In March 2025, Smart Works completed their Three-Year Plan that saw the charity double the number of women helped annually from 5,000 to 10,000 women a year. To achieve this, we grew our existing centres and opened a new centre.

About This Role
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of some of Smart Works most visible and multi-faceted partnerships that support our vision of ensuring that any unemployed woman is able to transform her life through the positive power of employment.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, your portfolio will span a range of sectors, including consumer, technology and finance. This varied portfolio of partners encompasses a range of giving mechanisms, including philanthropy, charity of the year and cause related marketing.
Alongside managing a portfolio of national partners, you will also be responsible for achieving income targets, cultivating and stewarding relationships, thinking creatively and strategically to grow and retain partnerships.
This role will work with the wider Partnerships team and our local Smart Works centres to secure and develop local partnerships (outside of London) and embed national partnerships across our 12 UK centres, maximising opportunities to benefit the whole of Smart Works Group.

The Initiatives and Partnerships Manager plays a key role in the Trust’s Initiatives and Partnerships Team. The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust’s projects, manage team members and on occasion support external and partnership projects. Camp Jojo is currently in transition. Over the first 8 years it has worked from one established site in Mersea, Essex; but we are now opening a second site near Appleby in Cumbria. The role of Program Manager will work across the whole organisation, towards the successful development of the values and the proven model in a second site; and its partnership with the Essex site will be an important part of the role.
Camp Jojo is growing from a young, largely trustee led, organisation to a staff team led organisation. Again this role will be a fundamental part of that transition. They will also sit on, or chair, several of the Committees of the charity; including the Senior Operations Team.

Whilst the majority of the work will be remote the incumbent will be required to attend some meetings and events in person, including at both sites. They will also be required to attend at least part of the actual camp events. They may need to work flexibly, according to the seasonal demands of the charity.

We are looking for a candidate with strong budget oversight and organisational skills to join our small team and be our lead for Camden's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, a national programme funded by the Department for Education. With the support of YCF's Head of Partnerships & Grants and CEO, you will oversee and manage a significant budget, and all project management aspects of the programme, to ensure excellent, high-quality provision for Camden's Free School Meal eligible children and young people.
In August 2025, the programme was extended nationally by the DfE for an additional three years, and we await confirmation as to the exact allocation for Camden, which would hopefully enable us to extend this role to a three year contract to 2029.
About the HAF programme in Camden and this role
Young Camden Foundation has been Camden Council’s delivery partner for the national, Department for Education funded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme since its inception in 2021. The programme distributes around £800,000 per year to support Free School Meal eligible children and young people in the borough across the main holidays of Spring, Summer and Winter.
You will lead all project management, from budget stewardship to overseeing programme delivery, with the support of the team. You will oversee a complex budget of around £800,000 ensuring its effective use throughout the year. You will ensure that each HAF programme in Camden offers young participants a diverse and enjoyable range of activities provided by respected organisations, operating at the highest levels of safety, quality, and in alignment with the Department for Education’s funding requirements. You will lead on all reporting, data processing, overseeing of invoicing, and communications of the programme.

The role of Volunteer Manager (Nags Head Farm) is to provide the management and administration of the key Volunteer sector of Camp Jojo, and to offer administrative support and feedback to members of the Camp Jojo Board in this regard.
The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for successful initial contact, recruitment, communication with and administration of volunteer for the Nag’s Head Farm camps, through to their successful placement at camp. They will also work closely with the Operations Manager: Families and Site Ops. (Nags Head Farm). They will be guided in their role with the existing managers at Ivy Farm, Mersea, Essex.
The primary task of the Volunteer Manager (Nag’s Head Farm) will be to oversee the whole process of Volunteer applications to camps at Nag’s Head Farm, and to maintain and develop databases in support of this. They will be the contact point for information and support throughout the Nag’s Head Farm volunteers’ pathway with Camp Jojo. In addition, they will attend and minute meetings which concern volunteer management, etc.
They may need to work flexibly; the demands will be seasonal, with many more hours needed through spring and summer than autumn and winter. They will also need to be present for the first day of the camps during the summer, which are mostly during the school holidays. The Volunteer Manager (Nag’s Head Farm) will have a varied and sometimes high-paced job environment. About the Role
