Job Summary
Learning Support Assistants support PiP’s Development Workers to deliver a flexible programme of learning and development opportunities; ensuring that students can actively participate and engage in sessions, giving student’s maximum opportunity to learn and develop.
PiP’s programmes focus on four learning pathways:
- Independent Living Skills
- Creative and Performing Arts
- Health, Wellbeing and Happiness
- Employment and Vocational Skills
The role incorporates session delivery, recording and monitoring student progress, key working responsibilities such as liaising with student’s support networks and involvement in PiP’s wider work.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active and highly organised Governance Administrator to support the efficient running of our governance arrangements. In this role, you will coordinate and provide high quality support to our committee programme and other key processes such as our grant funding and abstract competitions at Association conferences.
The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the Association’s governance and operational activities. Collaborating closely with the senior management team, committee Chairs and senior stakeholders, you will contribute directly to the success and impact to the charity.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the committee meeting programme; arranging meetings, preparing detailed agendas, circulating papers promptly and producing accurate, high-quality minutes
- Organising the Association’s grants, awards and prize programmes, ensuring smooth application, review and selection processes
- Administering the abstract competitions across all Association conferences, including communications with participants and on-site coordination when required
- Supporting the administration of committee appointment processes and Board and committee elections
- Providing pro-active executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Officers and the Senior Management Team
- Working with all staff and Board members to ensure good communications are maintained throughout the Association
- Liaising with partner organisations and stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships and maximise networking opportunities
Hybrid working
This role is based at our head office in 21 Portland Place, London. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days in the office per week.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility.
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. You will play a pivotal role in raising the funding for our ambitions, focusing on statutory and trusts & foundations income streams. You will lead on both these income streams, managing existing funders and securing new funders. You will secure income from your own portfolio of funders and partners, and lead and inspire the team to achieve their own ambitious targets, both through new sources and through excellent stewardship of existing funders.
Role purpose
The main purposes of this role are:
- Researching, identifying and applying for grant funding and commissioning from statutory sources, trusts and foundations (T&F)
- Developing and writing high quality fundraising bids which align with the objectives and needs of statutory funders, T&F and Tender’s strategic objectives
- Managing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with a range of stakeholders (statutory funders, T&F, delivery partners, professionals in the sector, internal stakeholders)

Main responsibilities and duties
New business development
- Developing and implementing a strategy to develop relationships with, and maximise income from, statutory sources, T&F

- Maintaining an up-to-date market awareness of grant-making trends and best practice in T&F fundraising

Relationships
- Managing relationships with Statutory sources and T&F funding Tender, building a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of each funder
- Developing and executing stewardship and relationship management plans for T&F to maximise the value and duration of their support for Tender
- Overseeing the production of high-quality monitoring reports for T&F, and using insights from funded programmes to develop case for support materials

Administration
- Working with the Governance team to improve operational effectiveness and quality service by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Contributing to the maintenance of Tender’s overall Development function, providing appropriate analysis and reports
- Developing and maintaining a funding database and ensuring it is up to date to effectively monitor and evaluate the strategy
- Completing all mandatory training, and proactively seek opportunities for ongoing professional development

Main purpose of post
This role will oversee key functions of the day-to-day running of the charity to

Yorkshire, Bassetlaw and North Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Lead on production of an annual operations improvement plan,
collaborating with teams across the charity to ensure their operational
support needs are listened to and met.
Manage and develop operational systems to support the effective
delivery of Weston Park Cancer Charity as the organisation grows;
conduct regular reviews of internal operational processes, including
reviewing contracts and monitoring systems.
Support the Head of Governance and Operations in effective
management of supplier contracts including building leases, IT support
provider, third party suppliers, cleaning. Ensuring legal, regulatory, and
contractual compliance for each contract whilst achieving value for
money.
Provide operational management of our working spaces, including our
buildings, facilities and also our big purples buses within the community, ensuring the public, colleagues, volunteers and visitors are safe and
experience a warm and welcoming environment.
Lead on the coordination of charity vehicles maintenance and insurance,
working with the Head of Cancer Services, Transport Coordinator and
Service Development and Engagement Manager for the Outreach Team.
Review, Develop and Produce operational policies and procedures to
ensure the smooth running of the organisation (e.g. Lone Working).
Act as a Charity Data Protection Officer (DPO) and lead on data collection
and storage in line with current GDPR and Data Protection Regulations.
Lead with producing monthly and quarterly Operations Reports, and
producing any further reports requires for assurance purposes for the
Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees.
Health & Safety
Lead on Health & Safety and risk management, and the annual H&S audit
with the support of our external advisor, ensuring risk assessments are
undertaken and the charity fulfils its legal duties in relation to our
buildings, services, fundraising activity and home-based working.
Ensure all staff and volunteers are trained on H&S and there is
appropriate coverage of Fire Marshalls, First Aiders, MHFA etc. on site, in
outreach services and for our charity events, as appropriate.
Lead on our contingency planning and maintaining our business
continuity plan.
Tech Support
Lead on cyber security training and improvements.
Lead on IT equipment and access for staff, including the onboarding and
off boarding process and management of access to shared folders and
platforms.
Workwear and equipment
Manage stock control and ordering of office and facilities supplies.
Support & Development
Manage the Operations Assistant and support their development.
Lead the Operational Working Group to ensure operational matters are
progressed in a timely and efficient manager, reporting progress to the
Leadership Team.
Lead with the co-ordination of the annual renewals training for H&S, Fire
Marshalls and MHFA, support HR with the induction training of new staff.
Undertake operational improvement projects as directed by the Head of
Governance and Operations
Attend and contribute to team meetings and 'away days' and be an
active, invested member of our team.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region to attend charity
fundraising events and outreach services.
Able to work flexibly, including working in the evenings and at
weekends.

About the Role
We are seeking a capable, motivated Operations Manager to lead on the effective running of our charity’s systems and operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our work remains efficient, financially sustainable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our internal systems—including finance, CRM, IT, and communications—while supporting fundraising processes and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Leading Our Operations: Accountable for the smooth operational running of our Operational, HR and Financial Systems, including Salesforce, and identifying operational risks that could affect the charity’s mission. Your proactive approach will help us stay on track and keep making a difference.

Supporting Our Fundraising: Work closely with other members of the Leadership Team to identify fundraising opportunities, support with bid writing, and take responsibility for individual giving, managing our fundraising CRM, Donorfy.

Supporting Change: Accountable for managing transitional change programmes across the organisation in respect to operational processes and procedures. Help our team adapt to new processes and procedures by providing guidance, training, and resources.

Financial Oversight: Understand the revenues and expenses of the charity in order to promote operational efficiency while managing cashflow risks. Whilst this role doesn’t require advanced experience in accounting or bookkeeping, the holder will take responsibility for day-to-day finance processes, including invoicing, account reconciliation on our account software Xero, and monthly financial reporting, as well as working alongside our external accountant.

About the role
We are recruiting for a Campaigns and Mobilisation Officer to join on a full-time, permanent contract, working 35 hours per week.
Campaigning is at the heart of our mission to end the devastation caused by dementia, and this position is key to Alzheimer’s Society’s ambition to drive meaningful policy change across England, Northern Ireland, and Wales.
As Campaign and Mobilisation Officer you will be focussed on delivering impact focussed campaigns; including the mobilisation of audiences, to change policy at both a local and national level across England, Northern Ireland and Wales; making the case for dementia to be the priority it needs to be and ensuring policy objectives are implemented to improve the lives of people living with dementia.
You will help deliver our campaigning strategy, by deploying a range of online and offline tactics and ensuring that all campaigning action is mobilised to affect change in dementia at all levels. You will support and deliver campaigns that are collaborative and impact focused, working closely with other teams across the organisation, including, but not limited to, colleagues in External Relations, Marketing and Brand and Fundraising.
This role is home based, with some travel expected for team and directorate away days.
Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Friday 21st and Monday 24th November.
About you
Joining us, you’ll be able to combine skills across communications and influencing disciplines, along with technical ability related to the management of campaigning platforms and data handling. Your good attention to detail will enable you to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Crucially, you’ll have experience building relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll know how and when to communicate with campaigners, how to turn campaign actions into meaningful change and you’ll be able to build and run effective campaign actions (both online and offline).
What you’ll focus on:
- The day-to-day implementation of our campaigning plans.
- Drafting effective copy, for a wide variety of offline & online sources, designed to engage supporters and influence policy.
- Working collaboratively with other officers and managers across Evidence, Policy & Influencing to implement innovative, impact-focussed campaigns.
- Building campaign pages, and emails (or other communications) automations and running reports on Engaging Networks (or similar technology).
- Working closely with data teams and managing campaigner data held on campaign systems, ensuring it is maintained in line with both legal requirements and internal policies.
- Working with the Campaigns and Mobilisation Manager, to develop and oversee the execution of a high quality, innovative and impactful campaigns, in line with our policy and influencing objectives and agreed organisational priorities.
- Ensuring that the voices of people with lived experience informs our work and support the inclusion of people with lived experience in our work where appropriate.
