About the Role 

We are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial and relationship-focused Partnerships & Engagement Manager to lead the development of new income streams from philanthropists and the wider public. 

This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a fundraising portfolio that will support One World in Schools in the UK, while also generating funding for PIN’s broader humanitarian and development programmes internationally. 

The successful candidate will cultivate and steward major donors, develop compelling fundraising propositions, and identify innovative ways to engage supporters with the impact of our work. They will also play a leading role in establishing and delivering the organisation’s One World engagement strategy, leveraging film screenings, festivals, partnerships, and events to strengthen stakeholder engagement and create new fundraising opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 

Fundraising Strategy & Income Generation 

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy focused on securing support from philanthropists, trusts, and members of the public.

• Support OWIS UK Coordinator to build relationships with filmmakers, cultural institutions, schools, venues, and festival partners. 

• Plan and deliver film screenings, events, and related engagement activities that support fundraising and stakeholder development goals. 

Communications & Collaboration 

• Work closely with staff from PIN UK staff as well as PIN’s international offices to develop engaging fundraising campaigns and donor communications.

We are currently recruiting a Marine Spatial Data Analyst to provide technical stewardship of Blue Ventures' spatial data system, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality spatial data, dashboards and decision-support tools that support community-based fisheries management. This role will combine spatial data management, database administration, data visualisation and user engagement, while supporting marine spatial planning analyses and the development of user-centred decision-support tools.

Working closely with the Head of Spatial Ecology, Ecological Data Scientist and the wider Data Science team, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving Blue Ventures' spatial data infrastructure, ensuring it remains reliable, well-documented and responsive to programme needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spatial data management and analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data to support community-led conservation. Reporting to the Head of Spatial Ecology, this is a full-time remote role, with occasional international travel to work closely with colleagues, partners, field teams and communities.

Alongside direct casework, you will contribute to peer support groups, workshops and community-based activities that reduce isolation, build confidence and strengthen parenting skills. The Role

Reporting to the Emotional Support Service Manager, the team will deliver a professional counselling service to stroke survivors, carers and relatives.  Counselling sessions are designed to help clients to develop emotional resilience, readjust to life after stroke and prepare to reintegrate into community life.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Providing one to one counselling to stroke survivors, carers and relatives including those with communication or cognitive difficulties

· Providing counselling sessions in person, on-line or by telephone, throughout Liverpool.

· Assessing the appropriateness of counselling for service users by providing emotional needs assessment sessions as well as using appropriate screening/evaluation tools (e.g. PHQ and GAD)

· Managing risk and safeguarding issues in accordance with appropriate legal, ethical and organisational requirements.

About You

You will have:

· An advanced diploma in integrative, humanistic or person-centred counselling/psychotherapy; for example, BACP recognised course or equivalent (i.e. 450 hours skills and theory, 100 hours of supervised practice, 20 hours of personal therapy)

· A minimum of 1 year post qualification supervised clinical practice

· BACP registration (or equivalent) and actively working towards accreditation

· Experience of delivering short-term counselling

· Experience of working with people with cognitive impairment

· A flexible approach to hours and working arrangement, being able to work independently.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role. You must live in the Liverpool area to fulfil this travel requirement. To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Head of Estate and Programmes - North to join our North England Team. The Head of Estate and Programmes will lead the Trust’s estate team and related programmes of work in North England. The Role:

The Candidate:

• Experienced leader with a proven track record of managing complex estates, large-scale programmes, projects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver ambitious strategic outcomes.
• Strong understanding of woodland, forestry, conservation, land management and the operation of large estates, with knowledge of ancient woodland management highly desirable.
• Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing significant budgets and balancing strategic priorities, operational performance and value for money.
• Confident in leading health, safety, risk management and governance activities within geographically dispersed operational environments.
• Skilled at building influential relationships and strategic partnerships, with the credibility to engage effectively with funders, land managers, public bodies, conservation organisations and other key stakeholders.
