About the role:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our small, friendly and dedicated team to lead ILPA’s content and communications work. The successful candidate will be working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver a high-quality service to our passionate and committed members, and producing and disseminating ILPA’s internal and external communications through all available channels. This position would suit a self-motivated individual who is committed to our charitable objectives, and wants to help further them by: developing and executing our content and communications strategy; managing and improving our website; editing our weekly update to members; maintaining our crucial online archive of updates, documents, and data; and developing and executing our media strategy.

Content

• Manage co-ordination and production of weekly ILPA Members’ update email
• Liaise with the Editorial Advisory Board and legal policy team to commission blogs and content
• Edit material in line with guidelines, arranging for peer reviews where necessary, ensuring that all material is accurate, appropriate, brand consistent and suitable for publication; uploading content to the ILPA website through the CMS
• Manage production of the Annual Report
• Liaise with Bloomsbury, ILPA’s publisher, to ensure that the ILPA journal content is disseminated as widely as possible
• Track impact and success of content through relevant analytics to inform content strategy
• Track and monitor publications aimed at immigration practitioners to inform content strategy
• Work with colleagues and members to develop a content strategy that best supports members’ information needs

Communications

• Manage the ILPA website (including the members-only area), editing and uploading new information and resources, and maintaining the online archive
• Liaise with ILPA’s external website support team to ensure developments are undertaken efficiently 
• Manage ILPA’s social media channels (currently LinkedIn and BlueSky) 
• Respond to journalists’ enquiries, including arranging for media quotes and interviews, in collaboration with the Chief Executive and the Director of Policy and Advocacy
• Together with the Chief Executive and the Director of Policy and Advocacy, develop and implement ILPA’s external communications strategy

PURPOSE OF ROLE

As part of Caudwell Youth’s five-year strategy to Go National, this role will lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s first online mentoring service.

The Project Manager for Online Services will oversee the pilot, implementation and ongoing management of the programme, ensuring safe, accessible and high-quality support for young people. Working closely with the Deputy CEO and internal teams, the role will shape the future of Caudwell Youth’s digital support offer.

Key Duties

• Lead the pilot and implementation of Caudwell Youth’s national online mentoring programme.
• Manage the digital platform where the online mentoring will take place, ensuring it operates effectively and provides a user-friendly service.
• Working in conjunction with internal teams to develop evaluation and evidence outcomes of the pilot.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the online mentoring programme, ensuring safe, consistent and effective support for young people.
• Understand and analyse user journeys, using the data and insight to shape current programmes and ensure continuous improvement of online services.
• Identify opportunities to expand reach and accessibility for young people who may face barriers to in-person support.

Coordination & Development

User Voice is looking for a passionate, committed individual with personal lived experience of the criminal justice system to join our team as a Lived Experience Consultant.

This role is central to ensuring that the voices of people in the justice system shape the services that affect them. You’ll work in HMP Northumberland as well as a range of community‑based projects regionally, and occasionally nationally. Some projects will require significant travel, so flexibility is essential.

This is a leadership role within User Voice’s Midlands team, managing our new flagship Leadership Academy, in partnership with Unlock, and our Lived Experience insights programme with NHS England (East & West Midlands).

The Leadership Academy is designed to create credible, recognised leadership pathways for people in prison and on release, and aims to develop resilient, confident, socially aware, and practically skilled leaders who can positively influence their environments, progress into employment, and contribute to systemic change. The Academy will run its first pilot at Peterborough Prison.

Our two NHS England programmes embed lived-experience insights directly into Health and Justice commissioning, procurement, and service evaluation. and supports a Lived Experience Panel who provide structured input to ensure services are informed by real experiences across the care pathway

The Involvement Officer role sits at the junction of lived experience involvement and our charitable objectives and will build meaningful collaborations and alignment between those affected by primary bone cancer, researchers, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will co-ordinate and grow our Patient and Public Involvement Panel, which currently focuses on bringing lived experience to shape and review primary bone cancer research; however, we are keen for the voices of our community to contribute to our work across all our charitable pillars including our Support & Information service and our Influencing & Advocacy work. You will also support and empower our panel to share the work of Bone Cancer Research Trust more widely to their networks, ensuring a greater awareness of the charity and the impact of our work. 

This is a varied position offering the chance to apply and further develop your expertise in involvement across areas such as the shaping and reviewing of research, the capturing and sharing of lived experience through written and video stories, ensuring our health information is patient focused and understandable, and advocating with and for patients both nationally and globally.

Job summary
This role is central to the Policy & Engagement Team. The postholder will support our impact and evaluation work across the organisation in line with our Theory of Change, producing quarterly reports, annual reports and briefings for the Board, Parliamentarians and grant funders. The role works alongside Youth Board to identify project ideas and support any research work affiliated with their projects. The postholder has responsibility for Whizz Kidz Community Change projects and Research panel.

The person
You will have a passion for working with young people and driving change and perceptions. You will have significant experience in designing research projects to ensure Whizz Kidz is meeting the aims and objectives of its Theory of Change and that it is listening to the voice of young wheelchair users. You can read and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and use this data to form strong arguments.

Key accountabilities

• Lead the Whizz Kidz Community Change projects ensuring fair distribution of funds and impact analysis. You will be the link to all of our projects.
• Lead the Whizz Kidz research panel ensuring opportunities to contribute to the panel are circulated and that this is used to feed into national strategy.
• Provide research and analysis as needed to support the Youth Board and Whizz Kidz wider policy work.
• Support monthly management reporting; quarterly Theory of Change reporting and Annual impact reporting with the Impact & Evaluation Manager
• Draft content for Whizz Kidz documentation (e.g campaign briefings)
• Contribute to / lead on external policy consultation responses
• Analyse internal and external data to provide robust arguments for societal change work
• Analysis and reporting of Whizz Kidz beneficiaries against IMD and income data and demographics
• Attend Youth Board and other events as needed

As the Data Operations Officer, your key purpose in post is to ensure efficient, compliant data management, and effective data processes. You will proactively support teams, find improvements, and push for efficiencies to allow Salesforce CRM system users to engage with and effectively manage our supporters. This must be completed with reference to relevant data protection/GDPR laws and within a framework of the most effective data management techniques.

You will play a key role in providing process improvements across teams to enable the further development of an automation programme that speeds up and improves accuracy across imports and exports. You will also be responsible for scoping, defining, and implementing data quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with our Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool (Clarity Data Transform [CDT]) to bring data into our Salesforce ecosystem. This will include extensive documentation writeup, testing requirements for updates and patches, and a restrained & disciplined approach where quality is more important than speed.

· Ensure that any exception files from the CDT automations are triaged and the issues rectified, including escalating issues to the relevant agency, or logging a defect in Jira Software.

· Play a supportive role with the development team, completing development work in Salesforce as directed.

· Work with the Data Operations Manager to ensure Direct Debit claims and Gift Aid claims are processed accurately and on the agreed schedule.

· Carry out more complex data loading processes and act as a point of escalation for issues when raised by the Data Operations Executives.

· Critically examine existing processes and drive process improvement across database stakeholders and users.

· Support the Data Operations Manager on improvement projects, aimed at both improving the quality of data, and teams’ processes surrounding their use of Salesforce.

· Provide second line support for the Data Team ticketing system, ensuring tickets are resolved in a timely manner.

· Maintain, enhance, and develop data quality checks and associated processes to improve the integrity and usefulness of our data.

· Support the Data Operations Manager in ensuring data management best practice is incorporated into each teams’ processes.

As Data Operations Executive you will play a crucial role in helping us reach our fundraising targets and delivered excellent supporter experience through your support of the charity’s CRM system, Salesforce. You will have experience or a theoretical understanding of working with data and a CRM system.  We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has an excellent eye for detail, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and most importantly, loves working with colleagues to deliver exceptional supporter experience and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide 1st Line support for requests received into the team’s ticketing system, triaging all incoming tickets and either resolving, providing self-help guides, or escalating as appropriate.

The Senior Email Channel Officer is a critical role and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of email and SMS communications, ensuring campaigns and automated journeys are planned, built, tested, and deployed on time. The role ensures supporters receive timely, relevant and engaging communications that strengthen their relationship with the charity and drive meaningful action. The post holder will have strong experience using email marketing platforms in achieving KPI’s such as improved campaign engagement metrics; improved automated journeys to increase retention, reactivation and income; delivering email accuracy and quality; and contributing to the overall Supporter Experience Strategy to build lifetime value through more supporters, staying longer and doing more.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Campaign and Automation Journey Planning & Delivery

· Owning the end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns, including planning, building and testing high-quality communications to support fundraising, supporter engagement and other organisational priorities such as newsletter updates, sporting, campaigning, and appeal actions.

· Advise and deliver automated email journeys that welcome, retain, steward and reactivate supporters, building performance knowledge and insight that can be replicated across different supporter products and journeys.

· Support the Email Channel Manager in the planning and prioritisation of the Email and SMS channel calendar, ensuring effective delivery of campaign activity.

· Work with data and CRM teams to improve trigger logic, personalisation and segmentation, using your audience understanding to incorporate targeting and personalisation using customer data and dynamic content logic.

· Ensure all communications meet agreed quality standards through rigorous pre-deployment testing, including content, personalisation, segmentation, links, rendering and customer journey checks.

· Advise on the integration of email within multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email, SMS, Whatsapp, direct mail, social and telephone)

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
