Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Head of Leisure, you will take ownership of promoting Enable’s Leisure sites and facilities, driving both revenue growth and brand recognition. This includes leading strategic campaigns across gym memberships (direct debits), Tennis and Padel bookings, and other leisure products at our key sites:
• Battersea Park Millennium Arena
• Barn Elms Sports Centre
• Tooting Bec Athletics Track and Gym
• Barn Elms Boathouse
You will monitor and report on sales performance, using data and insight to inform strategic decision-making and continually optimize results. Alongside delivering high-performing campaigns, you will support and develop junior marketing team members. There may also be opportunities to contribute to other diverse service areas, including Putney School of Art and Design and Battersea Park Venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded marketer with a strong focus on performance and data, balanced with creativity and a willingness to experiment. The role requires excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the confidence to report to senior stakeholders and run regular campaign update meetings.
The position plays a pivotal role in the continued growth of Leisure Services. You will have genuine creative freedom to drive change, shape campaign direction, and play an active role in brand development, updates and refreshes — evolving the visual identity, tone and positioning of Enable’s Leisure sites.

Supporting the various services that make up Enable, Central Services consists of small and high output teams including Human Resources, Marcomms, Operations and Finance. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
•Develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand growth, memberships, bookings and retention.
•Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across all channels.
•Set clear, measurable goals and optimise performance through data-driven insight.
•Provide weekly sales and marketing updates to Senior Leadership.
•Produce regular campaign reporting, identifying trends and actionable learnings.
•Re-develop and strengthen the Enable Leisure brand across all customer touchpoints.

This role sits at the heart of Operation Smile UK’s five-year strategy to deliver transformational growth across all income streams. As Senior Lead - Acquisition and Digital Fundraising, you will be instrumental in delivering on three of our four core strategic priorities:

The Senior Lead - Acquisition & Digital Fundraising role is responsible for delivering Operation Smile UK’s strategic individual giving acquisition programme. This role is key to driving income growth and expanding our supporter base across multiple channels, including digital, DRTV, dialogue fundraising and print.
You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of acquisition campaigns, including the onboarding process, with full accountability for managing significant budgets, agency partnerships and performance metrics. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced acquisition fundraiser with strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Develop and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy, aligned with income targets and supporter growth objectives.
- Lead on the planning and delivery of campaigns across direct dialogue, digital, DRTV, and print channels.
- Lead on the planning and delivery of the onboarding process for all new recruits.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insight-driven recommendations to optimise results.
- Drive testing and innovation to expand existing channels and introduce new ones within acceptable risk and return parameters.
Budget Ownership & Performance Monitoring
- Take full responsibility for acquisition budget management, income forecasting and cost control.
- Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting against ROI, CPA, and long-term value across all acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with the Senior Database Manager and the Director of Data and Technology to develop and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and support strategic data analysis, including both short-term and long-term channel performance evaluation.

- Manage day-to-day relationships with external fundraising and creative partners.
- Lead briefings, content sourcing, agent training, stakeholder approvals, and quality assurance processes.

- Ensure all campaigns meet legal, ethical and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR, Fundraising Regulator).
- Act as a key contributor to organisational risk assessments relating to income performance and supplier performance.
- Keep up to date with sector trends, innovations and benchmarks to maintain best practice.

Essential Experience
- Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in Individual Giving or fundraising acquisition roles.
- Proven success delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns with strong ROI.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers to high-performance standards.
- Strong background in digital fundraising and paid media.
- Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on substantial acquisition budgets.

About the team
The Income Generation Directorate at Shelter comprises of the five departments, delivering a mature fundraising programme that has seen continuous year on year diversity and growth. The directorate generates over £48m gross income each year, of which a high percentage is unrestricted.
Our Corporate Partnerships team is split into two areas - New Partnerships which generates income by securing new relationships with private sector businesses, and the Partnership Management team, where this role sits, is responsible for the growth of Shelter’s voluntary income by managing and developing existing corporate partnerships spanning a variety of sectors. About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to join the Individual Giving team at Prostate Cancer UK. We’re an ambitious charity with a bold mission and a fantastic culture. This role focuses on acquiring new cash and regular givers across a range of channels including digital, telephone and direct mail, helping fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll help drive forward our ambitious five-year fundraising strategy as we continue to grow income year on year to have the biggest impact for men. You will lead on our value exchange programme, working closely with the digital team and our telephone partner to continually optimise results. You will also work on wider telephone conversion campaigns and direct mail as well as other test channels with the aim of recruiting new regular and cash supporters as well as re-engaging those who have lapsed. To be successful, you will bring substantial experience of delivering significant fundraising targets, ideally in the arts or cultural, or social welfare sectors, and a strong track record of generating income from a mix of the income streams mentioned above. Applications are welcomed from fundraisers ready to step into their first senior leadership role; however, you will have the confidence to design and implement an ambitious fundraising strategy. Crucially, you will be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, organised and detail-focused, comfortable managing pipelines and budgets, and motivated by the power of the arts with social inclusion at its core. Our client is also keen to hear from candidates who are willing to support marketing and promotional activity (experience welcome but not essential).
