About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a Research Manager to support the delivery of our strategic research portfolio. This role will involve managing and delivering research design, data collection, analysis and reporting, while working collaboratively with colleagues across Homeless Link, member organisations, academics, government officials, partners and people with lived experience.
The successful candidate will be an excellent project manager with strong quantitative research skills. They will have communication and relationship building skills, understanding of interpreting research findings in wider policy contexts, and of making strategic recommendations for national and local policy and decision makers. The Head of Partnerships will play a key role in managing Inter Mediate's relationships with institutional donors, foundations, governments and philanthropic partners. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will help lead the development and delivery of the Museum's corporate fundraising strategy, driving growth across Corporate Membership, sponsorship, corporate partnerships, the Interchange thought leadership programme, corporate events, volunteering partnerships and corporate philanthropy.
You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and securing new corporate supporters, managing existing relationships, delivering stewardship programmes and increasing multi-year funding commitments. From prospect research and proposal development through to negotiation, contract management and partnership delivery, you will manage the full corporate fundraising cycle.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and deliver corporate fundraising strategies, including a capital campaign, and achieve income targets.
· Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
· Manage and grow the Interchange thought leadership and Corporate Membership programme through acquisition, retention and upgrades.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team driving Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking and stewardship. You will be responsible for the stewardship of varied corporate accounts to whom you will become a main contact and provide excellent account management. Some accounts raising six figure sums.
You will work collaboratively towards a ‘one team one target’ approach across the Fundraising and Engagement department and ensure that the use of technology is maximized and all processes are subject to continuous improvement.
