We welcome around 350,000 visitors to Waddesdon Manor and over 2 million browsers to our websites each year. Waddesdon Manor offers visitors a programme of changing exhibitions, talks and tours, family activities and public events. The income from our private events, shop, restaurants and sixteen-bedroom hotel help support keeping the Manor open to the public, our education programme and the care of the collections and gardens for all to enjoy.
What you will do:
The role encompasses all aspects of digital marketing activity, including both B2B and B2C. You’ll also be supporting commercial activities for Waddesdon Manor, the trading company RWL which includes Catering for the Manor operation, visitors, retail, public events, private events, The Bow and The Five Arrows, and any special projects for the Rothschild Foundation e.g. future commercial property developments.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and deliver an online strategy to drive engagement and conversion across Waddesdon’s digital channels.
- Develop and manage digital content, including copywriting and proofreading content to develop our storytelling and ensure academic accuracy, standards and tone of voice are consistent.
- Manage updates to the website to reflect the brand and optimise commercial performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement new content, amends and updates, which optimise the website and keep information up-to-date. Be the point of contact to help other departments with advice on digital content.
- Manage SEO focused activities to increase quality traffic across the website.
- Plan and manage social media strategy to drive engagement and build new audiences.
- Track and report digital performance across digital channels to enable strategic decision making and share information across the organisation.
- Work with external agencies as required, including managing the Google Grant.
- Be part of project teams to deliver a new website for Waddesdon, trading subsidiaries and the Rothschild Foundation, and support integration of new systems including a DAMS and CRM.
- Help to develop strategic marketing campaigns for the business and develop plans to increase audiences.
- Monitor the outcomes of marketing activity and evaluate against plans, contributing to monthly reports.
- Develop partnership ideas for content and social media and work with third parties as required to deliver these.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure we are learning and evolving to become as relevant and engaging as possible.
- Contribute to marketing budget management and assist with budget forward planning in liaison with the managers of each business area eg RWL Heads of Department.

The Dollywood Foundation UK runs Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in the UK, the worlds largest book gifting programme. Over the last 30 years the Imagination Library has delivered nearly 300 million books to children globally. In the UK we support over 60k children a month, delivering them a free book sent to their house every month.
The primary purpose of this new role is to increase registrations for the Imagination Library initially across London. This role will support our Local Programme Partners to reach families with whom they are not currently engaging.

We are recruiting for a Senior Participant Experience Manager to join on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE) as part of a job share. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful Events team, co-leading our 7-person Participant Experience team. Working closely with the other Senior Participant Experience Manager, you’ll be jointly responsible for identifying and delivering strategic projects and multi-channel supporter journeys to improve the supporter experience for all events participants, resulting in maximised income, retention and lifetime value.

About the role
Over the coming year, The Drive Partnership is looking to review, update, and design new training to offer to The Drive Project workforce. To lead this work, we are recruiting a Drive training team made up of a Senior Training Lead, Training Lead and Training Coordinator.

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. About the role
Iswe is a social impact foundation dedicated to finding ways to put people at the heart of social and political decision-making to solve some of society’s greatest challenges.
We are seeking a proactive, organised and values-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Global Citizens’ Assembly. This is a pivotal role, providing core operational and logistical support, enabling Iswe to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and impactful Civic Assembly as part of the Global Citizens’ Assembly.
You will work closely with the Civic Assembly Delivery Manager and Programme Director, supporting work around governance, research, evaluation and partnerships.
The role holder may occasionally need to work unusually long hours or at inconvenient times (due to the international nature of this project, but we aim to keep this to a minimum). The period when this is most likely will be mid-January to mid-February 2026 (Wednesdays and Saturdays; exact dates to be confirmed).

JOB PURPOSE
To improve the provision of consistent high-quality debt advice, enhancing the experience of clients, by working collaboratively with delivery suppliers, to support them in implementing improvement activities, and in assessing and monitoring the quality of debt advice.

Deliver individual strategic projects/business plan objectives for the team
Work with debt advice providers on an individual basis to improve the provision of consistent and high-quality debt advice, by supporting suppliers to implement improvement activities, and to assess and monitor the performance of their advisers and debt advice service overall to ensure that the quality of debt advice is improved where required, maintained and provided in accordance with regulation, project requirements, best practice, and agreed standards. About the role:

About you:
- Proven experience leading people teams and driving inclusive organisational change
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and volunteer sector practices
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience handling complex people issues with a values-based approach
- Project management and coaching/mentoring capabilities
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Sage People), and experience with analytics/reporting

About the Role
As People Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team. You'll drive continuous improvement, support recruitment and payroll processes, and ensure HR systems and data are accurate and effective. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, line managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational delivery of people services, including managing Sage People (HRIS)

Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll in collaboration with the People Team Executive

Oversee recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers and ensuring onboarding compliance

Maintain up-to-date, user-friendly HR policies and procedures

Create and manage data dashboards using Power BI for actionable insights

Support volunteer and employee processes with a focus on compliance and experience

Produce monthly reports for the senior leadership team

Monitor staff engagement and employee experience across the organisation

Continuously identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency

About You

Proven experience in HR operations or People Team leadership

Strong project and process management skills

Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (ideally Sage People)
