Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our friendly and passionate staff team in Accrington, Lancashire.

We provide quality care and support to residents with a range of support needs, primarily learning disabilities. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: movie nights, gardening, board games, arts and crafts and many more!

We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers to join our established team in Bedford, Bedfordshire located off of Goldington Road. Our residential support workers provide care and support for 5 individuals with learning and physical disabilities, and other needs to enjoy an excellent quality of life in this residential care home. They work with other professionals to help those with complex needs, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment tailored to each person's unique circumstances and aspirations.

As part of this team, Support Workers assist customers with complex mental health issues, including those with histories of substance use, trauma, non-engagement, criminal justice connections, and personality disorders. They help customers develop independent living skills, manage tenancies, and engage in the community. Support Workers carry a caseload and collaborate to create effective, recovery-oriented support and risk management plans. Their flexible support includes physical, domestic, emotional, and social assistance, promoting social inclusion, vocational opportunities, recovery, self-advocacy, and empowerment.
