This is an exciting opportunity for an Outreach & Wellbeing Facilitator to join the Sister Circle team and contribute to a newly formed SafeRoots Partnership (SRP) to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, culturally attuned support to minoritised women survivors of domestic abuse who are accessing or have accessed safe accommodation across London.
Sister Circle is a women-led charity with 45 years' experience of advancing health equity and justice for women from diverse communities. Rooted in our local communities, we work to ensure women and families receive compassionate, accessible and culturally informed support.

The Role
As the Outreach & Wellbeing Facilitator, you will create safe, welcoming, and culturally responsive spaces where women affected by domestic abuse, gender-based violence, trauma, displacement, isolation, or poor mental wellbeing can connect with others, strengthen their wellbeing, rebuild confidence, and access holistic support.

Building trusted relationships with women living in safer accommodation and develop effective partnerships with accommodation providers, community organisations, and support services to strengthen engagement and access to support.
Promoting women's voices, choice, independence, and leadership through strengths-based practice, effective signposting, advocacy, and collaborative working that supports holistic and coordinated responses to women's needs.

Salary:£40,000-£45,000 per annum (pro rata if part time)
Normal place of work:The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, Norfolk, with some flexibility for hybrid working (1-2 days per week remote)
Hours:40 hours per week (may include weekends and Bank Holidays as required)

Purpose of the role
To support the delivery of fundraising activity, ensuring that campaigns, communications and supporter relationships are well managed and professionally delivered.

Reporting to the Project Manager for the Wilder Hickling project, the successful candidate will provide project support and co-ordination for the development phase of the project which will include the detailed planning and deliverables to successfully obtain permissions and funding for the delivery phase.
The post offers an excellent opportunity for a senior projects officer to build their experience supporting a high profile, multidisciplinary strategic project in cooperation with colleagues, partners and the local community working with a project team from across the Trust.
Excellent co-ordination and collaboration skills and the ability to support the project manager in driving delivery are essential to allow you to support and enable the organisation to bring our vision for a Wilder Hickling to life.
The successful candidate must have proven project management skills from previous roles, providing both general project management support and specialist multi-disciplinary support. Having worked within a project management framework is essential, qualifications are highly desirable.
There is the potential for this role to be extended into the delivery phase of the project subject to the successful outcomes of the development phase.

To lead and coordinate a programme which recruits, engages, retains and develops umpires and scorers across the county, with a particular focus on using social impact and wellbeing outcomes to grow officiating in non-cricketing communities.
The role will focus on engagement, development and impact, working alongside an Officiating Advisory Group Administrator who will support delivery through systems, logistics and appointments.

About the role
We are looking for an exceptional individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for The Dickson Poon School of Law.
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Dickson Poon School of Law.
The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.

About the Project
Communities Prepared works with volunteers and communities across England to help them build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies. This includes supporting communities to plan for climate-related risks such as flooding, storms, heatwaves, and severe weather.
Despite the successes we have had through our programme to date, we are not currently reaching diverse enough audiences and too often there are people missing from the resilience sector. This needs to change. To address this we are now embarking on an exciting new UK-wide partnership programme funded through the National Lottery Community Fund’s Climate Action Fund over the next five years.
The programme responds to growing evidence that climate-related emergencies, including extreme heat, flooding, fire, cold and severe weather, disproportionately impact marginalised communities, while those same communities are often excluded from resilience planning and decision-making.
The programme brings together Equally Ours, Communities Prepared (part of Groundwork South), and the VCS Emergencies Partnership (VCSEP, part of the British Red Cross) to strengthen climate resilience by ensuring that communities experiencing discrimination and disadvantage are at the heart of climate preparedness, response, recovery and policy-making.
Through a rights-based and co-produced approach, the programme seeks to shift climate resilience policy and practice away from models that frame communities as “vulnerable”, and towards approaches grounded in agency, participation, equality and shared responsibility.
