Job description

Group Strategy and Transformation Manager

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work. As this is a senior post, you will be required to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the role

 Based at home and in the centre of Nottingham as required – travel between other sites will be required

Circa £40,000 - dependent on experience and qualifications

We are seeking an exceptional, passionate individual to help transform and propel our company to achieve our ambitious objectives in driving positive change for local young people and families.

As Group Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will partner with the Executive team and senior leadership to help set strategic direction and achieve our ambitious and exciting growth trajectory. You will provide vital strategic and operational support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board members during this exciting growth phase of our organisation.  

Well organised and able to work under pressure, you will ensure that appropriate governance structures and infrastructures are in place and adhered to. Responsibilities will include providing executive level PA support to the Group CEO. With a background working in a fast paced, complex organisation, you will be self-motivated and flexible in your approach.
