To successfully lead the Grants team and raise voluntary income from a range of Grantmakers including Trusts, Foundations and local Government grant funders contributing to an overall team target of £1-million +. Working effectively with a grants team of three, and across the organisation, you will meet team annual targets of circa £675,000 through finding new opportunities, building excellent relationships with funders and managing the team effectively. This will lead to more young people reached by Eikon’s services.
Responsibilities
Income generation
· Lead responsibility for raising current annual team target of £675,000 for restricted and unrestricted income
· Work to agreed metrices including an annual target of £220,000 - £250,000/year with a pipeline including statutory, national & regional grant funders (some being invite only).
· Develop and lead networking plan (internal/external) to secure long-term grant and statutory funding opportunities to help increase financial income year on year.
Account Management
· Lead a stewardship framework, ensuring excellent account management of funders across the team (including own portfolio)
· Lead plans for the year, thinking creatively to develop new engagement opportunities such as panels, breakfast meetings and other events
· Collaborate with other leads and managers in the team to maximise opportunities through relationships, for example Major Donors, Corporate partnerships and Individual Givers.
Management
· Line management two staff members (Senior Grants Fundraiser and Trust Fundraiser), creating a positive and supportive working culture supporting them to meet their targets
· Lead on managing pipeline information on Donorfy, being able to pull reports for information and analysis including:
o Provision of data and narrative for monthly team meetings
o Contribution to Board reporting with narrative and pipeline information
o Analysis for annual planning sessions
Quality and standards
· Ensure all staff and volunteers understand and deliver within Eikon’s safeguarding policies and practices when taking part in fundraising activities.
· Ensure all activities follow the relevant Fundraising Codes of Practice and Eikon’s Ethical Fundraising Policy.
· Prepare relevant Grant Agreements and contractual information.
· Carry out risk assessments for all activities for which you are responsible.
· Carry out required basic due diligence on new funders.
Finance and resources
· Budget responsibility with authorisation up to agreed limits
· Operate within organisational approved budgets, policies and procedures.
Communications and relationships
· Work collaboratively with the Communications Lead to devise annual communications and marketing plans, ensuring Eikon is strategically positioned externally.
· Work collaboratively with service leads ensure new services developed meet funder needs and requirements
Strategy/transformation work
· Lead on developing and delivering annual grants plan
· Participating in a Leads network, contribute regularly to organisation matters including strategies, annual plans and budgeting.
Organisational requirements

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced insight professional to join the Data & Insight Team, who will lead on our insight work, delivered through meaningful data analysis, reporting and research activities.
This is a hands-on technical role, so we’re looking for someone with significant experience building and maintaining datasets, using analytical tools and modern data platforms, and can deliver meaningful analysis in a charity context. Equally important, we’re looking for someone who has good communications skills, and will enjoy building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation (often non-technical). We’re looking for someone who can own the insight process, from understanding and scoping requirements, sourcing, prepping and analysing data, presenting to stakeholders and working through how the insight provided can inform decisions and improve our work.
The role is part of a small and busy Data & Insight Team and the post holder will be required to get stuck in on a range of activities that support and underpin our insight programme. This could be, working on marketing data selections, maintaining/developing our data warehouse, providing data protection support, or overseeing CRM processes. We’re looking for someone with a broad background in data and analysis, and who enjoys working within an environment with significant variety.

Close working relationships within the Directorate, with fundraising colleagues (across Individual Giving, Philanthropy and Business Development) and with our Digital and Supporter Care teams.

Person Specification:
- Lead the analysis, reporting and business intelligence function, within the Data and Insight Team.
- Develop and maintain data assets that support key decisions.
- Forge and maintain strong working relationships with key leads across the Organisation, particularly within the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications Directorate.

We are looking for an experienced BD Manager to join the existing team here at BIA. The primary task is to help build relationships, retain current members, and secure new ones to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly targets.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THIS ROLE:

Skills and experience you’ll need to bring as our Global Senior Prospect Research Manager:
- Prospect research experience within an international fundraising team or comparable environment.
- Experience building and managing a prospect pipeline that supports income growth.
- Experience using a wide variety of resources to produce high-quality intelligence for fundraisers.
- Experience of due diligence and applying ethical fundraising policies.
- Strong understanding of prospect research systems and processes, with experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Email Marketing Coordinator
These are exciting times for the charity, and we have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional team player with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service ethic, to join the busy Digital Team, as an Email Marketing Coordinator.
Position: Email Marketing Coordinator
Location: Devon/Hybrid (onsite attendance currently anticipated to be 1 day per month)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 08.30-16.30, Monday-Friday
Salary: £31,177 annum
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As Email Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and drive conversions. In this vital and rewarding role you will be responsible for the end-to-end email marketing process – from campaign planning, content development, A/B testing, list management, automation, personalisation, performance tracking and reporting.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leading the enhancement and optimisation of our email strategy to boost engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue.
- Simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams, especially in fundraising and commercial.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create personalised campaign journeys that enhance supporter engagement and lifetime value and to ensure the proper and accurate segmentation of supporter data for all campaigns.
- Collaborating with the Digital Development Manager to design, implement, and analyse campaigns, using a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimise performance and enhance engagement.
- Managing our email welcome journey for e-news sign-ups, and supporting the development of other supporter journeys for a range of audiences across the team.
- Day-to-day management of the email marketing programme, including drafting, building and managing campaigns and automations, and managing audiences.
- Working with colleagues and drawing on existing data to develop insights and understanding about our supporters, and using this information to develop content which is engaging, informative, and which meets supporters’ needs.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Degree level education or equivalent in experience.
- Experience of managing email send platforms, including building customer journeys and reporting email success metrics, and strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and optimisation strategies.
- Experience in supporter stewardship communications and journey planning to enhance engagement and maximise lifetime value.
- Excellent written English with experience of writing for the web, along with good copywriting skills and editorial capability, able to manage the content lifecycle, with a keen sense of brand awareness.
- Excellent consultancy skills, able to translate digital terminology and processes into clear and concise language for a variety of stakeholders.
- Solid project management skills.
