As a Data Analyst you will play a key role in strengthening our evidence base and improving service delivery through robust data analysis and reporting. Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions, support funding bids, and help shape services that improve lives. You will work closely with operational teams to collect, cleanse, and interpret data that enhances our understanding of beneficiary needs and outcomes. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis

· Collect, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources, conducting regular checks to identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies

· Maintain and improve internal databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency

· Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

· Contribute to the design and implementation of data collection processes for new projects

· Identify inefficiencies and compare service delivery against targets to support continuous improvement

· Supplement internal data with external sources for deeper insights

Reporting and Insight

Systems and Tools

· Use Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools to manage and visualise data

· Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies

Training

· Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about sector trends and enhance personal skills

Person Specification

Essential:

· Experience working with large datasets and producing analytical reports

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)

· Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles

· Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-specialist audiences

· Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities within a multi-disciplinary team

· Experience in data research and using insights from a variety of external sources, such as government data, to support analysis

· Awareness of the opportunities and risks of using AI and data-driven technologies in the charity sector

The Senior Research and Development Manager will play an important role in managing NCB’s research and evidence work, supporting our impact and growth and working across teams in a matrix environment. Details of the role
You will play a key role in supporting the management  and scaling of Jangala’s programmes in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will be part of Jangala’s programmes department, which leads the delivery of our donor-funded work, deploying Jangala’s award-winning technology and developing and nurturing partnerships with grassroots organisations, charities, local authorities, and international agencies.

Supporting Jangala’s community of existing partners who are using Big Box and Get Box technology to connect communities will also be an important part of what you do. The role will also involve building new partnerships, research, coordination and working with data-driven systems, ensuring that our connectivity solutions reach the people and communities who need them most. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research about and doing outreach to prospective partner organisations

• Onboarding new partner organisations in line with Jangala’s due diligence processes

• Organising and running  check in calls with partners

• Monitoring and replying to queries which come through Jangala enquiry and partner support email accounts, including for routine partner management and troubleshooting

• Inputting administrative data to Jangala’s partner management and monitoring and evaluation platforms

The role is to support the Head of Fundraising Volunteering and Communications to achieve the overarching fundraising strategy, maximising opportunities for income generation as well as strategic aims for SIFA Fireside.

As part of a small team, the post holder will be responsible for managing all supporter and donation information on the fundraising database, regularly importing payment data from a range of sources and leading on the monthly reconciliation process. The post holder will also provide data selections and reports for SIFA Fireside’s supporter mailings and campaigns. When required, they will co-ordinate and support campaigns 

Key tasks:

1. Planning and delivering fundraising projects and campaigns, awareness events and legacy campaigns.

2. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with donors including regular Open Weeks.

3. Working with the Communications Assistant to produce assets and distribute social media content related to fundraising.

4. Supporting with managing fundraising volunteers to include Corporate Volunteer Teams and conversion to individual givers.

5. Maintaining fundraising webpages and maintaining external donation platform accounts.

6. Managing and updating fundraising resources and literature including digital, print, t-shirts, and collection tins.

7. Overseeing the recording of all payment and donor data in our CRM database Beacon, including importing donations from a range of platforms.

8. Overseeing the processing of Gift in Kind donations, running associated campaigns and scheduling callouts for needed items.

9. Managing the storing of Gift Aid declarations, talking to donors knowledgeably about tax effective giving and submitting monthly Gift Aid submissions to HMRC via Beacon.

10. Producing and monitoring fundraising KPIs.

  11. Acknowledging all donations, new and cancelled regular donors and external fundraisers and providing stewardship with external fundraising events and collections.

12. Monitoring the fundraising inbox and distributing supporter communications via email and MailChimp, while managing supporter contact consent and updating SIFA Fireside’s mailing list.  

13. Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the fundraising regulator and GDPR and always working within charity legislation and best practice.

14. Providing support to the Head of Fundraising and Communications with ad hoc requests for data on finances, donors, and charity services.

15. Undertaking any other reasonable duties that may be required to support the admin team.

The Trusts and Grants Fundraising manager will develop and implement the organisation's trusts and grants fundraising strategy in line with organisational objectives, researching and prioritising trusts, foundations and statutory funders aligned with the organisation’s mission. You will prepare and submit high-quality, tailored fundraising applications and achieve income targets contributing to the overall fundraising goal.

The selected candidate will have demonstrable professional experience in trusts and grants fundraising within the charity sector and will have a proven track record of securing grants from trusts, foundations and ideally statutory funders. You will have experience in writing successful funding applications and managing relationships with funders too.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Service Desk Engineer ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across the organisation. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance, providing high-quality first- and second-line support while maintaining the stability and reliability of our digital platforms.

You’ll handle service requests and incidents, manage tickets within agreed SLA's, and ensure users receive timely, clear, and user-friendly resolutions. The role also supports onsite IT operations at our London office, including audiovisual systems and hybrid meetings, and contributes to wider digital improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, user-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and helping shape how technology empowers the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
Technical Support: Provide first- and second-line technical support to users across the organisation. Deliver onsite assistance for audiovisual, and conferencing systems. Support hybrid meetings and events, troubleshooting AV and connectivity issues.

Incident & Request Management: Manage incidents and service requests through the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution. Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers or specialist teams when necessary. Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

User Life-cycle Support: Assist with staff on-boarding, movers, and leaver processes (account setup, equipment, etc.), ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of IT access.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain IT documentation, FAQs, and user guides to support self-service and consistent resolution. Maintain accurate records of systems, assets, and procedures.

Security & Compliance: Uphold IT security standards, data protection, and GDPR protocols. Promote secure user practices and report potential risks or breaches.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the wider Systems, Digital and Data team on infrastructure and transformation projects. Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a motivated, technically capable, and service-oriented individual who takes pride in helping others and delivering excellence.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience providing first- and second-line IT support, with strong troubleshooting skills and a good grasp of Microsoft platforms, collaboration tools, and networking fundamentals. Experience supporting audiovisual and meeting room systems.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse. 

In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator.  This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change. 

The Drive Head of Operations will play a central role in maintaining strategic oversight of internal operations, including project planning and risk management across workstreams, and partner coordination across the Drive Partnership. This is a senior leadership position providing operational leadership, staff management, and cross-partner coordination to ensure workstreams within the Drive Partnership function effectively, efficiently and in in alignment with the Drive Partnership's core mission. 

The role will report directly to the Drive Director, form part of the Drive Senior Management team and work alongside the Drive Deputy Director and other Senior Leads to embed a high-performing, values-led culture across The Drive Partnership.
