribute towards income generation.
This is a new senior leadership role, created to strengthen the charity’s foundations as we enter a period of significant expansion, including the opening of Joy. The COO will bring clarity, structure and momentum to the charity’s operations. The COO will have direct influence over our long-term strategy, as part of a growth minded and ambitious Strategy Group.

Pivot is a jewellery-sector social enterprise on the cusp of becoming a registered charity.
We use jewellery-making and the creative industries to transform the lives of those experiencing homelessness who face barriers to employment, education, or social inclusion.

You'll bring senior leadership experience in the charity, social enterprise, or creative sectors, a track record in fundraising or income generation, and ideally connections within the jewellery, craft, or creative industries would be desirable but not essential. Above all, you'll share our commitment to using creativity to transform lives, with the entrepreneurial drive to build something new and lasting.
Pivot launched in 2020, we've been dedicated to creating beautiful pieces of jewellery that not only tell a story but also make a positive impact. We’re moving to charitable status to provide more stability, working from an established foundation, we hope to increase our social impact, growing our programme delivery.

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting an IPS Operations Manager to support the delivery and development of our IPS services across London. The postholder will manage two IPS service sites from the following areas: Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, and Enfield. The final allocation of sites will be discussed with the successful candidate and agreed based on service needs, experience and working arrangements.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would provide operational leadership across two of our IPS services. These sites will be agreed with you based on service needs, your experience and working arrangements.
You would support Team Leads and frontline teams to deliver high-quality IPS services that are client-led, evidence-based and aligned with contractual outcomes. You would help ensure services run smoothly day to day, while also supporting service development, quality improvement and strong performance.
