Following an internal promotion within the team, we’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high profile national corporate partners, including our award-winning football fundraising campaign with Premier League clubs, and develop further the relationships, plans and opportunities that can grow their support for the Royal British Legion year after year. This is an account management role with real scope to shape what a partnership can become: from developing new fundraising and engagement opportunities and negotiating agreements, to creating strong proposals and presentations for senior stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable managing significant income targets and budgets, spotting opportunities within existing relationships and turning them into well thought-through, commercially sound plans.
Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.
You’ll be joining the Corporate, Trusts & Philanthropy team at an exciting time when we’re looking to develop our corporate partnerships and integrate seamlessly with our High Value giving colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Lead, New Business colleagues and teams across Fundraising, bringing together the right people to deliver campaigns, fundraising activity and wider partner benefits. You’ll also have responsibility for a Corporate Partnerships Officer, providing clear direction and support while helping to build a team that delivers a high standard of partner management. The role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, can keep multiple partnerships moving at once and knows how to balance the needs of a corporate partner with the priorities of a charity.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience managing partnerships or clients in a fundraising or commercial environment, who is confident negotiating agreements, handling substantial budgets and presenting ideas to people at all levels. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, but just as importantly, you’ll be organised, commercially aware and able to look at the detail as well as the bigger picture. You’ll know how to turn a good relationship into a strong partnership, communicate clearly when priorities compete and use insight and evidence to make decisions. Experience of corporate fundraising is valuable, but we’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate the judgement, creativity and account management skills to develop high-value relationships and deliver results.
You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.
Employee benefits include -
- 28 day’s paid holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, with optional annual leave purchase scheme of up to 5 working days
- Enhanced paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave
- Generous pension scheme with employer contributions ranging from 6% to 14%, depending on length of service
- Range of flexible working options may be available, depending on your role
- Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential counselling, financial and legal advice
- Range of courses delivered by learning specialists to support your development goals and objectives
- Opportunities to volunteer
- Travel loans, Cycle to Work, and more!

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for improving systems, shaping future solutions and delivering meaningful change?
Blue Cross is embarking on an exciting project to review and replace its Practice Management System (PMS), the technology that supports our veterinary hospitals and clinical services. We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help us understand our current processes, identify future requirements and support the selection of a new system that meets the needs of our organisation for years to come.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a significant discovery and procurement project, working across veterinary, clinical, operational and support functions to help shape the future of service delivery at Blue Cross.
We are recruiting one Business Analyst who can be based from either our Burford or London office. While you may see this opportunity advertised in multiple locations, this is a single 12-month fixed-term role supporting our Practice Management System replacement project.
More about the role
As the PMS Business Analyst, you will lead the discovery phase of our Practice Management System replacement project.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand how our current systems and processes support service delivery, where opportunities exist for improvement and what capabilities we require from a future solution.
You'll develop a clear picture of business needs across multiple functions, evaluate available options in the marketplace and support the procurement and tender process to help identify the best solution for Blue Cross.
Your work will provide the foundations for one of the organisation's most significant technology investments and will directly influence how we support pets, owners and colleagues in the future.
What you will be doing
- Leading business analysis activities for the Practice Management System replacement project
- Engaging with veterinary, clinical, operational and support teams to understand current processes, challenges and requirements
- Mapping existing ("as is") processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing future-state process maps and requirements documentation
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement activities
- Gathering, analysing and prioritising business requirements
- Identifying functional, operational, reporting and data requirements for a future system
- Researching and evaluating solutions available within the market
- Supporting the development of tender documentation and procurement requirements
- Assisting with supplier evaluation and solution assessment activities
- Producing analysis, recommendations and supporting documentation to inform decision-making
- Working collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure organisational needs are clearly understood and represented
About you:
You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how organisations work and helping them make informed decisions about technology and change.
You will have a strong track record of leading discovery and requirements gathering activities, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be comfortable analysing complex information, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating business needs into clear and structured requirements.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked on system selection, procurement or transformation projects and who can balance operational realities with long-term strategic needs.
Experience of working within veterinary, healthcare, clinical or other service-focused environments would be advantageous, although not essential.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Understanding of operational or clinical service environments
- Proven experience in business analysis across systems, processes or organisational change
- Strong requirements elicitation skills, including workshops, interviews, observation and document analysis
- Experience of process modelling (‘as is’ and ‘to be’)
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting solution design, testing and validation activities
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability
- Understanding of change impacts and supporting adoption
- Ability to demonstrate, understand and apply Blue Cross values

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with our client, a Brixton-based creative hub and Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation. The organisation is a music, media and technology centre supporting young people and adults to explore creativity, develop skills and improve wellbeing.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join the Senior Management Team and provide confident financial and organisational leadership. Working closely with the CEO, Treasurer and wider Board, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial controls, funded-programme finance, risk and the year-end process. You will also provide proportionate leadership across people systems, governance, contracts and organisational operations.
This is a senior role, but it is also genuinely hands-on.
Alongside this, we are looking for someone who will thrive on helping to lead the operations of a busy, vibrant cultural centre, ensuring that the systems, people, contracts and resources underpinning our programmes, studios, building and events work smoothly, safely and effectively.
You will provide oversight of health and safety, compliance, organisational risk and business continuity, working closely with the colleagues and external specialists responsible for day-to-day delivery. This is a senior role, but it is also genuinely hands-on.
The right person for this role:
- Has strong financial leadership and practical management-accounting experience in a small or medium-sized organisation
- Can explain financial information clearly to colleagues and trustees, helping them understand the organisation’s position, risks and options
- Moves comfortably between strategic thinking and detailed delivery
- Brings sound judgement, integrity, curiosity and a collaborative approach
- Cares about Raw’s purpose and the communities we serve; and
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in Raw’s gigs, events and wider organisational life.
Direct charity-finance experience would be useful, but it is not essential. We welcome applicants from other sectors who can demonstrate transferable experience of multiple income streams, projects, contracts or cost centres. We are not looking for a particular accountancy qualification; relevant experience, practical expertise and the ability to fulfil the role are what matter.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and especially encourage applications from those who reflect the lived experiences of the South London communities we serve.
At Prospectus, we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you with your application. We welcome all candidates to apply, regardless of age, sex/gender, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status or pregnancy/maternity. If you have any disability and require reasonable adjustment/s to any part of the process, then please contact Shannon Sanderson at Prospectus.
Waltham Forest CVS is the borough's independent infrastructure body for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector. We help local organisations to be well run, well funded and well connected, and we represent the sector's voice to the council, the NHS and other partners.
We are a small team doing a lot. In any given week we might be helping a new group get its governance right, running a network meeting, making the case for the sector with the council, or getting a grant out of the door. That range is what makes the work interesting. It also means the administration has to be solid, because when it isn't, everything else slows down.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Chief Executive and, through her, the rest of the team. You will manage the diary and the inboxes, service our board and sub-committee meetings and take the minutes, keep records and systems in order, help with events and training, and handle the day-to-day office and finance administration. You will be the first voice a lot of people hear when they get in touch with us.
We are looking for someone organised and accurate, who can juggle competing demands and finish things without being chased. You will need sound judgement and real discretion — you will see confidential material — and a straightforward, approachable manner with everyone from a volunteer running a lunch club to a council director. Experience in the charity, private or public sector is welcome but not essential. What matters is that you can run a busy office well and want to do it somewhere the work means something.
Please apply with your CV and a supporting statement of no more than 500 words setting out how you meet the person specification. You will also be asked three competency questions as part of the application — keep each answer to no more than 250 words. We shortlist on the statement and those answers.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
