The Commercial Finance Business Partner is a key member of the finance team working closely with finance and non-finance colleagues across the Museum.   Reporting to the Head of Finance, its main purpose is to co-ordinate and deliver effective, consistent and timely business partnering to the Experience and Enterprise teams and to the Trading Board.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us from day one at Smithfield and play a key role in shaping our exciting new experiences. You will work closely with the teams you support, building strong relationships, establishing new processes, and ensuring everything is in place for a successful opening.

Key duties include:

· Providing effective monthly and quarterly financial reporting to the business, supporting the business through quarterly forecasting, annual planning and budgeting, and year end processes.

· Supporting and advising on specific projects and providing insightful analysis to inform decision making (e.g. the Docklands Masterplan, new museum Commercial Strategy).

· Collaborating closely with other Finance colleagues to strengthen and embed a business partnering approach to working with budget holders and to implement a process for measuring success

The role would suit somebody who has a keen attention to detail and experience of successful finance business partnering with high standards of customer service and a collaborative business partner approach.

The FP&A Manager plays a key role within the Finance Department at the National Theatre, supporting the Deputy Finance Director in delivering high-quality centralised reporting. The Move-On Accommodation Support Officer will provide practical and emotional support, advocacy, and housing management to survivors of domestic abuse who are residents living within 11 of BCWA’s move-on accommodation properties as part of the Safer Futures Project. 

The postholder will be required to travel regularly to the 11 dispersed move-on accommodation properties, primarily in Croydon, with a smaller number in Bromley, and must be able to travel independently across both boroughs.

The role focuses on supporting residents to sustain tenancies, develop independent living skills, and access appropriate services to enable recovery and a life free from domestic abuse.

EACS is an established voluntary sector provider of 1:1 low-cost counselling and psychotherapy to people living in Ealing.EACS serves a very diverse local population whose mental health needs often fall outside of NHS talking therapy; or where people may want a different space from the statutory services.We often support people who bring complex histories, needing more in-depth support over a longer period.

The role: Part-time Director

You will guide and empower service users to engage with community services, while also offering day‑to‑day leadership to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality practice. Acting as shift lead when required, you will make informed, real‑time decisions to maintain safe and effective service delivery. A key part of the role involves supporting student placements, contributing to learning plans and offering reflective supervision. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Area Manager to monitor performance, contribute to audits and quality reviews, and drive ongoing service development. You will also play an active role in recruitment, onboarding and volunteer integration, and represent the service in partnership forums, strengthening pathways with local crisis teams and community organisations to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions for service users.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

Ealing MHCA is a drop‑in mental health crisis support service for anyone in Ealing aged 18 and over who is experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress. The service provides a safe, calm, and welcoming space where individuals can receive immediate support without needing to attend A&E. Our aim is to reduce distress, help people feel heard, and support them to regain stability in the moment.

Visitors can access one‑to‑one emotional support, help creating short‑ and long‑term safety plans, guidance and signposting to other relevant services, and access to refreshments. The service may also offer group activities, such as peer support sessions, creative groups, or wellbeing‑focused activities, which create opportunities for connection, expression, and recovery in a supportive environment.

Please note that this role is an out‑of‑hours position, and you will be expected to work between 2pm and 10pm on a rota, including weekends

We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide strategic, enterprise-level GRA support across the organisation. The position is offered on a permanent, three-day-per-week basis, with one day in the office (ideally Wednesday).

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on role that plays a key part in ensuring Shell Foundation operates in a well-governed, risk-aware, and accountable way. You will work closely with the GRA Manager and colleagues across the organisation to coordinate governance processes, contribute to enterprise risk management activities, and support assurance and compliance frameworks.

Your work will span board and committee coordination, enterprise risk activities, assurance planning, and policy and compliance processes—helping to ensure that information is accurate, processes run smoothly, and priorities are clearly tracked and delivered.

This role is well suited to someone who operates comfortably at a strategic level, works across multiple areas, and thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to provide advice while bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.

About You

The successful candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a track record in governance, risk control, and assurance at the enterprise level. You will bring a methodical approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders effectively.

You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders, able to communicate clearly, and comfortable exercising judgement when supporting risk and assurance activities. Essential to this is the ability to build strong relationships that enhance collaboration and successful GRA outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in ESG, financial, professional, or legal services, or a similar environment that demonstrates holistic portfolio oversight and enterprise risk management.

Familiarity with governance requirements in the charity or not-for-profit sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

Newham Domestic and Sexual Violence Support Service is a community based integrated service providing support to individuals who have experienced domestic and/ or sexual violence including Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence, Forced Marriage, Honour Based Violence, Female Genital Mutilation and Sex Workers. The services are being provided in a variety of ways including through Casework, IDSVA, and MARAC. We will be working closely with key partner agencies within the Newham Borough to provide holistic support to all individuals who have or are experiencing domestic and/ or sexual violence and to improve awareness within the community of domestic and sexual violence and the support that is available for victims. 

In this vital role, you will manage incoming referrals, liaise with partner agencies, provide compassionate short‑term support via our phone line, and ensure accurate case management across our systems. You'll also deliver domestic abuse awareness workshops, develop culturally sensitive resources, and build strong relationships with local community organisations to improve early intervention pathways. Working closely with colleagues, you'll help ensure every client receives a safe, respectful, and effective service, while upholding Hestia's values, confidentiality standards, and commitment to inclusive practice.

This is a hybrid role, with two days working from home, one day based in a co‑working location in Newham, and two days spent delivering community‑based work across Newham.

A deep understanding of the dynamics and impact of domestic abuse, gender‑based violence, multiple disadvantage, and trauma is essential, alongside knowledge of local community services and networks. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, including accurate data entry, confident use of MS Office, and the ability to manage complex tasks within tight timeframes. You will be calm, resilient, and able to manage challenging situations, while maintaining excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Experience delivering workshops or training, engaging grassroots organisations, and building strong multi‑agency partnerships is highly desirable, as is familiarity with MARAC processes. Self‑motivation, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive practice are key to success in this role.
