What you’ll do
Joining our small, high-energy team, you’ll play a key role growing our newest partner base and supporting primary school partners to make the most of the Unifrog platform and resources. Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are positive and successful.
Your key responsibilities:
Sell Unifrog subscriptions to primary schools

Design and deliver impactful prospecting campaigns and marketing collateral aimed at engaging potential new partners, tracking campaign performance and continually improving your approach to secure demonstrations and drive partnership growth.

Meet with potential partners on video calls (and sometimes in-person). Understand their priorities, demonstrate the Unifrog platform and resources, and secure their subscription.

Identify and attend conferences and events to promote Unifrog to primary school audiences, while networking and cultivating relationships for future partnership opportunities.

Develop a sound awareness of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and the PSHE Association Framework within the UK. You’ll need this to confidently navigate conversations with relevant contacts at primary schools.
Support primary school partners to make the most of Unifrog

Set up new partner schools for success. Help them to embed Unifrog across their staff, student and parent community. You’ll deliver an initial staff training session then provide ad-hoc support.

Proactively work to foster a sense of community amongst our primary school partners and think of ways to promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice between partners.

Achieve sky-high resubscription rates by securing partner renewals when their subscriptions come to an end.

The Role
As our Head of Fundraising & Business Development, you will lead efforts to secure and diversify funding, building a sustainable resource base to support our global mission.
Leading the Fundraising and Business Development Team, you will drive the implementation of our resource mobilisation strategy, focusing on increasing non-ODA income and expanding flexible and programmatic funding.
Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, finance, research and impact teams, you will help close funding gaps by developing strong donor relationships, negotiating funding agreements and shaping compelling funding propositions.
Alongside collaborating with the Director of Fundraising and Communications and supporting engagement with the Board of Trustees, you will manage systems, data and internal processes that strengthen fundraising performance and ensure effective delivery.

About You
To be considered as our Head of Fundraising & Business Development, you will need:
- Significant experience leading fundraising functions in an international NGO or charity
- A proven, impressive track record in fundraising
- Experience in partnership and consortium development
- Management experience with the ability to co-ordinate, support, motivate, energise and develop diverse teams
- The ability to design and deliver income-generation strategies across multiple streams
- A strong understanding of the evolving landscape of finance and resource mobilisation for sustainable development
- A strong understanding of policy and research related to sustainable development at an international level, particularly related to Africa, Asia and/or Latin America
- Strong influencing, negotiating, stakeholder engagement and diplomacy skills

This role represents a significant investment in that infrastructure. The Management Accountant plays a central role in ensuring that the Fair Education Alliance’s finances are accurate, well managed and clearly understood across the organisation. Working as part of the operations team, the postholder maintains the financial systems and processes that underpin FEA’s work. This includes overseeing day-to-day finance operations, producing reliable management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring that financial records meet charity accounting and regulatory requirements.
The Management Accountant also acts as a trusted financial partner to colleagues across the organisation. By providing clear, accessible financial information and helping budget holders understand their resources, the role enables confident decision-making by the senior leadership team and trustees. Your role
The People and Culture Lead will be working closely with the Head of People and Culture to ensure recruitment, onboarding, employee reward, employment relations, learning and development and projects serve the long-term goals of CMS.

The People and Culture Lead role (one-year, fixed term contract, three days per week) will have proven HR experience at a business partner or officer level which includes experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy (and will ideally hold CIPD Level 5 accreditation). The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking two experienced Policy Managers to join our Health Policy team to provide maternity cover. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping national child health policy and influencing decision-makers across England and the wider UK.
Reporting to the Head of Health Policy, you will work with College Officers, policy committees, experts and external stakeholders to identify, analyse and deliver a wide range of child health policy projects and activities. You will lead policy development using research, evidence and horizon scanning to inform outputs and support the College’s influencing work.
These are high-visibility roles covering priority areas including prevention, child health inequalities, child protection and children’s rights. You will be recognised as a subject expert in your policy area(s) and will work collaboratively across the organisation and externally to maximise impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of evidence-based policy to influence the child health agenda in England, working with devolved nations colleagues on UK-wide issues
- Horizon scanning and monitoring emerging developments in child health policy to inform strategy and planning
- Producing consultation responses, briefings, analysis and policy reports
- Delivering policy projects using strong project management, matrix working and time-bound working groups
- Building and managing relationships with stakeholders across government, academia, charities, professional bodies and the health sector

Essential skills and experience include:

We’re looking for a skilled and values‑driven Finance Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations of St Wilfrid’s Hospice.
You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, controls, payroll oversight and compliance for both the charity and trading company. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll ensure financial information is accurate, timely and meaningful.
You will also lead and develop a small, dedicated Finance team.
This is a time of transformation for us, with a new Finance Director joining and with plans to change our Finance system over the coming year. As a result, we’re looking to appoint a fixed term Finance Manager for 12 months, with the possibility to extend or become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce timely monthly management accounts

MAIN PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
The HR Coordinator will provide specialist and proactive support to other departments within the charity to ensure organisational compliance in all relevant areas relating to HR.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting to the People Engagement Manager, you will be supporting the Charity to set and deliver on its People Strategy. You will be responsible for providing operational HR services, advice, and guidance with a primary focus on HR transactions, employee relations management, engagement, recruitment and performance management. The Reading Reboot programme will establish librarian-led social book clubs in over 100 under-funded secondary school libraries across the UK and reach more than 6,000 young people directly, alongside librarians, senior leaders and wider school communities. Reading Reboot places school librarians at the heart of delivery, combining new book stock, inspiring author engagement, appealing library spaces, and a robust evaluation to evidence impact and inform future national roll-out.
The Project Manager will lead on development and delivery, working closely with the CEO, a Project Board and external evaluation team to ensure the programme meets its objectives on time, within budget and to a high quality. They will recruit and coordinate schools and librarians, work with partners and funders, and ensure that learning and impact are captured and shared across the sector. Building strong relationships with all stakeholders, the Project Manager will be the main point of contact for the programme and will support the CEO and Project Board with timely updates, papers and participation in meetings.
