Job Title: Programme Lead (Path Protection)

*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £33,367 to £50,051. The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of £36,704 depending on the candidate's skills and experience. Context and purpose of role
At Ramblers we work to empower the public and volunteers to take action to protect paths and access – whether claiming lost rights of way, pursuing resolutions to path problems, or objecting to changes to the definitive map. As a member of the Programmes team, the Programme Lead (Path Protection) will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the programme across GB.
Key responsibilities
· Lead on the design, development and operational delivery of the Path Protection programme across GB.
· Create operational delivery plans – to identify milestones, monitor risks, resolve issues and manage resource requirements.
· Design and develop resources and processes to support programme implementation.
· Be responsible for managing a budget in line with programme goals and objectives.
· Be responsible for evaluation and reporting, to ensure the programme meets KPIs and delivers measurable impact.
· Manage new and existing strategic partnerships with partner organisations and those working to improve access and reduce barriers to becoming active outdoors.
· Train and support volunteers – and promote the programme more widely.
· Provide advice and guidance to the public on path protection issues.
· Engage diverse audiences from communities facing additional barriers to getting outdoors, to senior stakeholders including funders and other strategic external partners.
· Directly deliver Path Protection events to support the continued development and co-production of the programme.
· Work closely with Nations Directors, Community Development Officers and the Fundraising team to secure the support required to sustain and grow the programme.
· Ensure robust risk management systems are in place to ensure the safety of participants.

Role outline and purpose
The Organising and Local Mobilisation (OLM) Manager is responsible for managing ongoing support to food banks as they organise and campaign for change. This varied, proactive, and fast-paced role will involve working closely with grant funded Local Organisers as part of Trussell’s Organising Programme, frequently visiting food banks and delivering online and in person training.
You will hold responsibility for providing direct support as food banks develop effective campaign strategies – covering local and Trussell priorities – and ensuring they have the capacity, skills, and resources to deliver them. You will also work closely with other departments at Trussell and external partners to support food banks outside of the Organising Programme to influence locally and play a leading role in mobilising them to campaign for change.
This role is part of Trussell’s Supportive Communities programme, the goal of which is to enable local communities to become places where people at risk of needing to use a food bank are supported and are using their agency to bring about meaningful changes that prevent anybody from needing emergency food. This role is focused on the successful delivery of the overall programme outcomes, contributing to the fulfilment of our long term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
Role responsibilities
· Network area-wide delivery of the Organising Programme: Lead and manage the delivery of OLM’s Organising Programme in your network area, recruiting food banks to join, providing in person and online training and ongoing relational support to Local Organisers to ensure campaign strategies are developed and delivered. Organise and lead area-wide training, clusters, or events for food bank staff and volunteers to promote co-operation and sharing of good practice around local influencing.
· Training, learning and programme development: Play a key role in the design and delivery of a programme of training and other learning for food banks covering organising, mobilising, and influencing. Contributing to impact and process evaluations and assisting food banks involved to explore future sources of funding, as required.
· Supporting food banks to influence locally: Empower food banks to develop their local influencing work, triaging influencing issues and managing input from other relevant Trussell Trust experts to provide ongoing support that enables the food bank to progress their influencing work.
· Mobilising food banks in Trussell’s campaigns: Support the development and promotion of national Trussell policy campaigns, working with other teams and external partners to engage the food banks you support in taking action - including how they might take ownership of campaigns locally and help shape those priorities.
· Internal stakeholder engagement: Project manage OLM’s involvement in assigned cross-organisational projects – e.g. a policy campaign or strategic project, ensuring the OLM team are consulted, negotiating with other teams and making decisions accordingly. As part of an area-based matrix team you’ll work closely with other food bank facing staff to ensure a joined up approach to food bank support, effective communication, as well as sharing learning and best practice.
· External stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with food bank leaders, staff, volunteers, and trustees, as well as establishing effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders such as local authorities, community organisations, and churches.

Technical skills and minimum knowledge:
· Experience of delivering organising work and/or campaigning for change at a grassroots, local and/or national level.
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of the political landscape of your assigned area.

About the role
The Prospect Development Officer plays an integral role in enabling the fundraising ambitions of King’s College London, King’s Health Partners and King’s Maudsley Partnership. Reporting to the Prospect Development Manager, this post will support prospect management across all areas of high value fundraising, to ensure fundraisers are working with the best prospects and enabling them to generate income in the most effective way.
Responsibilities will include: supporting fundraisers and the Prospect Development & Business Intelligence team in maximising the use of Power BI dashboards to gain insight into portfolios and facilitate discussions on moves management; supporting the Prospect Development Managers in the effective and timely allocation and movement of high value prospects; supporting with the creation/handover of portfolios for new/departing fundraisers, and helping to keep prospect pools and portfolios up-to-date on King’s CRM system, while championing the department’s Prospect Management Policies for best practice.
This is a great opportunity for someone in the prospect research profession who wishes to join a larger team, or someone who has transferable skills and wishes to move into Higher Education fundraising. Please note that this role is not an academic research post.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

As Events and Communications Officer, you will take ownership of our annual events programme, including our flagship fundraising event, the Envision Cycling Challenge. About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery / Programme Operations Manager who thrives on delivering efficient and pragmatic processes, procedures and systems to support the impactful delivery of our growing suite of Financial Education and Wellbeing Workshops and Programmes. You will help us get stuff done! And deliver important functions and projects yourself.
As we grow the charity, it is ever more crucial that we break down silos and duplication between our two main delivery teams (Children & Young People and Adults). You will lead on reviewing and consolidating the two processes into one for the support functions of the programme delivery teams, initially progressing priority tasks identified for 2026 as part of our recent strategy refresh, and building a pipeline of future continuous improvement projects for 2027 and beyond.
This will be a vital new role bringing order and cohesion to the vital delivery support functions. You will own and champion key programme delivery-related functions in the charity, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and are understood and used throughout the charity. Reporting to one of the Directors, you will play a key role in bridging and where appropriate joining the two teams, whilst respecting and promoting their technical specialisms and differences.

About the Role
We are seeking an individual to undertake the dual role of promoting the profile of the RAF Benevolent Funds welfare offer, whilst also carrying out welfare casework. This is a community-based position working from home but covering South Central Scotland.
Post holders will be expected to undertake holistic assessment of need both remotely (over the telephone and online) and when required in person across their region. You will be expected to work with individuals who may have complex and sometimes challenging welfare needs, assisting them by identifying appropriate support from within both the RAF Benevolent Fund and the wider statutory and military charity sector, ensuring that support is made available to meet their need through the case working process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social welfare role supporting individuals and will have strong people and relationship-building skills, as well as empathy with or understanding of issues affecting the Armed Forces community.
This is home based and the candidate must have their own vehicle for use of traveling around the region covered. Occasional travel to London will be required.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to play a central role in the delivery of Surviving Economic Abuse’s new digital engagement strategy by producing high-quality, impactful communications and compelling campaigns to extend our reach and to engage, inform and mobilise our audiences.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across social media and ensuring this translates into action through our website and newsletters. This will include creating content tailored to victim-survivors and their family and friends, financial services professionals, policymakers, funders and other stakeholders.
As part of this role, you will help us develop and deliver digital campaigns that amplify our campaigning and policy work, as well as deliver communications to support our fundraising, consultancy and training.
About you
We’re looking for someone with proven experience running social media for a brand, organisation or campaign, with demonstrable results such as audience growth, reach, engagement or conversion. You’ll understand how campaigning and activism work, and how to mobilise supporters from diverse backgrounds to help drive meaningful change.
