The Operational Lead plays a key role in ensuring the programme runs smoothly and delivers high-quality support for participants.

About the Service
The North London Rape Crisis (NLRC) offers range of services to women, trans women, and non-binary people aged 13 + who are experiencing or have experienced any form of sexual violence in their lives. We offer a safe and non-judgmental space to women living, working, or studying across 7 of the North London boroughs.
Our expert team provides helpline support, advocacy (ISVA) and ISVA support. We also provide one to one and group counselling to victims and survivors as well as short-term one to one counselling support to supportive family and friends. It is an inclusive service which supports women and girls of all ages, disabilities, sexualities, gender identities (including trans and non-binary), and religions. The service operates from 9am to 5pm, however, appointments can be arranged outside of these if required.
About the Role
The role of the Brief Intervention Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA) – CSA/CSE is with the Rape Crisis service in North London. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide a pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The role of Brief Intervention ISVA – CSA/CSE will primarily be working with survivors who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and/or exploitation who cannot access immediate ISVA support. Where there is capacity, the role will also provide short term interventions (3 months) for survivors of other types of sexual violence.
About You
The ideal candidate will have completed ISVA training, or have a willingness to undertake ISVA training, and have experience of supporting women affected by sexual violence. You will be proactive and able to adapt to new situations quickly. You will have a clear understanding of the effects of and issues facing women who have experienced sexual violence, as well as understanding of the Criminal Justice System. You will be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds and create good working relationship with service users as well as partner agencies.

We are recruiting for six Funding Officer roles for our Scotland Funding Team.
Place Teams: One Permanent position and three 12-month contracts.
Scottish Land Fund work: One Permanent position and one FTC until March 2027

You’ll be part of a team of Funding Officers, led by a Funding Manager, responsible for our grant-making activity in a geographical area or thematic approach. There are eight place teams in Scotland each covering a different geographic region with between 4 and 8 Funding Officer’s in each team. We also have a small number of thematic-led teams with a country-wide brief. Funding Officers work on grant-making activity within specific boundaries and are the main point of contact for all grant-holders and applicants in that area.
Alongside our place teams, we are also recruiting staff for our Scottish Land Fund work. The roles (one permanent and one fixed term until 31st March 2027) will initially be attached to the Scottish Land Fund.
Role Expectations
You will provide advice to prospective applicants, assess applications and will be in regular contact with grant-holders as they progress with their projects. Your recommendations will guide decisions on awarding grants and how we support grant-holders. You will contribute to learning and evaluation of our work, outreach and stakeholder engagement in your area of interest. You will ensure that our funding responds to the local context and our commitment to equity and inclusion. You will be expected to challenge yourself and colleagues to continually improve the way we work.
You will be responsible for understanding how an organisation’s ideas align with our funding priorities and making good judgements about when to take an application further or when to signpost to alternative opportunities. You will be able to communicate clearly and concisely your recommendations about who and what we fund. Your natural curiosity combined with a genuine interest in people and projects in your area will enable you to try new approaches and develop your understanding of what works.
During your first few weeks of on-boarding with the Fund, in person training will be delivered in our Glasgow office. After the initial training period, work patterns are more flexible. We currently operate a hybrid work model which includes office, community and home working. In a typical week most full-time Funding Officers would be likely to spend a mixture of times in this approach. Part-time and non-standard work patterns will be considered.

A significant focus of the role will be leading the coordination and delivery of the Scottish Ocean Literacy Coalition and supporting the development of Scotland’s first national Ocean Literacy Strategy. You will convene and chair steering group meetings, design and deliver both online and in person engagement events, and gather perspectives from a wide range of stakeholders to shape a shared national vision for ocean literacy. This will require confidence in planning, facilitating, and managing events, as well as the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across sectors including government, NGOs, academia, communities, and marine industries.
You will also represent the Trust at external meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring our priorities are communicated effectively and that we remain an active, constructive voice in Scotland’s marine policy landscape. Business Disability Forum needs to adopt the efficiencies of AI, the Head of IT and AI will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing our use of AI, harnessing the automation and cost savings offered while maintaining security of data and compliance with our memberships’ own compliance needs. The Head of IT and AI will work with members of the leadership team to develop, implement and monitor a plan to embed the benefits of AI throughout the organisation while mitigating the risks.

Events and Training Programme Coordination
Coordinate the delivery of Clinks’ annual programme of events and training, working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a consistent, high-quality offer.
Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, speaker and facilitator liaison, registration, delivery support and follow-up.
Act as the main point of contact for all events and training enquiries, providing excellent support to members, delegates and partners.
Ensure events are delivered in the most cost-effective way, to budget, and in line with Clinks’ internal processes.
Support staff across Clinks to deliver events and training sessions, including providing guidance, templates, systems support and coordination.
Promote all events and training opportunities through appropriate channels, working closely with communications colleagues.
Manage relationships with external facilitators and event partners to ensure smooth delivery and strong collaboration.
Monitor pricing and access to ensure smaller organisations are supported, while also contributing to Clinks’ income generation targets.
Collect, analyse and report on feedback and evaluation data to inform continuous improvement.

Lead on the planning and delivery of Clinks’ annual conference, working closely with colleagues across the organisation.
