We understand the support that generative artificial intelligence (AI) software can offer but it can also lead to numerous applications presenting as generic and impersonal. This makes it difficult to gain understanding of your unique experience.
To best showcase yourself, we encourage you to write your responses without the assistance of AI. If you require the use of AI software to aid in completing your application, we ask you use the generative responses as a prompt for writing your answers and avoid copying and pasting. Who we are
Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. They are instantly at a disadvantage and overwhelmed by the enormity of the challenges they are up against. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.
We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Last year, over 1000 volunteers helped people to get their thoughts in order, problem-solve and decide next steps, source relevant and reliable legal information, explain complex procedures, complete court forms, and clearly present statements.
At a time when legal support is increasingly limited, we have a vision that no one should have to face court alone.
The role
Support Through Court is establishing a legal advice clinic for money claim matters under £10,000, for a one-year pilot. Advice will be given to clients across the national service network who have been internally triaged to the clinic.
The role involves day-to day management of the clinic and supervising law students as they facilitate client appointments, conduct research and draft letters of advice. Clients will predominantly be supported remotely with occasional in-person appointments and advice “drop-ins” in the local area. You will train and supervise students to help them gain practical legal skills in a clinic setting, having final sign-off of completed letters of advice/oral advice to ensure clients receive an excellent service.
You will embed the legal advice offering of the clinic into the organisation, increasing and developing referrals from our national service network and supporting staff understanding of referral ability.
Who we are looking for
Ambitious, professional, committed and friendly. That describes us. If it also describes you and you have a passion for access to justice, then we’re keen to hear from you.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (ideally 5+) with an active practicing certificate. You will have experience managing students and/or volunteers and a commitment to supporting Litigants in Person.
We are open to applicants wishing to take the role either on a full-time basis, or on a part-time basis as a job share. Please make it clear in your application whether you are applying for a full-time or part-time role.
Interviews will be taking place on a rolling basis as applications are received.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 months
Location: Any of our King's Trust locations (Will require travel across the UK to King's Trust centres and delivery spaces and at least three days a week in a centre)
Interviews and Assessment: Monday 10th August 2026
Help turn ambitious plans into real opportunities for young people.
At The King’s Trust, we are working on new ways of supporting young people into employment in a challenging world – and we need someone to help us make this happen across the UK. Someone who can bring people together, cut through complexity, and build the right foundations so great ideas turn into real impact.
As our Delivery Mobilisation Lead, you’ll be that person - taking new opportunities and ideas and turning them into something teams can actually deliver on the ground. That means shaping how things will work, getting the right people aligned, spotting risks early, and making sure everything is in place so we can deliver meaningful impact from the moment we start delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how new employment opportunities are launched, driving consistency, quality and real impact at scale across the UK. You'll work closely with colleagues across delivery, programme design, fundraising and finance to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, giving young people access to the support, skills and opportunities they need to thrive.

Green New Deal Rising is looking for a creative and strategic Campaigner to deliver bold people-powered campaigns that make the case for a Green New Deal and shift the political agenda.
Green New Deal Rising is building a movement of young people from every part of the UK to fight for a response to the climate crisis that transforms our economy to deliver a safe climate and a fairer society. We believe in people power, and through a combination of disrupting the political system and organising in our communities, we are working to make the Green New Deal an era-defining political demand.
As part of our multi-year strategy, we have ambitious plans to mobilise young people, disrupt politics, and force this government, and those that follow, to deliver transformative change. Campaigning will be central to this: shaping the narrative, escalating pressure, and converting people power into political concessions.
You will design and deliver impactful campaign interventions, both on the ground and digitally, and support our movement to do the same. You will be a creative thinker with strong written communication skills, good political judgement, and a desire to empower our movement to get onto the political agenda.
We're a small, agile team, and we all pitch in where needed across our campaigns and organising work. You'll own real responsibility early on, contribute to shaping our direction, and watch your work make an immediate impact.
We’re young people fighting for climate justice and a Green New Deal.
