Trekstock Cancer Support is the go-to place for exercise and mental wellbeing support for people in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with and beyond cancer - a group too often overlooked. We exist to help people rebuild their strength, confidence and energy through movement, community and expert-led support, from diagnosis through to life after treatment.

This is a hands-on, relationship-led role at the heart of our fundraising. You’ll take ownership of key income streams including challenge events, corporate partnerships and supporter engagement, helping us grow income while delivering an exceptional experience for everyone who supports Trekstock.

Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

About the Opportunity
The London Boroughs Outcomes Partnership (LBOP) delivers homelessness prevention services across London, supporting families living in temporary accommodation, as well as single adults and childless couples who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
LBOP is a pan-London outcomes partnership that brings together local authorities and specialist delivery partners to provide flexible, person-centred support that helps residents secure and sustain suitable accommodation. The programme also includes specialist provision for groups who may face additional barriers to housing, including refugees and LGBTQ+ individuals.
LBOP operates as an outcomes-based contract, with local authorities paying for the positive social outcomes achieved rather than a prescribed set of activities. This approach enables greater flexibility and innovation in service delivery, allowing support to be tailored to individual circumstances while maintaining a strong focus on achieving measurable impact.
The programme is designed to achieve a range of positive housing and social outcomes, including:
- Preventing homelessness and supporting people to remain in their existing accommodation where appropriate.
- Supporting individuals to secure suitable, stable and sustainable accommodation.
- Helping people sustain their accommodation and reduce the risk of future homelessness.
- Resolving housing-related issues, including landlord and property concerns.
- Improving mental wellbeing, financial resilience and independent living skills.
- Supporting access to education, training and employment opportunities.
Role and responsibilities
Support Delivery and Performance
- Build and maintain effective referral pathways with London Boroughs and partner agencies.
- Monitor referral activity, service performance and outcome achievement, identifying risks and implementing improvement plans where required.
- Oversee triage, outcome verification and CRM data quality to ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance.
- Support delivery partners to achieve targets through coaching, challenge and performance management.
Partnership and Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with Local Authorities, delivery partners and community organisations across London.
- Act as a key operational contact, facilitating collaboration, problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Promote the programme through meetings, presentations and stakeholder engagement activities.
Service Development and Innovation
- Work with delivery partners and people with lived experience to continuously improve service delivery.
- Identify barriers to achieving outcomes and implement practical solutions.
- Share learning, best practice and innovation across the partnership.
Impact, Quality and Safeguarding
- Analyse performance data and trends to inform service improvements and support decision-making.
- Coordinate reporting requirements and contribute to commissioner and stakeholder reports.
- Act as Safeguarding Lead, maintaining oversight of concerns, risks and organisational learning.
- Support quality assurance processes, audits and outcome verification activities.
About you
You will have the following skills, knowledge and competencies:

· Significant contract management experience, including management of multiple subcontracts with external organisations. Demonstrated ability of driving improved performance of external teams through effective contract management.

You’ll own a varied portfolio of IT projects from start to finish: planning, budgets, suppliers, risk, governance and delivery. We want a project manager who can work both in the detail of a project plan one day, and shaping the bigger picture with senior leadership the next. This is a central role in a small technology team, so your judgement and the relationships you build will really count.
What you’ll bring
- A track record of delivering IT projects to time, cost and quality in a complex organisation
- Strong people skills, so you can talk to clinicians, senior leaders and suppliers and be understood by all of them

Role summary
The Communications & Marketing Manager will manage the Ben Kinsella Trust's day-to-day communications, marketing and campaigning activity, helping to raise awareness of our work, engage key audiences and support the charity's objectives.
This is a hands-on role that combines communications, digital marketing, CRM management, data insight and project management. The postholder will plan, create and deliver content across the charity's channels, including email marketing, websites, social media and paid advertising, using data, testing and performance insight to continually improve engagement and impact.
A key part of the role is the effective use of the charity's CRM and digital systems to manage audience data, support segmentation, and strengthen the effectiveness of communications and campaigns. The postholder will be confident using digital tools and will actively identify opportunities to improve performance through SEO, automation, testing, analytics and other digital marketing techniques.
The Communications & Marketing Manager will also manage the delivery of public awareness campaigns, including Knife Crime Awareness Week, overseeing projects from planning through to evaluation and ensuring measurable outcomes. They will act as a gatekeeper for the Ben Kinsella Trust brand, ensuring consistent and high-quality communications. Through recruitment and line management of a Communications Officer, they will ensure our communications and marketing activity is consistently professional and on brand, increasing reach, engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Manage the charity’s external communications across email, web, social media, paid and other digital channels.
- Plan, create and publish high-quality content, including news stories, case studies, campaign materials, blogs, videos and stakeholder communications, supported by a clear content calendar.
- Monitor performance across channels and use analytics to improve engagement, reach and effectiveness.

About the Team
The High Value Partnerships department is crucial to achieving Shelter’s charitable, raising over £20 million a year through relationship-based fundraising with businesses, high-net-worth individuals, legacy pledgers, trusts.
This role will sit in a newly formed sub-team of Corporate Partnerships. The Corporate team has been successful in developing high value, long term and sector leading partnerships with companies such as IKEA, B&Q, HSBC UK and M&S.
About Breaking the Cycle
Breaking the Cycle is an access to banking programme for people with no fixed address. Access to banking is a key tool in breaking the cycle of homelessness. Shelter works with the financial services sector, to help them to better serve the needs of vulnerable customers and access basic banking products.
Breaking the Cycle is delivered with a network of charity partners and local organisations who serve vulnerable individuals, including those who experience rough sleeping, living in temporary accommodation, seeking asylum and surviving domestic abuse, to access a bank account. Through the network we ensure more people access the help they need to become financially included.
Breaking the Cycle is currently delivered in partnership with HSBC UK. In October 2025, HM Treasury announced an ambitious new Financial Inclusion strategy and identified Breaking the Cycle as a key programme to achieve their objectives. This will result in a significant expansion of Breaking the Cycle to an additional 5 major high street banks on a 12-month pilot period.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager (Breaking the Cycle), this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Breaking the Cycle programme. The Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of two financial institutions, management of existing charity partners and onboarding new charity partners, as well as monitoring due diligence and safeguarding procedures. This role is fundamental to ensuring the programme runs smoothly.

Internal title: Citadel London Manager
Location: London, Greater London (hybrid - office 2 days a week and regular travel across London)
Salary: £48,365 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)
Hours: 35 per week (full time)
Contract: Fixed term (until 31 March 2027)

About the role
As Project Manager, you will provide supportive line management to six Coordinators working in North-East and South-East London. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing our London projects: building our partnerships, supporting the teams to grow the support we offer and supporting the projects’ continuous improvement and sustainability.
About you
You will be a confident leader who is skilled and comfortable in building relationships and influencing people, and passionate about the role of the community in ending homelessness.
Essential skills include:
- Experience of managing teams in the homelessness, housing or voluntary and community sectors
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to motivate and support staff and volunteers
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
About Citadel
Citadel is a volunteer-powered homelessness prevention project that supports people experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, to find a place to live, settle into a home, and feel part of a welcoming and supportive community. Coordinators recruit and train volunteers before matching them with a person referred for support. Coordinators and volunteers work closely with people who have been referred, to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

Housing Justice brings together communities and finds solutions to homelessness by building personal connections, a sense of belonging, and creating justice in the housing system. We train and support volunteers to offer various accommodation options while building a network of local support. This includes providing personalised assistance to help individuals access relevant local services and address their other needs. In 18 years, we have established more than 360 partnerships across the UK with a common aim: to empower local communities to develop evidence-based strategies to tackle underage drinking.
Using a tried and tested model to tackle underage drinking and provide positive alternative activities for children, Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAP) supports local partnerships of councils, police, retailers, schools and health providers to reduce the problems associated with underage drinking both for individuals and communities.
About the role
We are looking for a part-time Finance & Governance Manager who will play a key part in a small, close-knit head team. The successful candidate will need to be both hands-on and collaborative, working closely with the head office team, supporting our eight regional advisers, and supporting the Board on finance and governance updates.
This role would suit someone who:
- Is technically strong in finance but comfortable working in a small, agile environment.
- Enjoys combining finance with governance and organisational support.
- Is hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Takes pride in clear, professional presentation of financial information.
- Is comfortable as an integral part of a small team rather than operating at arm’s length.
This is a well-rounded role with real opportunity to bring structure, clarity and improvement, but it requires someone pragmatic, flexible and comfortable with both the breadth and hands-on nature of the position.
