About the team

The Water Industry Partnerships Team develops and supports WaterAid’s relationships with water companies and the wider water industry in the UK. We inspire and manage volunteers, steering the development of high-income corporate

events, and build opportunities for water company employees and customers to connect with our work.

About the role

As our Engagement and Stewardship Officer, you will be responsible for the central coordination and delivery of all team communications requirements. This includes employee and volunteer engagement, content requirements for events and strategic projects, donor reporting and building a bank of case studies.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality content and communications across the Partnerships team to support fundraising, stewardship, and partner engagement
• Create and deliver an annual calendar of employee engagement and partnership communications
• Own the production, update, and continuous improvement of standard partnership fundraising and stewardship materials
• Create and maintain a bank of high-quality case studies and visual assets for partner-supported projects, including Sanitation and Water Operator Partnerships (SWOPs), and to support pitches and proposals
• Produce case-study-led proposals and donor-facing reports in line with contract
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

• Experience generating audience-specific content and engaging communications, particularly for partners, donors or external stakeholders
• A thorough, methodical approach to research and planning
• Proven ability to manage a busy workload and deliver across multiple projects/teams
• Confident external engagement: written, verbal, presentation, and face-to-face.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience and knowledge of sustainability / corporate responsibility
• Experience of the voluntary sector
• Experience of the water industry and/or other utilities.

Spectra’s Family Support Social Worker will provide frontline support to people living with HIV in South West London. These will include assessment, emotional support, advice and advocacy around housing, benefits or immigration. They will also facilitate signposting and refer service users into internal and external services including Counselling, Peer support, as well as other linked-in services.

Work in this post requires a social work qualification with demonstrable knowledge of social work models and interventions including strengths-based practice models. Contact with the individuals, their families, representatives of professional and community groups and the general public is a significant aspect of this post.

Spectra’s HIV Peer Support Coordinator will promote, co-ordinate and facilitate HIV peer support in commissioned London boroughs. The postholder will coordinate HIV support programming, providing knowledge and skills, and empowering individuals to access the support that they need.

The postholder will collaborate with local service providers supporting those groups in commissioned London boroughs, supported by Spectra’s HIV Peer Support workers. The postholder will represent Spectra at several levels, being a liaison between Spectra and a range of agencies and professionals working with the different groups across London, as well as with a range of people and their carers.

The role of HIV Peer Support Coordinator has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of recovery after their own HIV diagnosis. It is essential that Peer Support workers demonstrate a willingness to professionally use their lived experience to support the recovery journey of others and as such should be comfortable to share their status with clients, colleagues and external agencies.

A supporter opens an email at a moment they’re looking to understand why Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer, and how together we can beat dementia through fundraising, research, and campaigning activities. They discover an email created using evidence and insight to inspire action and build trust.
We’re here for everyone affected by dementia. Whether someone is living with the condition, caring for a loved one, or trying to make sense of a diagnosis, we want them to feel supported, informed and understood.

What you’ll do
You’ll create and deliver email and SMS campaigns that clearly communicate that Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer and the solutions we offer, in a thoughtful and genuinely helpful way to the people receiving them. You’ll think about how messages feel as well as how they perform, making sure they are accessible and reach the right person at the right time and through the right channel.
You’ll work alongside colleagues from different teams to plan and improve their campaigns, offering feedback in a way that builds confidence and supports learning. You’ll also develop and manage content calendars, helping to make sure our communications are joined up, relevant and aligned with what matters most to our supporters.
Part of your role will involve building and improving automated journeys and integrations, helping to create smoother, more personalised experiences. You’ll spend time looking at performance data, running tests and using what you learn to keep improving how we communicate.
You’ll also be a go-to person for our email and SMS platforms, sharing your knowledge, answering questions and helping others develop their skills.

The Legacy & In Memory (LIM) Marketing Team is responsible for increasing awareness and consideration for gifts in wills and/or an in memory gift. About the role

As our Legacy & In Memory Senior Marketing Officer you will deliver a range of compelling communications to increase consideration for legacy giving and implement personalised stewardship journeys for our legacy and in memory supporters, as well as delivering engaging thank you events, and work closely with the Legacy & In Memory Marketing Manager to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

THE ROLE  

Role Overview 

The Fundraising Executive (Supporter Care) plays a vital role in delivering an excellent supporter experience for our client Trinity. Often the first point of contact for supporters, the role is central to building trust, ensuring accuracy, and reinforcing positive relationships through timely, professional, and warm communication. 

Working as part of Compton Fundraising’s Supporter Care team, you will ensure that all donations are processed accurately, donors are thanked appropriately, and enquiries are handled efficiently across phone, email, and post. You will also support the wider fundraising team across multiple income streams, contributing at every stage of the fundraising cycle from planning and delivery through to income processing and stewardship.  

Key Responsibilities 

The successful candidate will be expected to: 

• Process income accurately and securely, including cash, cheques, credit/debit cards, CAF donations, and online donations via platforms such as GoCardless, JustGiving, Stripe and Enthuse. 
• Ensure donors are thanked promptly and appropriately, liaising with Fundraising Managers as required to deliver a high quality stewardship experience. 
• Carry out bank statement reconciliation, including the processing of standing orders, direct debits, online donations and legacies. 
• Act as a first point of contact for the Fundraising Team by:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls 
  • Responding to general email enquiries while maintaining Trinity’s clear tone of voice and communication style. 
• Maintain accurate and up to date supporter records on the fundraising database, ensuring donor data, consent and Gift Aid information are recorded correctly. 
• Work collaboratively with the wider Fundraising team, providing support across fundraising activities and income streams as required. 
• Support and attend fundraising events, with occasional evening or weekend work. 
• Work primarily office based, with some hybrid working days. 

Experience, Knowledge and Skills 

We are looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to supporter care. You will ideally demonstrate: 

• A genuine enthusiasm for representing a charity with integrity, professionalism, and authenticity. 
• A passion for working as part of a team to deliver results that enable a charity to achieve its charitable objectives. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone appropriately.

Welsh Language Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Welsh language Coordinator to support early years, childcare and play work practitioners with Welsh language skills.  

Position: Welsh Language Coordinator

Location: Home Based, Travel will be required to undertake this role.

The Role

As Welsh Language Coordinator you will support early years, childcare and play work practitioners with Welsh language skills. Targets are agreed annually between the Welsh Government and charity partners. You will co-ordinate the charity’s Welsh language project, encourage Members to embark onto the online self-learning course, and provide ongoing support to practitioners on increasing their use of the Welsh language.

Main duties include supporting the wider organisation and our UK and international customers through:

• To establish and manage robust procedures and systems to support the co- ordination, delivery and monitoring of the Welsh Language project
• Identify settings and recruitment of practitioners for the delivery of training courses
• Promote the development of Welsh language skills by providing information on the online self-learning course, encouraging practitioners to sign up for the training
• Provide support to practitioners to ensure learning from the training is implemented in the workplace
• Development of resources to ensure training influences practice
• Delivery of live interaction sessions with practitioners and other partners
• Collection of data, monitoring and tracking the progress of participants
• Provide regular written reports identifying progress against targets
• Systematically gather and record sector intelligence and research
• Carry out visits within member settings in North Wales to identify settings which may want to transition to Bilingual or Welsh medium status.

About You

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:

• Effective communication skills - fluent in both English and Welsh

The Digital Content Manager will lead the development and delivery of our website and digital content strategy, ensuring our digital channels play a central role in achieving our mission. This role manages a talented team of Senior Digital Content Officers and works closely with colleagues across communications, marketing, youth engagement, fundraising and beyond, to deliver impactful, user-focused content and campaigns.

You will oversee the ongoing evolution of the website, improving user journeys, accessibility, SEO and content performance. ST Giles Trust have been delivering interventions to high-risk young people in the borough through the Community Harm & Exploitation Operation Group since 2012. Through the VRU My Ends Consortium, SGT will work in partnership with consortium partners lead by Active Communities Network, to support vulnerable Southwark Young people to address concerns around group offending and related violence.

About this key role
Holding a caseload of up to 12 clients at any one time, our successful candidate will provide a client-led holistic support service that responds to individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, benefits work and debt advice, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice, and appearing in court.

We will rely on you to complete initial needs assessments with clients and to support them to develop individual support and risk management plans and regularly review them to assess progress.  You will be expected to promote inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, while ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support is also a key aspect of the role.

What we are looking for

• Proven record of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs or are reluctant to discuss their needs
• Strong experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
• Experience of using support plans and of calculating risk and implementing safety procedures for vulnerable clients
• To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
• Sound understanding of issues facing this client group
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, verbal and written.
