Role Summary:
The Associate Facilitator plays a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging programmes across The Girls’ Network regions. This role focuses on facilitating impactful workshops and mentoring programmes for girls aged 14-19, supporting them to develop confidence, personal and social skills, and aspirations for their futures.
We are looking for an experienced and confident facilitator who can create inclusive, engaging learning environments and adapt delivery to meet the needs of diverse groups. Typical delivery pattern

Role Summary:
The Associate Facilitator plays a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging programmes across The Girls’ Network regions. This role focuses on facilitating impactful workshops and mentoring programmes for girls aged 14-19, supporting them to develop confidence, personal and social skills, and aspirations for their futures.
We are looking for an experienced and confident facilitator who can create inclusive, engaging learning environments and adapt delivery to meet the needs of diverse groups. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with volunteers and building positive, professional relationships with schools and other stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, reliable and passionate about working with and for young people. Delivery will take place across England, so a willingness to travel is essential (travel expenses will be reimbursed).

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging in-person workshops and onboarding sessions to young people aged 14-19 in secondary schools and colleges, empowering them to develop personal and social skills. Prepare thoroughly by reviewing and adapting session plans to meet the diverse needs of different groups.
Facilitate end-to-end mentor matching with young people (both in-person and virtually) and be present to support positive mentoring relationships.
Build and maintain positive, working relationships with schools, colleges, volunteers and other stakeholders. This includes retaining key relationships and supporting volunteers to ensure they feel confident and clear on their role.
Accurately collect and maintain records of programme participation, attendance, and outcomes. This includes logging pre-and post-programme data into Salesforce and gathering qualitative feedback from young people.
Uphold safeguarding and GDPR policies and procedures at all times, promptly escalating any concerns or disclosures to the National Programmes Manager and/or Designated Safeguarding Officer(s).
Facilitate the overall success of workshop delivery, volunteering, and mentoring cohorts in your region.
Coordinate and deliver events and communications to meet regional and national KPIs, ensuring smooth operations.
Utilise effective, high-quality workshop and training materials to deliver impactful programme activities.
Engage in regular supervision with the National Programme Manager and attend additional training sessions and briefings as required.

Typical delivery pattern
Programme delivery is scheduled around the needs of partner schools and colleges. As a guide, most programmes consist of a series of three workshops, delivered either:

Work will be offered on an ad hoc basis according to programme demand and contractor availability. We cannot guarantee a minimum number of programme delivery assignments.

An exciting opportunity to join the Sporting Events fundraising team at Tommy’s and help raise over £2.4m towards vital life-saving research to help save babies’ lives. We have a multitude of running, trekking and challenge events in our portfolio, and this role has visibility across all of them. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their fundraising events experience and develop their career in a supportive, ambitious team.
As Sporting Events Officer, you'll support the delivery of Tommy’s sporting events programme, helping to recruit, engage and steward thousands of supporters while ensuring excellent event administration and supporter experience. You'll work across participant recruitment, fundraising, supporter communications, event delivery and data management, playing a key role in helping the team achieve its ambitious fundraising targets. Portfolio Management Analyst
Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week. All staff are required to work in person for a minimum of two days per week, in line with our hybrid working policy. The post-holder may be required to undertake some work outside normal working hours.

About the role
The Portfolio Management Analyst is a new role at the Foundation which will support effective planning, monitoring, and governance across the Foundation’s project and programme portfolio.
The role sits as part of the new Planning and Portfolio Management team within Corporate Services, which ensures the Foundation is investing in the right work, delivering it well, and understanding the difference it makes to building a healthier UK. The team works with others across the Foundation to:
· Provide structure, support and guidance to ensure we plan and deliver work well
· Generate insight and analysis on projects, programmes and the Foundation as a whole to support delivery, maximise impact and strengthen accountability
· Learn together and continuously improve our planning and portfolio management practices
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys data analysis and visualisation, improving systems, and working with a broad range of internal stakeholders in a complex, delivery-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality analysis, visualisation, reporting, and insight to help leaders understand portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and resource use. In addition, they will:
· Support portfolio governance processes, including reporting cycles, reviews, and decision forums
· Support assurance activity by checking data quality, consistency, and completeness, working closely with project/programme teams to gather accurate and timely information
· Maintain and develop our Power BI portfolio dashboards
· Assist with preparation of papers for senior leadership, Boards, or committees. Liaising with finance and delivery teams to ensure alignment of data and reporting
· Provide responsive support and guidance on Project Management Framework requirements and processes, alongside contributing to the continuous improvement of the framework
