About Us
We're a UK-based non-profit, pre-startup, with over 20 years of community participation and engagement — working alongside some of society's most vulnerable people.
We're looking for a video editor who wants to be part of this journey — someone who can tell a story with heart and is interested in creating real social impact.
Project Overview
Video is central to how we tell our story. We've got existing footage, screen recordings and a working product demo — the raw material is there, but it needs shaping into a set of short, polished, persuasive videos that can sit alongside our pitch deck and outreach.
This is an editing job — turning existing material into clear, emotive short films for funders, investors and a wider non-expert audience. We'd start with a small first batch to check fit, with ongoing work as we build out a library of short videos.
What Needs To Be Done
Re-edit our existing video into a tighter, cleaner cut
Produce short (2–3 minute) comparison videos

Volunteer Charity Management Team Member
Lead the launch of a new London charity. Shape its strategy. Build its impact. Change lives.
London is full of potential — but too many adults from socio‑economically disadvantaged backgrounds never get the chance to realise theirs. Barriers like low confidence, limited networks, lack of guidance and systemic inequality keep talented people locked out of opportunity.
Unlock YOUR Potential is here to break those barriers.
We are building a new charity dedicated to careers coaching, employability skills, personal development, wellness, life coaching, mentoring and more — all designed to help adults transform their futures.
And now, at this defining moment, we’re searching for passionate, committed volunteers to join our Charity Management Team and help our Founder build this organisation from the ground up.
This isn’t just volunteering. It’s your chance to shape the direction, culture and impact of a charity from day one.
Why This Role Matters
We are at the very beginning of our journey — and the decisions we make now will define the charity for years to come.
As a member of our Volunteer Charity Management Team, you will help:
Build the foundations of a new London‑based employability charity
Shape strategy, operations, programmes and culture
Support the Founder in key decisions and organisational development
Create life‑changing opportunities for adults who have been overlooked for too long
Your leadership will directly influence how we operate, who we reach and the impact we make across London.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your skills, interests and experience, you may contribute to areas such as:
Strategy & Planning — helping shape our vision, goals and long‑term direction
Operations & Governance — supporting the development of processes, systems and structures
Programme Development — helping design coaching, employability and personal development programmes
Volunteer Management — supporting recruitment, onboarding and community‑building
Partnerships & Outreach — helping build relationships with employers, community groups and supporters
Marketing & Communications — shaping our message, brand and public presence
Fundraising & Development — contributing ideas and support for future sustainability
You don’t need experience in all areas — just the willingness to contribute, collaborate and help build something meaningful.
What You’ll Gain
This is a rare opportunity to gain real leadership experience in the charity sector.
You’ll gain:
Hands‑on experience in charity management and organisational development
The chance to shape a new charity’s strategy, culture and impact
Experience working closely with the Founder
A leadership role that strengthens your CV and future career
The fulfilment of knowing your work directly changes lives
This is the kind of experience that builds confidence, skills and future opportunities — while helping others do the same.
Who You Are
You’re someone who:
Is passionate about social impact, equality and opportunity
Enjoys collaborating, problem‑solving and building new ideas
Is proactive, organised and excited by the challenge of starting something new
Has experience or interest in management, operations, HR, coaching, employability, community work, marketing, fundraising or similar areas
Can give a few hours a week to help shape a charity with huge potential
Believes deeply in empowerment, dignity and inclusion
You don’t need to be an expert — just committed, thoughtful and ready to help build something transformative.
Your Impact
Your contribution will help create:
A strong, values‑driven charity with solid foundations
Programmes that help adults gain confidence, skills and direction
A supportive volunteer community
A culture rooted in empowerment, inclusion and personal growth
A long‑lasting organisation capable of delivering life‑changing support
Your work becomes part of the backbone of a movement helping Londoners unlock their potential.

Volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager
Shape our culture. Build our volunteer community. Empower Londoners to transform their futures.
London is full of talent — but not everyone gets the chance to show it. For too many adults living in socio‑economically disadvantaged communities, confidence, opportunity and access to the workforce feel out of reach.
Unlock YOUR Potential is here to change that.
We’re building a new charity dedicated to giving adults the skills, tools, confidence and opportunities they need to thrive in work and in life. And now, at this defining moment, we’re searching for a Volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager to help build the people‑powered engine that will drive our mission forward.
This isn’t just a role. It’s your chance to shape the culture, community and heart of a charity from day one.
Why This Role Matters
Our volunteers will be the lifeblood of our organisation — the mentors, coaches, facilitators and supporters who help Londoners rebuild confidence, develop skills and unlock new opportunities.
To make this possible, we need someone who can:
Build our volunteering programme from the ground up
Recruit, onboard and support an incredible community of volunteers
Create a culture where people feel valued, inspired and connected
Put in place the HR foundations that prepare us to become a future employer
Your leadership will ensure that the people who give their time to us feel supported, appreciated and empowered — because when volunteers thrive, our participants thrive.
What You’ll Do
As our Volunteer HR & Volunteering Manager, you will lead on everything that makes our people experience exceptional.
You will:
Design and launch our volunteering programme
Recruit, onboard and retain volunteers across all areas of the charity
Build a positive, inclusive and values‑driven volunteer culture
Develop volunteer policies, handbooks, training and support frameworks
Create recognition and wellbeing initiatives that keep volunteers engaged
Lead on HR foundations — policies, processes and compliance — to prepare us for future paid staff
Support the Founder in shaping organisational culture and people strategy
Ensure our people practices reflect our mission, values and commitment to equality
This is a rare opportunity to build a people‑first charity from the ground up — and to shape the experience of everyone who joins us.
What You’ll Gain
This role offers purpose, leadership and professional growth in equal measure.
You’ll gain:
Senior‑level HR and volunteer management experience
The chance to design and lead a volunteering programme from scratch
Experience in organisational culture, people strategy and HR compliance
A close working relationship with the Founder and Executive Director
A leadership role that strengthens your CV and future career
The fulfilment of knowing your work directly impacts lives across London
This is the kind of experience that builds careers — and strengthens communities.
Who You Are
You’re someone who:
Loves working with people and building positive cultures
Is organised, proactive and passionate about creating great experiences
Has HR, volunteering or people‑management experience (or strong potential)
Enjoys designing systems, processes and frameworks
Believes deeply in equality, opportunity and social justice
Can give a few hours a week to help shape a charity with huge potential
You don’t need to be an HR expert in every area — just committed, thoughtful and ready to lead with heart.
Your Impact
Your leadership will help create:
A thriving volunteer community that feels valued and supported
A strong organisational culture rooted in dignity, empowerment and inclusion
HR foundations that prepare us to employ staff in the future
A people‑first environment where volunteers and participants can flourish
A charity capable of delivering life‑changing programmes for years to come
Your work becomes the backbone of a movement that helps Londoners unlock their potential.
