Job description

Could you help us make more dreams come true?

Every child deserves something wonderful to look forward to.

At The Dream Factory, we create life-changing dreams for children and young adults aged 3–25 who are living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, severe disabilities and serious illnesses.

And now, we’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and relationship-focused Fundraising Manager to join us and help take our fundraising to the next level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark. You’ll lead our fundraising activity, develop and strengthen relationships with supporters, grow sustainable income and help ensure we can grant even more dreams to children, young adults and their families.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front – someone comfortable managing and supporting others, but equally happy to roll up their sleeves, get stuck into fundraising and turn ideas into action.

It’s a role with real scope to shape our fundraising, build on what we already have and make a tangible, lasting difference.

If you’re an experienced fundraiser looking for a role where you can see the impact of what you achieve, we’d love to hear from you.

Please take a look at the attached Job Description for full details – and if you know someone who could be perfect for the role, please share.
